I needed new walking shoes that could accommodate my orthotic insoles. The lacing is very adjustable so they work great. Comfortable from the first step, no “breaking in” or blisters.

I wear 2 different sizes and have a narrow foot so I like to find affordable shoes so I can purchase 2 pairs. These checked all the boxes. I could wear them right out of the box. Would love to see more women’s athletic shoes in N width.

I already had a pair of these shoes in black, but I wanted a pair for summer so I ordered the white ones with subtle pale blue stripe. This shoe -- in any color -- is a terrific sneaker. I think they are very good-looking, especially since they're quite plain, with no obnoxious logos or names on the shoe. I need a wide shoe, plus removable insoles, to accommodate custom orthotics and several squishy inserts. This shoe has just what I need. The fit is perfect in both width and length, and they are true-to-size. My former go-to shoe brand/style of many years has recently changed the shoe I always wore, and they are no longer comfortable. I'm so happy to have discovered this Easy Spirit Romy to take their place.

The color grey is pleasant. I usually buy black sneakers/athletic shoes with black soles; these look great. The width is perfect. I'm right on the borderline between medium and wide depending on the brand, and these are comfortable in a medium.

Purchased these for my 87 yr old mom who’s still lively...but hard to fit for comfort due to knee & toe issues. She loves them.

Purchased these sneakers because the New Balance sneakers were not true to the width or support. Purchased these once before and the width and support are still good.

This is my second pair. I LOVE them!!!!!

These do not look like sport sneakers, more refined.

These feel great! My issue is shoes being wide enough and these give me easy on/off and don't squash my feet during the day. The arch support is lacking, but that is very workable with an insert, and these shoes have room for that. So far, a winner!

I've had Easy Spirit shoes before - very comfortable, and wear well. The medium dark grey upper suede is very attractive, and practical. Using them for walking each day.

Glad I took your recommendations! The shoes actually fit - I could put them on without a struggle. I do think I will need to supplement the arch support, but that I can work with. Thank you.

I have a lot of problem getting a shoe that fits well. These sneakers are great.

Love that these shoes accommodate my massive bunions with room left for socks. They also seem to have a more durable sole than many other brands. The only nitpicky thing is that the little strap at the heel is too small to allow your finger through to pull the shoe up while putting it on.

The shoes are very pretty but they are not white leather with blue trim as the description reads -- they are white leather with gray trim -- still pretty but not what I thought I was getting.

The charcoal color is really a nice change from the white. Very roomy toe box and good arch support.

I have worn this same walking shoe for many years. Glad they are still being made.

Very happy with this shoe. I replaced the arch support with my orthotics as I do with all my walking shoes. They are the first shoes I have purchased that do not aggravate an old corn on my little toe. Now I can walk more & in variety of terrain with no pain of any kind.

Very comfortable to wear. I have arthritis in my feet and the bones on my large toe joints are raised, so always have to worry about rubbing. These fit perfectly.

I've had several pairs of Easy Spirit Romy's and this particular style is the most comfortable; not sure if it's the flexible suede vs leather. Also, the shoe strings have some elasticity and seem to hold better. I do have to wear my orthotics and a quality rubberized insole for high arches. Having dealt with plantar fasciitis for several months last year and earlier this year, the comfort and fit of these shoes have helped a great deal to minimize the problem.

I would have done better with a 5. I bought a 5/12 so I could them to wear with thick socks. They are still a little roomy with the thicker sock, so they slip in the heel. By your correct size. They are roomy in the toe. I took my walk in them and they worked fine. I think if I wear a lighter weight sock under the thicker sock, I'll be fine. I'll probably by another pair, but go with 5 and see how that works.
