This is my fourth pair of chucks and they are consistent with the sizing. I prefer the leather over canvas because they look nicer and are easier to keep clean. Some folks may size down but I have a wide foot so my standard shoe size fits well.

I love leather! And I have purchased this style many times over the years although not from Converse. This is the first time buying from name brand. Comfortable, durable and style have always been my concern, and judging by what I see it shouldn't disappoint. The generic brands always fitted perfectly. These Converse version is a little longer than the others I purchased but the extra about half inch doesn't bother significantly.

These definitely run about a half size big.

Disappointed that the shoe had scuff marks on the toe upon arrival. Shoe was slightly big for my foot. I typically don't have problems with size 13. these were loose and floppy.

I was looking for a plain white Converse and these fit that description. They are almost too plain though, not crazy in love with them. Another problem I have is that the tongue of the shoe is stiff & not comfortable when they are laced all the way up and tied . I've made them work by not lacing them to the top holes, this allows the tongue to fold back a little and I'm able to wear them that way. I'm hoping with time maybe that will soften up? I have loved every pair of Converse I've ever had, these seem a bit cheap looking and I'm kind of disappointed in them honestly.

These were so cute; I really wanted them to feel as good as they look. But the fact is they are too narrow, in spite of the fact that men’s shoes are generally more comfortable for me than women’s, unless the women’s come in wide.

The fit was exactly the same as my previous canvas shoes. I haven't worn the shoes enough to review their durability.

I returned it because the tongue is too long & it hurts the top of my foot when I walk. Should be shorter & more flexible in the top of the tongue

I've worn the cloth version of Chucks forever. While shopping for a new pair, I came across the leather version. Not only is it a beautiful and stylish shoe that can be worn dressed up or down, it is surprisingly quite comfortable, even though it doesn't provide any arch support. Just like the cloth version, it does run large so I recommend going a full size down (I'm usually a woman's 10 and the 9 fit perfectly). Love them! Highly recommend

I am a size 8.5 normally in women's shoes and in unisex I am size Men's 6/ Women's 8 which should work because my foot is exactly 25 cm so that is what I ordered. And as most reviews state, they run big. I sent those back and took a stab at size: Men's 5.5/Women's 7.5 and they were perfect with enough room for an insole (which I usually put in my walking shoes living in NYC) or socks. I am LOVE them. I chose the all white and I'm so happy with this purchase. I wore them today with a dress.

I really don't like dress shoes, and I'm very fortunate that I don't have to wear them on a regular basis. These fit nicely between being dress shoes and actually being comfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the soles of these shoes, as I bought them with Superfeet insoles. I haven't worn Converse without insoles in over 10 years, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go without them. However, the rest of the shoe is extremely comfortable. I was a little apprehensive that the leather material would cause them to be less flexible, but I was pleasantly wrong in that assumption. Again, these are great shoes to wear around the office without looking like a kid or a narcissistic manager.

Had to order three different pairs to get the right size, but I finally found the ones and I like them. I first ordered the Women's version of this shoe in size 10. They were huge. So, I ordered the Unisex size 9.5(Women) because they didn't have 9.5 in the Women's version. They felt the same as the Women's size 10. So, finally, I ordered the Unisex 9(Women) and they are perfect. I actually prefer the Unisex to the Women's version, because the tongue on the Women's version is padded to a ridiculous degree. I don't understand the purpose of that and it looks bad.

Have worn Chucks since I was a kid. This is my first pair of the leather version and happy with them so far. They feel about the same as the cloth but I am hoping they last longer since the cloth versions tend to wear out easily.

I purchased these converse and they fit good and are comfortable walking.

Love the shoe. Hate that I had to find out the hard way that it runs a full size larger than it's marked. :/ Bought a women's 11, exchanged that for a 10.5. Then had to exchange that for a 10. Ugh. Classic shoe though. Was frustrating, but worth the final product. :)
