After enjoying the Keen brand before, I was very disappointed that this design did not work for my foot. The size seemed right, but the closed part at the front was uncomfortable while still allowing my toes to escape through the opening. The shoes seem to be angled wrong for my feet, making them unwearable for me.

This is a really hard shoe to buy online, and I shop for shoes online all the time. The 9 (my regular size) was way too narrow. I returned it for the 9.5 and that fit so strange...my pinky toe rubbed against the side making a clicking sound every time I walked. It was extremely annoying. It's too bad, they are really cute shoes, but I would only buy these in a store after walking around for 20 minutes!

Disappointed in new Bali - I LOVE Keens - had to say that first. I have several pairs of the Bali and recently ordered the new color, 'Trooper' - and was incredibly disappointed in the shoe. Keen has made some subtle change to the shoe, it seems - no longer does it fit softly and comfortably like a glove... this particular shoe lands underneath the outside of my right foot and my pinkie sticks out and gets rubbed. Not Keen Quality. All of my others arrived feeling just a bit snug but within a days wear, felt true to size and comfortable. Not so this Bali... I have gone through TWO pairs now, thinking that it must have been a one-er defect the first time, but with the second pair (from another online company) fitting the same as the first I know that it must be Keens workmanship slipping. I will re-order in black (NOT my color of choice) and hope that it is one of the older models and not built on the same last as the new Balis. Really, really disappointed, Keen.

Can’t be real - I can't keep this shoe on my foot at all and I have what I thought were regular feet. Only way they could stay on my foot would be witchcraft or magic or something.
