I have been wearing Birkenstock Arizona soft footbed sandals in for as long as they have been making them. They are incredibly reliable, last a long time and feel great on my feet. I just bought a new pair of size 43's, but they were too long. I sent them back, and ordered 42's, which fit perfectly. Not only am I giving the shoes 5 stars, I am also giving Zappos 5 stars. All my experiences with this company have been excellent. Great selection, great customer service.

fit was right on. arrived quickly no problems. thick leather needs to be broken in so it does not bite into your instep,after that very happy feet. overall an excellent experience. long live ZAPPO'S!

I was so happy to find the exact size, style, and colors that I wanted - with free shipping and returns. 'Cept I didn't have to return, because they fit perfectly. I love how cushy the footbed is! Note: I usually wear US size 7.5 Wide - I bought the 38 regular (Birkenstock regular=wide for women) and they fit perfectly!

Really comfortable!! Definitely take about two weeks to break in, but once they are they fit amazingly well. I love the thick leather and even wore them in rain with no issue. Highly recommended over Mephisto which run small.

My other Birkenstock's were ruined and wanted a new pair. Received mine very fast and forgot how comfortable they are. I can't wait for them to get fully broken in.

I have very flat feet and overpronate. these are great for people with foot problems.

Wearing my new birkenstocks today and already received compliments on them. The soft footbed is a must for my plantar fasciitis and they are very comfortable. I think I will have to break them in a little where they cross my toes but the leather is really nice and I don't think it will take any time at all. I love them!

The color on this item is much darker than in the photos. It is closer to black/dark gray then lighter gray as pictured. The fit is pretty wide but Birkenstocks are designed that way. My daughter has slightly narrow feet so the narrow is perfect although this color is not avail in narrow.

After years away I am back to Birkenstocks and back to the Arizona. I had defected to Mephisto because they had a padded insole and a similar style called Heidi which was a little more feminine (narrower straps). But they discontinued that style and the replacement is not as good quality. And now you can get the padded footbed In Birks! The Arizona padded in narrow is so comfortable and fits so well. I wish that Birkenstock would offer the Gizeh and Florida with the padded footbed in narrow sizes. The women's regular is just too wide. With all the counterfeiters out there Zappos is the only place I will buy Birks.

These sandals were beyond comfortable from the moment I put them on, I literally started dancing because I was so excited. Love them!!!

These are my first Birkenstocks. They came highly recommend from a variety of sources and I read many reviews before buying. I was prepared for a 2-week long break-in period, but the soft foot bed is comfy right away. I'm still working on the straps, though; the leather is thick and stiff, but durable. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and if they truly become as comfy as I'm expecting, then I will plan for another color. I bought a 39 narrow and I'm a solid 8.5 medium width.

Sized down as usual & perfect fit!! Love this new Iron color it is light & subtle. Definitely recommend going outside comfort zone to try a new color of Birks, they have some amazing ones now. So I'm a 8-8.5 which is a 39 in Birks but I get the 38 & it fits Perfectly! Love!!

I've had these shoes for around two years and wear them almost every day and they're still amazingly comfortable and supportive.

These were for my husband and he has been wearing Birkenstocks for years. He said this particular pair were a bit narrower than he is used to, however, they will stretch. The color is great.

Just back to Birkenstock after a hiatus. I ordered the Salina sandal first then two pair of Arizona. I have multiple foot and knee issues that needed the comfort and support these bring. I am grateful that Birkenstock has maintained their sizing and quality construction. I am on my way to walking comfortably again and will stick with this brand in the future. for.Thank you Zappos for your awesome selection of great footwear.

My fist pair of Birkenstocks, and I wish it hadn't taken me so long! Super comfortable, I can wear them all day with no problems. They style is a little blah, I prefer the look of the Granada (which I quickly purchased after I realized how comfy these were).

I love them! I ordered tobacco color with soft footbed. After reading reviews I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear. Normally wear 7-7.5 so I ordered a 37, 6-6.5 and they are perfect. I also ordered narrow width even though my feet are kind of wide, because of reviews I had read, and they are perfect. I will definitely recommend these sandals as well as zappos. Shipping was fast. Very happy with this purchase.

I love this shoe! I wear a 12w and ordered a 43 regular. It was a bit snug at first and I hesitated to wear them outside in fear of my foot not "sinking in" and wasting $100. I am glad I did! They match multiple styles and are amazingly comfortable.

I love the soft footbed with these Birks. They are really comfortable!! I bought them because my Dr. told me I couldn't wear flip flops this summer.
