Made smaller than they used to be made.

After reading all the positive reviews, I was hopeful these shoes would feel great for all day wear. Sadly, this shoe was not the one for me. The opening at front of shoe is so wide my toes were coming out of shoe. I didn’t care for the way you have to put on the shoe either it wasn’t an easy slip on for me.

Shoe is cute but runs extremely short for a size 7. Quality is missing too. back of shoe is not adjustable.

I have another pair just like these that are really comfortable. These pinch at the top of the toes. I cannot imagine wearing them all day with that issue, maybe they are defective.

Nice looking, but disappointing. The outer sides of these shoes rub into my ankle bone. Very uncomfortable. This part of the shoe is a good half inch higher than the same part of my previous sport sandals (Merrells). I have to return these.

So far I ordered my size (based on a recent measurement in a store - I mean within a week ago!) -- the same size as my older Keens by the way. Literally, could not get these on my feet. Saw some in another store and bought the size 11s. They are pretty comfortable so I am exchanging my 10.5 for 11. Wish me luck!

I have had a pair of these shoes since 2006, but the old soles are worn down. I need a new pair, but this new same size Keen Venice model does not fit the same as my old ones. I am very disappointed that I cannot wear and must return the new. How did the width change?

These Keen Sandals/ rubber sole make my feet instantly hot! I have never had a problem with hot or sweating feet, in any type of shoe. My Teva rubber soled water shoes do not make my feet hot or sweaty. I also had problems with pebbles/rocks constantly getting inside the sandal on a casual hike/ groomed path. Had to constantly take my sandal off to remove them. I am greatly disappointed for these reasons. I do not want to wear socks with these sandals.

Pretty colors but awkward criss cross laces look odd to me. I have a wide foot and the toe box was a bit narrow as well.

I was actually very disappointed with this shoe. On the plus side the shoe was really cute looking on. On the downside it was super uncomfortable. I was really surprised given the rave reviews. I have fairly narrow, boney feet so I need a good bit of cushioning and support to be comfortable in a shoe. I ordered this shoe in my usual size and found it to be too short. But the width was rather wide so I don't feel that ordering a larger size would help. Plus, the foot bed was rather hard and my arch started to ache after wearing them for 10 minutes around the house. Since I want a shoe for summer vacation this is not the right one for me. I'm returning them.

I have a pair of these that are about 5 years old and awesome. I'm now having to return two pairs of these because the padding under one of the straps is not aligned properly so the strap rubs the foot. I'm guessing they have a whole bad bunch, at least of the grape size 8.5. Zappos is awesome - but Keen is letting me/them down.

Didn't fit well - I ordered size 6.5 and 7. The seven was way too big, mostly too wide, and I returned it. I thought the 6.5 fit, but it turned out that the foot bed was to short & I got very sore toes. I gave these to my daughter; she normally wears size 5 or 5.5. She has to tighten them up because they are wide, but she likes them. I don't think Keens are the shoe for me.

I'm a big fan of Keen sneakers and was looking forward to getting the Venice H2 for the summer. Unfortunately, I had to return these for the Newport H2s (which I love and recommend over these) because my pinkie toes kept popping out from behind the strap closest to the toe whenever I walked.

I have been wearing these shoes for years and these Cambodian made shoes were way too small. The footbed was not nearly as substantial. I do everything in these shoes...hike,watersports walk on slippery rocks and on muddy trails. I am so disappointed. Now I have to find a new brand and a new favorite shoe!The quality has deteriorated and the sizing is way off.

This is ridiculous!! I've bought at least six pairs of these exact same Keen sandals over the past few years and these are about a size smaller and the shape is weird. What the heck? I guess Keen quality is going down the toilet now :-((

These recent 2 purchases have been inconsistent in sizes. I have been buying these Keen sandles for 14 years and the current quality is very poor, nothing at all like the shoes I have.

Owned a pair of Keen's Venice H2 for years. Finally showed signs of wear. Ordered a new pair. Unlike the cushiony old footbed, the new one has virtually no cushioning; the overall bottom is stiff with no give. Can feel the hard surface beneath my feet. No longer comfortable. Very disappointed in the quality.

So thankful for zappos! Keen has ALWAYS been my 'go to sandal,,,they must be making them cheaper, because this sandal doesn't have that quality feel anymore. So disappointed! I finally get a coupon from zappos, so I buy what I know fits and feels comfortable right? Not so anymore. Still fits, but the quality has gone way down,,, the straps are cheap, hits the bottom of my ankle now,,,sorry Keens,,,I would like your quality product back.

The shoes are great looking. Although they fit just fine, the front of the shoe rubs against my foot. This won't work for shoes that are going to be worn without socks. So sorry to have to return.

The strap is a bit tight at the inner curve of the foot. Really want to love these shoes so I ordered two pairs to see it's the problem of the shoes or it's my feet, but I find every shoe is constructed differently. First pair has this problem on the right foot, the second pair is better but still can feel it on both feet. I tried Venice(the feather version) at REI, then this time it was the left foot feeling uncomfortable. I tried to adjust the ropes but it didn't help much. I guess Keen is just not for me....

The only reason that I rated this shoe one star was because of the color. I have ordered Keens in the past and I like them very much. I want a navy blue pair. I purchased this style and the color is Midnight navy/neutral gray. On the Zappos site, the sandal looked navy blue. When I opened the shoe box, I was extremely disappointed. I would call the color grayish blue. It is just not the color I was looking for. I will be returning.

I loved this shoe. Just what I was looking for. Recommended by my daughter. I bought two pair in my favorite color combination. One problem. I COULDN'T GET THEM ON MY FEET! Why would a company make shoes that are already laced up so you can't get your feet into them? I looked at all their other styles, and they all look the same. A tiny little opening that you cannot get your foot into. There is about a half inch of ease in the elastic around the top. Good grief!

These sandals made my feet sweat to the point they became sore and I could no longer wear them. The same happened to my wife. Great support, great look but just unwearable.

I so wanted to like these shoes, my first pair of Keens. The color is great, they fit fine and were pretty comfortable BUT they made my feet sweat horribly. I bought them for a trip to Ghana to keep the packing light (sandals and flip-flops in one, I figured), and I actually opted to go barefoot as much as possible to avoid putting them on and roasting my feet. And, I should mention: I don't have abnormally hot feet when wearing other shoes. It was just a weird/bad reaction to these shoes.
