After wearing my first pair since 2009, I just ordered another pair in a different color. I am going walking and I know these are a winner, but I wanted a different color. The only thing I do not like about these shoes is that they will ruin your pedicure on your big toe. Other than that, I absolutely love these shoes! I would like to have solid color without the trim colors. They stretch a little. I have plantar fasciitis really badly, and I can wear these shoes without any added support. It does not look like I would be able to, but I do it everyday! I love you, Zappos!

Keen! Not the best looking shoe, but very possibly the most comfortable. It's truly easy to wear all day long; great to wear indoors and out. And the tread is open enough so that dirt, grit and sand doesn't get tracked into the house.

Love my Keens. My daughter had a pair and I said, how can you wear these? But then I tried the Venice and walked all over the first time I wore them. Just love the support. My feet need the support for walking on pavement. More comfortable than my walking shoes. Great service from Zappos. I have a smaller foot and it is hard to find my size locally. I ordered a size 6 in these can wear 5.5 or 6.

I looked for this color in a keen shoe for a few months - in a few different towns in California! But couldn't find it. Then I looked online at Zappos. Not only did they have the color, there was no tax and no shipping costs! It was a win-win-win! As for the shoes, I have been wearing Keens since I discovered them years ago. I have a wide foot - and most of the Keen foot beds, fit my feet...and are extremely comfortable and provide maximum support.

Very comfortable shoe and the inside seams are well covered so they will not scratch my bare feet. I've been using them for exercise walking for a couple of weeks now (daily) and they did not need breaking in and have felt comfortable from the first day.

I ordered these 2 days before leaving for a weeklong Disney/Southern CA trip with my kids. Zappos is the best as always! Received them next day and wore them comfortably all day without breaking. I originally had a pair of Keen Whisper style, but they ran oddly narrow and seemed to push your foot backwards leaving plenty of unnecessary empty room in the front. This Venice style was great for my foot - ran a little wider which was fine for my slightly widened foot post kiddos. A bit bulkier than Whisper/Coronado, but super comfy - so much so that I've now resorted to wearing these on my daily 2 mile trek to/from the office in Chicago Loop instead of cute flip flops. Highly recommend these - though if you have a narrow foot, you might order down in size or try another style.

Great shoe. I haven't worn it at the river yet, but it is definitely a shoe I could be in all day.

Major Fan! This is the second pair of Keens I own. Last summer I bought the Newports for me and my husband and I just got the Venice. I learned last year that Keens tend to run small so I bought the Venice in a full size larger than normal and they fit perfectly- no bunching in the front, no rubbing on my heels. These have much more of a sandal feel to them whereas the Newports were more like a modified sneaker. Also, I got them in the waterproof leather instead of the fabric and I love that they matched what I saw on the website and have a bit more structure to them. As always Zappos provided excellent service and immediate shipping.

My big toe bumped against the front of the toebox. I normally wear a 9 and have both a pair of Keen Whispers and a pair of Keen Newport H2s (bought in 2020) both in a 9 and I don't have that issue. See pic with one of my Newport H2s in the middle for comparison on length. I'll be returning and see if a 9.5 works or is too big.

These were really cute sandals, however they were too tight for my foot across the middle of the foot. I bought a woman's size 9 1/2, a half size bigger than my usual. I do wear a wide at times as well. But these just weren't wide enough, although the length was good. There is a bit of arch support, but not much. I need extra arch support, so these would not have worked for me.The color was a brown leather, which I liked, but it doesn't match the picture you see online. I did end up buying a Mens size 8 Keen Retro, which fit perfect. So ladies if you have a wider foot, try the mens size. And a big thank you to Zappos for their free shipping and return policy, and great customer service. Every time I called, I got a super friendly and knowledgeable support person. An overall great experience, especially since I have such a hard time trying to find shoes that fit my cantankerous feet!

Most comfy sandal I have ever owned. Would wear year round if weather cooperated! 2 small issues: 1) If you wear it every day it will stink by end of week. You need to wash it every week. Ive never had to do this with other sandals, so it must be something to do with the material. 2)Rocks get frequently caught in it: need to take shoe off to get them out. Dont walk on gravel pathways or the beach with this shoe.

I ordered a 1/2 size bigger as the reviews said but could have ordered my normal size. Very comfortable. Only medium arch support for those of you who need it.

