These are the most comfortable shoes I own, so I order several pairs every few years. As soon as one pair wears out, I pull out the next one! I even gave one of the new pairs to my sister (who wears exactly the same size as I do), and she loves them, too! My only complaint is that they wear out rather quickly, esp. the stitching at the outside edge of the toes. I know when it's time to pull out a new pair of shoes when I come home with wet socks on a rainy day. As an enthusiastic walker, I go through one pair in just under a year.

This shoe has a very high rating and I have worn Easy Spirit for decades so when it came up with special pricing I paid attention and ordered it. Sizing--I am either an 8 or 8 1/2 narrow and I ordered the 8 1/2 N and it is okay but none too long. If you are between sizes, definitely order up. Width is also okay--but an A, not a AA. The arch support is also moderate--it could have more. I own the ES Traveltime and it has better arch support. The color of the shoe I ordered was listed as antique Port; the one delivered had "medium red 611"on the box. I was looking for a fun color so it is okay. Comfort--I wore it all day yesterday and it was comfortable except for the lack of better arch support. That seems to bring quality into question--as a former salesperson of women's footwear, I see a definite decline in quality in the shoe industry.

These seem comfortable...the only question is that the laces seem significantly shorter than the many other pair of Easy Spirit Romy that I have owned for years. I'm hoping that once I start wearing them outside the home they will stay tied without double knotting like my previous pair as finding round, long enough laces isn't easy. Also wish these came in a 3E but alas the only 3E found are black or white unattactive shoes for wearing with capri's, dress pants or even skirts when I'm desperate for comfortable shoes even though I don't like how they look. Hard to find comfortable attractive shoes for wide feet, high arches & narrow heels. I see many others with the same issue so know there would be lots of sales for companies willing to make these shoes.

They run a bit wide, but are comfortable out of the box. No heavy shoes and decent support

Loved the color and style but returned because there is too much padding on the ankle. If you need ankle support these may work for you.

Easy Spirit Romy is a well made, attractive sneaker. I ordered a 10N...the shoe is supportive, however I found the padding around the heal/ankle to be excessive. Once I laced up the shoe the padding gapped all around my ankle, therefore offering no support below and around the ankle. I'm hoping to find another Easy Spirit that fits better.

I like this shoe a lot. Very comfortable although I wish it was a tad wider. I have a lot of foot problems n have a hard time with finding comfortable shoes. These are very comfortable and I wish I could have gotten my size in a Different color, even tho I was hoping for white or a solid black I am very happy with the shoes and the price was great!

I have a wide foot with a narrow heel and these felt good in length and width, but too low in the heel.

I felt this was a very nice looking shoe. I have very wide feet but short toes. I went with the WW, which was a little too wide because I had room in my side toes. Maybe I should have just tried the wide. Just wish it came in more colors.

I really like these shoes, but once again am returning them. The first pair I received had a higher/closer to the inside arch on the left shoe than the right, so I exchanged it for another pair. That pair was similar, though very minor. But then I kept having to fix the tongue on the right shoe because it kept going off to the right. Sewn incorrectly and ill-made. Really disappointed because they are comfortable and have some leather on them. Guess I'll keep trying.

They fit well in size and width. I will likely get orthotics because there really is no arch support

I bought this shoe several years back when it was branded "Regine". Refine was TRS. This version is exactly the same except that it runs at least a half size shorter. The width was the same. I had to send the 1st pair back for the next size up. Otherwise, it fits my slightly wide feet well.

I wear a 9.5 ww ( think hammer toe and bunions) and this sneaker fits like a dream. Wish I could keep it, but the top of the sneaker cuts into my ankle bone. Probably just my foot. Worth giving them a try, they are great with the exception of my ankle issue.

The Easy Spirit Romy is true to size and fit. Only wish it had a little more cushioning in the heel. Otherwise, they are good.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND STYLISH!!! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE A SLIMMING LOOK TO MY SIZE TEN FEET. You do need an insert for arch-support and to keep the ankles and heals from rubbing against the edges of the back of the sneakers. D.M.

I am pleased with this Easy Spirit Romy. It is true to size. It feels comfortable and the leather is easy clean. The item arrive in a timely fashion and was packed suitable.

I was disappointed that they are "tie" shoes. From the picture, I thought they were elastic closure, which I wanted because I just had hip surgery and can not bend to tie laces. I will keep them for when I can!

I have a foot that’s both horizontally narrow and vertically skinny. These were better than some for fit, but the straps were still vertically too tall for my foot. I marked four stars for comfort, but I don’t know anything about that feature since I had to return them without wearing.

they are light to medium in weight. feel i wore the souls out in a day my feet were sore after.

The size was okay. But I thought the sole of sneaker and the arch support would be better.

ok, not the best shoe I have ever purchased

The tongue rubbed against my ankle when I tied the shoe lace. Tried to tie it lower on the tongue, but, that was not comfortable.
