Had these for about a year and like them except they seem to bother my big toe. This after I returned original and upped the size. Maybe should have gone up another half size.

pretty good. These fit well and are comfy. oddly, they make the bottom of my feet sweat. haven't seen that before.

I love this shoe, but it's not like my old pair:( Instep is higher, making it more difficult to slip on. Also slightly narrower than the old Keen of the same style. I'll keep the old ones....

Very comfortable shoe! I have yet to wear them out on a hike or extended walk, but they've helped relieve shin and calf pain from walking around on my house's concrete floors. I bought them because my kids live in their Keens all summer long and love them. My eldest's foot is big enough that I'm able to slip his shoes on to run out the door for a quick errand, and I found his Keens very comfortable so I figured I should get my own pair! I do like his a bit better than these because these seem just a tad short in the toe bed.

I tried several different styles of this shoe and none fit as well as this one. Even though I think the arch support is moderate only, I WAS able to wear these out shopping all day. They were surprisingly comfortable. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they make my feet sweat. I was disappointed my feet got so hot wearing these shoes but not too disappointed that I want to return them.

I always like to order my regular size shoe, so I took a chance with my regular size. The previous reviews are correct, the bed of the shoe is short, a half size larger however would be too large for me. The shoes will be returned.

I thought this would be the one & really looked forward to it. Sadly, it didn't work for me. I'm normally an 8.5 W; reviews seemed to indicate Venice & Newport were wider than Whisper so I took a chance. I ordered an 8-1/2 (too small overall)and a 9. Wore the 9 all afternoon at home; started out well but later the straps at the forefoot became too uncomfy & I had to take them off. PLENTY of room for toes, arch very supportive. Keen -- make this shoe in a Wide, please; it would then have been perfect. Wah! Thanks to the terrific Zappo crews who deal with all our purchases and returns with grace.

I am usually an 8.5, the 8.5 is very wide, I have a wide foot as well. The "shoe tie" is a pulley and helps make the shoe tighter. I purchased an 8 and it was too small. I will stick with the 8.5.

Hard to find a comfy athletic sandal that doesn't look clownish. I'm a Keen Bali fan but need a heel strap for cayaking. These are great except the 6.5 size I wear in Bali sandals were too short in this style. Returning for a 7 but waiting for navy/coral combo to be available. Also wish it had more arch support but it does have good cushioning.

Spent most of the summer trying to get these in my size and finally succeeded. But I'm disappointed. There's no good way to snug up the heel so it doesn't "flip flop" when I walk. I love sandals but want them as secure on my foot as a shoe. I'm afraid these will be going back and the search will continue.

Very comfortable shoes. Good grip when hiking and climbing on rocks. .They tend to rub a bit on my toes and heels if wearing for a long time. But overall pretty good.

I bought these for a trip to the Galapagos. They were light, rugged and sturdy enough. They do allow in stones and sand, as you would expect from open shoes. But if you rinse your feet in the shoes, they mostly come out. They do take overnight to fully dry, if you get them soaking wet. I expect these to last me for many years to come. The color is very nice and will look great doing errands at home. I usually take a 9 wide, and ended up buying a 9 1/2. I tried both the Venice and Newport models in 9 and 9 1/2. The Newports had better support but were uncomfortably narrow. If they had a wide option, I honestly would have bought Newports instead. Returning the extra, unwanted shoes was very easy!

I ordered these hoping that they would be supportive enough and they were! That's huge because I've had ankle reconstruction surgery and need extremely supportive shoes. Normally I can't wear any shoes that my orthotics won't fit in and I can chase my nieces while wearing these and my ankle does not wobble. I've worn them every day but only for reasonable amounts of time and am disappointed that I've broken out in a fungal infection all over my foot. So the anti-microbial thing didn't work well for me which is too bad since now I can't wear them until I get the fungus cleared up. I'm still in love, just a little disappointed.

I love the shoes! They are a great color! They run smaller than other Keens that I have purchased. I am going to try a half size larger.

Pretty good. Keen has a wide toe box which I need, though even these rub my pinky in a slightly uncomfortable way. I am always on the hunt for the one pair of Keens that were perfect right out of the box. Given my very wide toes and narrow heel, these are better than most.

I was like goldilocks and tried on different brands and styles. This one fit the best. True to size. My foot is a bit on the narrower side and ankle usually rubs against side strap, but this shoe fit well.

I like to buy a couple of pairs every year to keep up with the wear and tear. I am a little worried recently. The last 2 pair I have bought seem to less room in the toe box, and have given me bruises under my big toes. It doesn't feel like the toe box is deep enough anymore. I cannot tell you how sad this makes me. It took so long to find shoes that fit and feel great. They are kind of expensive, but they have been worth it. Is there any way to find out if this will be fixed? I will try to contact Keen and hear what they say. Otherwise, it is back to the shoe drawing board...

The shoes seem ever so slightly too big, but they are stable and comfortable on my feet. Most sandals of any sort pinch my smallest toes. These do not and I find that I will wear these for long periods without needing to take them off. I can keep the shoes secured with the elastic laces. This is my second pair of Keens, and I am quite happy with them.

I love these shoes, however, I am returning them only because the back strap has no stretch. I had surgery on my right foot years ago which left it unable to bend. If the strap had elastic, I would have kept them. I did try a larger size, but still could not get it on.

Ordered both sizes 5.5 & 6 to compare. This shoe does run a bit small, and I normally wear a 5.5, but am actually between a 5 and 5.5. Keeping the size 5.5, fits like a glove, great arch support for my high arches. Also runs a bit wider than some other models, which is perfect for anyone with foot problems or arthritis, etc. Only complaint I have is they are quite difficult to put on, as the heel strap is very, very snug. I'm hoping that in time they will stretch out a bit. I have previously owned & loved Keen Whispers over the years, but the Whisper now seems to be running narrower, the new ones aren't as comfortable & too tight.

Love the look of the shoe but it's a bit short. It is also slightly slippery. Maybe when the humidity goes away it will be better. I have reordered it a half size larger.

I usually have to have a wider toe box because of my big toe joint. These though were way too wide for me and my feet were slipping all around in the sandal. I'll have to keep looking for my vacation shoe.

I just bought these, and they fit true to size and were very comfortable from the get-go with no breaking in period, which I loved! I have narrower feet and very high arches, so they are a little wide on me, but these are comfortable to wear all day, which is what I was looking for. They are also super easy to get on and off. The only negatives are that the foot bed is a foam-like material so your feet will sweat pretty easily in them; and I would recommend socks if you wear them hiking/on trails, because little rocks and sticks will get in the slits on the sides. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase!

This Keen is very cute and I like it a lot, but the footbed is not the same as other Keens I've had. Hopefully it's just because I've not had the Venice before and they haven't changed all of them. Sending it back because it's not quite right for my foot.