I love this shoe. This is my first pair of Keen's and I am very satisfied. I usually wear a size 7, but ordered a 7.5 as per other customer suggestions and the 7.5 fits just right. I have plantar fasciitis and needed a shoe with good arch support and this fits the bill. I find the shoe to be very comfortable and my arches feel good throughout the day. I also love that they're waterproof and have great grip and traction which should be good for my upcoming beach vacation and hiking near my home. I also think the "look" is very cool, outdoorsy but stylish in their own kind of way. Plus, my 6 year old daughter has the kid’s version and she loves them too.

I had a pair of Keen sandals for over 4 years and was very, very happy. They were super comfortable and sturdy but it was time for a replacement. I have trouble feet, meaning short, wide and with a recently developed bunion. After reading the reviews I went a half size up. I got them very fast- Thank you Zappos! Unfortunately, they feel very tight and my feet hurt after 30 min of walking around the house. I have to exchange them for a different style. Hopefully the next pair will be much better.

Popular outdoor shoe - I disagree with most reviewers who blindly love these shoes. I bought these on the recommendation that they are a good outdoor shoe - for water, trail, etc. I traveled to Africa and Europe and tested these shoes in all conditions and I must truthfully say that I kept going back to my Birkenstocks (all I had with me). Keens have a dedicated social group following, but they are not the best trail or travel shoe. I was constantly having to take them off to remove sand, stones, and - worst of all - foxtails which are nearly impossible to remove from all the seams inside. This wouldn't have been such a big problem if the shoes weren't so awkward to remove. The heel strap pulls the foot up tight to the toe - no matter the size chosen - so they are really a chore to take off. At least with Birkenstocks, one can kick them off easily. In Egypt, my feet were so uncomfortable in the heat and sand. Keens claim to have an antimicrobal footbed, but that doesn't necessarily insure a healthy shoe. The footbed is spongy and absorbent, so beware. The rubber toe guard is also not such an amazing invention either as most shoes have this! In Europe, I saw that German tourists had better European versions of this shoe with a velcro heel strap and I realized the Keen is just a poor copy. Buy these for their popularity and nice colors, but for travel and trail, choose something else.

Keen Venice - This shoe is so darn cute, and so what I need, that I was totally disappointed in how wide and loose it fit. I tried a size smaller, but that was too short, and my foot still jiggled around in it. I do not wear a narrow, so I think this is just an overall wide shoe.

awful blisters from these shoes. only wore for one full day and had trouble walking several hours in.

Love the color and design. Unfortunately I needed 1 size larger because it just felt a little to short for my feet.

I have been looking for a shoe to wear for long walks 10mi + I had ordered 2 other walking shoes and neither one of them was comfortable. When I saw that this shoe had over 700 gold star reviews I decided to try it. I have a wide foot and a narrow heel so I have trouble finding shoes that fit. I usually wear a 6 but decided to order a 6.5 and it was perfect. I should mention that I chose Black with Olive stitching and it is actually a true dark brown. I like the color a lot because it is easy to find black shoes, but dark brown is not as easy to find.

These are wonderful walking sandals for vacation or long walks. They are very comfortable.

It was suggested to order half size up, but I didn’t and the shoe is fine. All keens are wide, so expect that even in a medium width shoe. Never been a problem for me, just gives a little extra room for a sock or something. Wear these constantly in the summer. Highly recommend for outdoor activities as they stay on your feet and keep your toes safe. Also the black olive leather is more like dark brown. Not at all black.

Love these shoes. They are perfect for my flat feet and are just wide enough for my bunions without being too wide. This style of Keen fits me better than the others. I wish there were more colors available.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I got these in a 7.5, which is my general size for running shoes but also seems to be my correct size for Keens. Plenty of toe box room, which is a must for me. As some others have said, you may occasionally pick up debris from where you're walking, since the shoes are so open, but that's the case with any sandals. But the comfort is outstanding and the protected toe is great for trails.

Keen makes the best sandal for the beach, walking, just hanging out! I have found that my feet have grown from a size 11M to a 12W and so this didn't fit, thus I returned them. My old Keen's are a size 11 and fit great, but that may be because the leather upper stretched over time. The leather top is much more comfortable than the canvas tops. Excellant arch support and can wear them all day long...
