I can always count on a Birkenstock to fit my extra wide feet...and they are especially comfortable with the soft footbed. Fortunately, I like the look of them, too. I know they aren't dainty enough for some, but they are cute in their own way. I love doing business with Zappos!! They can't be beat for FAST courteous service! Thanks so much.

I resisted getting Birks for years... These shoes are, as you'd expect, very comfortable, but they're actually not bad looking either. I've resisted getting them for years, but am now pregnant and my feet are hurting. These are great for around the house and for short outings. I find that even with the narrows (I have quite narrow feet), I bunch my toes as I walk, which would make long walks not that comfortable. Maybe I just need to get a bit more used to them. Overall, I'm quite pleased.

I ordered these shoes for a lengthy Disney trip, expecting to walk at least 8+ hours a day and needing a shoe that was not bulky, that I could wear often, and would be comfortable. I normally wear a 6.5/7 when I wear a shoe without socks, and I bought a 7.5 which worked out well. I put these shoes on in the AM and they were great - no blisters, binding, etc. but were completely comfortable for walking around the park, sometimes holding a 35 lb. child. I am very pleased with them - with the comfort, but also they were very cute with casual dresses/skirts. I will be ordering a 2nd pair in another color.

Beautiful, great craftsmanship, comfort. I have many Birkenstock shoes. This is first soft bed. It is wonderful for standing and walking on hard surfaces. I do have knee and hip discomfort. Love them and highly recommend. On the soft footbed, for closed toe shoes, get a size larger if you are going to wear socks.

Great buy! Okay, they are not the prettiest things to look at, but they are great for your feet. We moved to a house with hard wood floors and my feet, knees, and ankles were killing me by the end of the day. I wear these shoes as my "inside" shoes and they have made a huge difference. The soft bed option is really nice. I have a slim, flat foot. Ordered the narrow and they fit fine.

So comfortable! Not so beautiful, but what Birkenstock is? I am 67 and having some knee problems, hard time walking too long, etc. My daughter recommended Birkenstock (she's 41), but said they were "hippie" shoes. I’m now a happy, comfortable Birkenstock hippie walker. I have a very narrow foot & they are adjustable to probably AAA width. I usually wear a 10 and did have to go with the 11 - but with free Zappos shipping, I just exchanged. P.S. - my young grandchildren love them!

I finally wore out my first pair of these shoes after 10 years of daily summertime wear. The new footbed is superb.

Awesome Birkenstock - I ordered these up for a friend of mine, who, in training for a walking marathon, was developing plantar fasciitis. She started wearing these and her heel tendon is healing, allowing her to continue her 5 and 12 mile training regimen. She's now a convert to what I've been saying all along - Birk's rock!

Florida Soft Footbed sandal - I have been wearing these shoes for the past 8 years I think. I love them. They fit, they are comfortable and with the 3 straps they feel secure. Keep this style always. It is timeless. I have a problem on the bottom of my foot and as a result I cannot wear any other shoe that feels so good.

Comfort plus style - These sandals are a wonderful walking sandal and look great at the same time. Excellent support at a fair price.

Birkenstock Florida - This shoe is a very good fit. Narrow size is a great option for a more narrow foot, as the regular size can be wide. Comfortable and true to size. Black is a good color - goes with everything.

Exactly what my feet needed - Had a pair in high school 15 years ago & lost them. My feet and ankles were so sore lately, I thought I needed another pair. I literally received them the next day without upgrading any shipping options and my feet and ankles couldn't feel better. My only complaint is that the leather dye comes off on the tops of your feet - I think that will diminish over time. I highly recommend Zappos for their super customer service.

Reliable fit - Finally ordered the narrow size and the fit is much better.

This shoe is soooo so comfortable for my crooked feet and hammer toes.

They're great! I have problems with my feet and these are the only shoes that do not make them hurt...even after being on my feet all day!

Best Birkenstock Ever! It was my first Birkenstock sandals and I just LOVE it! It is soo comfortable and I'm sure to buy them again!

Love 'em - The ad says a 'narrow' is an American 'regular' and a 'regular' is an American 'wide'. So, I bought the narrow. Wrong! The narrow doesn't fit right. For a true Birk fit you need to order the regular even if you don't have wide feet.

Comfortable sandals - These sandals are comfortable, but not as comfortable as my Florida Birkenstock's that I have had for the past 16 years! Not sure if it is because those are "worn in." :) Also, arch support not as good as my 16-year-old Florida Birkenstock's.

My favorite summer shoes - I'm generally a high heeled sandal type of gal, but these are my favorite shoes. They feel awesome and I have just purchased my second pair--identical to the first. Only reason I had to buy a second pair (had the first for 8 years) was that we moved and I lost one shoe in the process. Anyway, ordered a different style to start, but I returned them as I prefer the Florida Cocoas. For Birkenstocks, they are fairly attractive on your feet and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. Too bad they don't come in a high heel! I generally wear a 38 in Euro size, but these felt best at 37.

Lasts forever and you want them to! I have had a pair of these Birkenstocks for five years. They've been worn a lot from shopping to working in the yard, in sand and water at the beach. They are still great so I had to have another pair in the black. Great for problem feet.

This is my 5th pair of the same shoe - extremely comfortable. Wish they came in different colors, but black goes with everything.

Always A Great Fit - I've been wearing Birkenstock shoes for decades and have always been pleased with the consistent sizing Birkenstock has offered over the years. This is my 4th pair of the Florida style and the fit and comfort is still the same - great!

Soft bed - After changing to soft bed, I can't use any other Birkenstocks but these. I wear Birkenstocks every day when I’m not in the corporate setting. Even on long walks up to 10 miles.

I love my Birks - I live in my Birkenstocks. This pair is as comfortable as the first pair I bought which was the Arizona soft bed. I can go all day in them, even do my house work in them. I now have three pairs, one is the clog; really has helped my planter fasciitis which has been terrible. You got to try them if you have foot trouble. I also have had other foot problems. It’s great shopping with Zappos; will not buy shoes any place, but at Zappos now.

Very comfortable. I can only wear the Soft Footbed Birks as I find the regular ones too hard on my feet. This style is wonderful as they require no breaking in and look ok with pants and skirts. They are comfortable all day and I can walk miles in them. I have to go down a size for the best fit - I am a 7, so buy a 36.
