I wear a womens size 12B and the men's 43 narrow was a perfect fit. I was able to wear these shoes without a breakin period.

Always love Birkenstock sandals. These sandals are no different, love the leather smell and the color. However, due to a fallen arch on my left foot, it does take a while to get the fit for that shoe more comfortable, but no fault of Birkenstock. I would love to have many more pair, and will ultimately achieve that goal!!

I love these shoes. The material and style are less important to me than the fit. I wear an 8 1/2 women and the size 39 fits perfectly. I feel my feet are supported and there's no slippage. I'm in the Pacific Northwest so I wear socks with them and the fit is still perfect even with bulky winter wool socks..as these will be my winter ( NOT SNOW) shoes as well.

I normally don't wear a narrow but had to exchange the regular width for the narrow width - and they fit perfect!

The shoes are perfect. I wanted a shoe that would be easy to take off at the door so I could slip on my outside shoes. My foot is a medium (width) and the narrow is great. I just wish for a little more arch. Thanks for the great service

After 5 surgeries on my right foot, finding a shoe that cradles both feet in comfort became tough. The soft foot bed works best for me. Love the color of the leather. I normally wear a 39 but the open toe worked best in a 38.

I have high arches and the soft footbed was perfect! Not quite the cushion of sneakers, but still great for long periods of wear.

I have been having pains in my feet from (self-diagnosed) plantar fasciitis. An internet search said these shoes were the most supportive and best for this. The internets were right!!! I have worn these shoes every day since and my feet feel great!

Love these and so comfy! I usually wear 81/2 to 9 in shoes and bought the 40 and they fit perfect!

I have multiple feet issues starting with neuropathy. Also due to a surgery I have an entrapped nerve on one foot. These were heaven sent! I never thought I would be able to wear sandals again and then a friend recommended them to me. They are worth every penny!

I read previous reviews regarding sizing. I’m normally a women’s 8, so I ordered the 38 (women’s 7-7.5). They fit like a glove. I have a normal to wide foot, so I bought the regular width. Even with my wider foot, both buckles are in the tightest hole in order for them to fit my feet right. Just keep that in mind when ordering. Overall I love them and would buy again!

These were purchased for my husband. These are his first Birkenstocks. He said they fit perfectly right out of the box. He was worried about the break-in period, but because these have a soft footbed, there was no break-in needed.

My new Birks were comfortable right out of the box! I ordered the narrow with, and they are just fine. I really debated about this, as I like to wear them with wool sox in the winter. But I'm sure, by adjusting them, they will be just fine. Birks are the ONLY shoe I wear around home and about. Believe me, they are worth every penny. Delivery was fine...a day late, but I understand, with COVID pressures. Thanks for the great service!

Stiff when first walk. Have to break it in over time, causing some discomfort but thick socks help.
