Unfortunately, this pair came with a broken pull. Ordered a replacement. Zappos has been a lifesaver for me preparing to live out of the country in the islands of the Pacific. I wear quite a small size most stores don't carry. I've shipped many pairs back and forth to get the right sandals, shoes and water shoes. I really appreciate the free shipping. Order at least a half size up. You could also do a whole size with no problem. Very comfy. Very soft right out of the box. I love them.

I am over the top thrilled with these shoes! I recently had an accident that resulted in foot injuries and now that I'm healing I can wear "regular" shoes. These are not only cute but offer the support I need. I'm not a hiker but walk a lot, they are perfect. I look forward to buying the brown colored ones. I should point out that the picture doesn't really match the color of the shoe. I didn't mind but certainly others might. The sandal is a green/blue color and the picture appears gray. If you're flexible then all is good.

I'm on my third pair of these sandals (over about 8 years) and I love them. They don't wear out structurally, though the material does fade over time. I wash mine once or twice a summer, and they do clean up pretty well, but the stinky feet smell doesn't always go away entirely. They are great for walking on grass or pavement, but not so much on gravel as pieces tend to get into the sandal through the back and sides. Overall a very well-constructed and comfortable sandal for everyday summer wear.

I love these shoes. I have the brown leather with blue accents too. I bought them just over 5 years ago and wear them a few days a week every some and whenever I travel. They are just starting to break down a little bit on the toe piece. I find these shoes to be incredibly comfortable and even wear them on summer hikes, to the beach, and on long days of walking on vacations and have never had any problems with blisters or foot pain. I do have a long standing history of plantar fasciitis but never have any problems when I wear these shoes. For these reasons, when my sandals started to break down a bit, a bought the exact same pair (this time I decided to try the green ones). I think I'll still get another year or so of use out of the brown ones though. I hope Keen still has this sandal available in 5-6 more years when I need another pair! (Of note, per most Keen shoes, it's best to go a half size up from what you typically wear and this style is no exception.)

These shoes are the absolute best! Made 1st trip to Italy 5 years ago & after walking extensively each day on the uneven roads & cobblestone, my dogs were killing me! Vowed never again! Planned 2nd trip to Italy again this year and vowed I would be prepared this time. Bought the Keen Venice (Dark-Earth/Caribbean Sea) and the Keen Naples Sandals and although I took other "comfort/walking" shoes, too, they couldn't hold a candle to the Keens. The Venice & Naples were all I needed. We went on 5-6 mile walking tours every day on very uneven terrain and up and down hills and mountains in ancient towns, and my feet never hurt once! And they were both new shoes with no "break-in" period! The shoe doesn't squeeze your toes, the soles can accommodate any terrain, the openings allow your feet to breathe, the bumper protects your toes from curbs, tree roots and all those uneven stones jutting out. I've purchased hundreds of shoes in my lifetime -- scores from Zappos -- yet, this is the first review I've ever taken the time to submit (Sorry!). Great for traveling, but now that I am back home, I still sport these for casual days & running around in pure comfort. Do yourself a favor and purchase -- your feet will rejoice!

These are my favorite shoes... these Keen Venice. Great for folks with wide feet.... I have super high arches..... and they are just great! Ordered my normal size... beautiful colors. Just amazing!

I have a bad back and have been looking for a shoe that doesn't aggravate my back. This shoe is great for my back! I am so happy that I found it with help from my daughter who has several pair of Keen shoes. I feel like I'm walking on sponge...they are simply wonderful! Will definitely purchase another pair, if these wear out.

This shoe fits my foot really well. I have a wide foot and the sole accommodates my toes comfortably. I had to return a different pair of Keens because they were narrower over and under the toes. There was only one color choice, but I like it.

Originally ordered size 10, my regular size in 'normal' closed shoes but too loose given my medium/narrow width. Returned for 9 1/2 and they fit fine. Comfortable and felt good on an hour long hike. Open top with middle strap worked well at missing a large metatarsal bump I have on one foot. Think I'll be wearing these for a long time.

I bought a pair of Keen Venice shoes 7 years ago. I wear them all summer both for work and play. 7 years later they are still going strong! Three years ago it was discovered I have bone spurs in both my heels. My Keens are the only shoe I could wear without custom made inserts. I am still in love with these shoes and looking to purchase my next pair!

First time buyer of Keen shoes, and Zappos customer. Everything is excellent and as advertised. Absolutely will recommend both to friends and will be a repeat customer.

This is my second pair of these little gems. They are perfect for our wet weather in the Pacific NW, and feel great with a pair of Smartwool socks. The toe guard is useful for walking in wet grass. Love the brown color with blue accent.

My favorite sandal. It offers some arch support and protects my toes. Lots of colors although they run out of my favorites too quickly.

This is my third pair of Keen sandals -- I get a new pair as soon as the old ones start to feel "flat" in the insole, generally about 2 years. The uppers are amazingly sturdy. This particular pair wasn't quite as "out of the box" comfy as the previous two pairs, but it broke in after a bit of wear and is now perfect for walking around. My size varies between 8.5 and 9, and a 9 Keen fits me perfectly.

Love these shoes. I basically live in them, walking or biking they are super comfortable. I have a high arch and these support better than other active Summer shoes I have owned.

Most comfortable shoe ever. Right out of the box. I don't want to wear anything else. They are great for hiking or running errands. Highly recommend.

So comfortable! They definitely run small, so order up a whole size if you can. They fit my very wide (D/DD) feet just fine. Noticeably wider than the Venice H2.

I just bought these and wore them for the first time yesterday. Little different style in Keens than what I usually buy, but I have to say they are fantastic and my new favorites. I'm a bit of a Keen fan; shoes, bags, and especially sandals. I'm am definitely going to buy another pair, maybe in black. Way to go Keen!

These are my second pair. I have a very wide foot, so usually need to order a 9 in everything to have a remote chance of the shoe fitting. I could order an 8 1/2 in this and it fits. They stretch a bit, so if they feel snug and difficult to put on at first, don't panic. LOVE these shoes. My first ones lasted 3 seasons of walking around state and national parks. If there was a bit more arch support, they would be perfect, but even with my high arches they are comfy. Very satisfied and will order more!

I love these sandals. They have been my summer 'go-to' shoes. They are comfortable enough and provide enough support that I have worn them to walk a couple miles.

Although these sandals makes me feel like my mom (she owns them too), they are extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed for hiking in a hot climate and rain. I usually wear a size 7.5 or 8 (often an 8 with boots or shoes I would wear with socks) and went with the 7.5, which was a perfect fit. Even though I was not into the style, they grew on me after wearing them for a week! Overall, they are extremely comfortable and practical and I would recommend them to anyone looking for hiking sandals.

Great for beach walking, kayaking.

Great walking sandal - wore these all through Europe doing a lot of walking. Very comfortable and cool. The protected toe was good while climbing around ruins and hurrying along cobblestone streets. Only realized after I bought them that they are waterproof so looking forward to trying them out at the beach.
