Definitely runs a little small...but a great shoe! I am preggo with twins and started getting heel pain that appeared to be plantar fasciitis, someone recommended this shoe and, I've worn them about 10 hours a day since buying them last week and my feet already feel better! I'm actually shocked! They are incredibly cute and easy as a flip flop! However, I ordered a 9 because I have never in my life been bigger than a 9, and I had to order 9 1/2...it's not because my feet have grown from pregnancy because all of my other shoes still fit fine, so I am guessing they just run a little small. Love this shoe.

I love these sandals' style and color. They are very comfortable and go with everything. They have nice arch support, as slight as it is. I wear size 7 but ordered 7½. My size was too small so needed to order half a size larger.

This is my favorite shoe of all time. I have purchased 8 pairs, different colors, and everywhere that I go, people ask me about my Balis. My first pairs were size 8, but Keen stopped making them for a season, and when they started up again I needed a size larger. I hope they never stop making this shoe!

Keens are great shoes and I love these Bali sandals! The fit is terrific and they are so comfortable. I think I'm going to add a flower to the top of them to dress them up a bit, just for fun!

Most comfortable shoe I own - can even walk into water with it on the beach - indestructible and comfy.

These shoes are wonderful! They have a great arch support and are extremely comfortable. I usually have a difficult time getting shoes to fit properly but there was no problem with these right from the start. Zappos' service and delivery is amazing. I ordered them one day and had them the next afternoon. Thanks, Zappos.

Keen shoes have been my go-to shoes for about 5 years. I have many different styles. The Keen Bali is just great for summer. I have had several people ask for source and of course, I recommended Zappos. Thanks.

These shoes are super comfy and I think pretty cute! They feel like tennis shoes in how they grip the ground and fit my feet, but stay on better than flip flops for chasing after my four kids. :) Love them!

These shoes are cute, comfortable and stylish. Comfort is the most important feature of any shoe I wear. Keen makes a great shoe and I would recommend this one to everyone.

I love these shoes! They arrived with Zappos' usual speedy delivery. They are very comfortable and good looking. Also they are easy to clean. I have gotten lots of compliments on them.

Great shoe. Very comfortable and a nice change from flip flops. I normally wear an 8-1/2, but ordered an 8 and it fits perfect. I have the Keen sandale and do not like them because they are so heavy, but this shoe is pretty light and easy to wear. Great for the beach.

Love these shoes. Great for long walks & casual wear. Zappos has been wonderful. I ordered these & was wearing them the next day!

I love the color and style of this sandal. I usually wear Sz 11, Med. but decided to order it in Sz 10.5 Med. and I'm glad I did. Perfect fit.

Love these shoes! No breaking in required at all. No sore spots. So comfortable. Feet not tired at the end of walking a lot.

My favorite summer shoe of all time - this is my third pair - just wish I could wear them to work!

I have arthritic feet, unfortunately, and need a shoe with decent arch support. I desperately wanted a sandle that would not show all of my crippled toes and this shoe turned out to be perfect and extremely comfortable. It is even quite attractive on, which is hard to tell from the picture. I truly recommend it for anyone.

These are really comfortable and a great alternative to those of us who don't like a thong between toes. Handy for pool and beach but look good enough to run around town in. Order a half size up if you are not sure.

I love this shoe; it's comfortable and casual. I wear them with slacks and skirts, and they look good with both. They are comfortable to walk in and I love that they are a type of flip flop without the post between my toes. Although this shoe has little arch support, I find that it's not necessary and I have high arches and generally like significant arch support.

Great shoes -- I was pleased to find these and replace a pair from several years ago. This style has not been available in local stores and I prefer it to the newer editions. My old pair is still great -- just a bit faded and worn from extensive beach time. Support is great for a beach shoe. Bought a pair for my more fashionable sister in law and she loves them, too.

These are the best all around sandals I've ever had. Perfect for going to the beach or walking all day in the city. This year's model is slightly smaller than previous years. I bought a 1/2 size larger and they are just right.

Awesome sandals! I have 2 friends who have these and they both said they are the most comfortable sandal in the world - and they are right!

These are extremely comfy shoes. I have been wearing them almost every day since I got them. I have no complaints.

Great toe-strap free sandal, but not for me... The top of my foot apparently is too thick to get into the sandal comfortably, but the look and quality of the sandal is impressive. It is also sturdy and light. I wish it fit, but I have to return. Length looks perfect, width is perfect, just not the height!

Great sandals. Very comfortable from the start. I can walk miles in these with no foot problems.
