I love these sandals. This is my 4th pair of Birkenstocks, but my 2nd pair of the "soft footbed." I highly recommend the soft footbed. It is super comfortable and well worth the money.

I had problems with my order but Zappos came in right away and fixed it. They sent a replacement right away and were very friendly. As for the shoes, they are super pretty and comfortable. Just a heads up, the light gray really looks like a super dark gray, close to black!

Amazing and classic shoe! I went up a full size from 9.5 to 10.5 and the fit is perfect.

When I ordered the Birkenstocks, I didn't realize that Narrow is Medium and Regular is Wide; however, I'm glad I ordered Regular because I can fit my orthotics in them. The straps adjust so that works well for fitting orthotics. This is my first pair. so far, so good!

My husband loves his new birks. Took about a week to break in but now they are perfect. He has bad plantar fasciitis and these shoes help his aching feet!

I've always been a fanatic for my flip flops, never used to care for the look of Birkenstocks, nor did I think they were worth the $. Boy was I wrong!! After seeing more and more girls wearing these I started to think they looked cute so I decided to get a pair and now I am a fan for life!! I generally wear a women's 11 so I ordered the 42s per the size chart. These were just a bit too small, my toes came really close to hitting the edge of the footbed and my heel was spilling over the edge in the back. So I tried a 43, which seemed a little big at first until I read somewhere that people have had to punch an additional hole in one of the straps to adjust the fit. Now, after doing that, I finally have a comfortable and flattering fit. These do require a slight break in period, but I'm told they are extremely comfortable once you achieve that. Can't wait to get these broken in and pair them with all my cute summer outfits. #superexcited #shoelove

these are great shoes, i love the habana. they fit great. they're super comfortable and have great support. they are extremely durable and reliable. i love them. they arrived the next day after my order.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these sandals! I originally purchased the Arizona Birkenstock without the soft footbed. I exchanged them for these and love wearing them. They are the most supportive and comfortable sandals I own. Also ordered in Narrow for ideal fit.

Received my new Birkenstocks a few weeks ago and I just have to say that they are fabulous. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a "break in" period with this model, but now, they are perfect. I started just wearing them around the house, then on short outings, and now, I can go all day with complete comfort. Highly recommend.

I have been wearing Birkenstock Arizona soft footbed sandals in for as long as they have been making them. They are incredibly reliable, last a long time and feel great on my feet. I just bought a new pair of size 43's, but they were too long. I sent them back, and ordered 42's, which fit perfectly. Not only am I giving the shoes 5 stars, I am also giving Zappos 5 stars. All my experiences with this company have been excellent. Great selection, great customer service.

fit was right on. arrived quickly no problems. thick leather needs to be broken in so it does not bite into your instep,after that very happy feet. overall an excellent experience. long live ZAPPO'S!

I was so happy to find the exact size, style, and colors that I wanted - with free shipping and returns. 'Cept I didn't have to return, because they fit perfectly. I love how cushy the footbed is! Note: I usually wear US size 7.5 Wide - I bought the 38 regular (Birkenstock regular=wide for women) and they fit perfectly!

Really comfortable!! Definitely take about two weeks to break in, but once they are they fit amazingly well. I love the thick leather and even wore them in rain with no issue. Highly recommended over Mephisto which run small.

My other Birkenstock's were ruined and wanted a new pair. Received mine very fast and forgot how comfortable they are. I can't wait for them to get fully broken in.

I have very flat feet and overpronate. these are great for people with foot problems.

Wearing my new birkenstocks today and already received compliments on them. The soft footbed is a must for my plantar fasciitis and they are very comfortable. I think I will have to break them in a little where they cross my toes but the leather is really nice and I don't think it will take any time at all. I love them!

Love these-especially the padded footbed.

The color on this item is much darker than in the photos. It is closer to black/dark gray then lighter gray as pictured. The fit is pretty wide but Birkenstocks are designed that way. My daughter has slightly narrow feet so the narrow is perfect although this color is not avail in narrow.

After years away I am back to Birkenstocks and back to the Arizona. I had defected to Mephisto because they had a padded insole and a similar style called Heidi which was a little more feminine (narrower straps). But they discontinued that style and the replacement is not as good quality. And now you can get the padded footbed In Birks! The Arizona padded in narrow is so comfortable and fits so well. I wish that Birkenstock would offer the Gizeh and Florida with the padded footbed in narrow sizes. The women's regular is just too wide. With all the counterfeiters out there Zappos is the only place I will buy Birks.

These sandals were beyond comfortable from the moment I put them on, I literally started dancing because I was so excited. Love them!!!

These are my first Birkenstocks. They came highly recommend from a variety of sources and I read many reviews before buying. I was prepared for a 2-week long break-in period, but the soft foot bed is comfy right away. I'm still working on the straps, though; the leather is thick and stiff, but durable. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and if they truly become as comfy as I'm expecting, then I will plan for another color. I bought a 39 narrow and I'm a solid 8.5 medium width.
