New Balance M992 - Great Shoes! I ordered the white color from Zappos and loved them so much that I went back ordered each other colorway...I wear these shoes to work as I'm on my feet all day long and so far they are to most comfy pair of sneakers I own.

Favorite Sneakers - These are the greatest sneakers- this pair was a gift, and he just loves them. I own them as well and I am on my second pair, I have been wearing them for the last eight years. They are super comfy and supportive, they are the only pair I wear when I run, and the hold up very well. I recommend these to anyone looking for a really good athletic shoe.

Quiet Comfort - Finding a proper fit for my narrow 14 feet can be a trial. These New Balance fit exactly as described, with great comfort, but without looking like I am wearing a Jackson Pollock inspired art installation on my feet. Sure, I wish they were cheaper. If wishes were fishes... Still, I assert these shoes are a good value, despite the price. Zappos shipping speed was amazing. I am stunned by how quickly these arrived.

Good all-around shoe - I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. I have tried many different shoes. I wear the 992's with Powerstep Pinnacle insoles and my feet feel much better. They get more comfortable everyday. The NB 1223 is much more comfortable, but I work in a hospital and I need black and the thicker material for fluid spills.

I used this shoe for a short time without my orthotics but now use them with the shoe. I have a (very high) instep so in my view the arch support is nothing.

These New Balance shoes really helped a lot. With plantar fasciitis I needed a firm stable shoe and also be able to accommodate the orthotics. They did the trick! Thanks.

New Balance M992 in Grey & White - This is the 3rd pair of shoes I've bought from Zappos for my husband. I found him surfing on Zappos when he asked me my opinion about a couple different walking/running shoes. I chose these for their look & the reviews. He agreed. They're a perfect fit for him! He really likes them & we hadn't realized how dingy his old pair of shoes were until compared next to these new ones. He's very pleased. This makes 3 for 3...and that's a great thing! 2 thumbs up! One of the most comfortable shoes I've had. I walk about 3 miles a day on the treadmill or the boardwalk by the beach. These are great shoes!

Pleased thus far; very comfortable on OR floors - I bought these shoes on the advice of a sales person in a running store. I ordered them from Zappos because the store did not carry my size. Thus far I am very pleased and feel these are some of the best fitting shoes I have ever purchased. I wanted white, but now am glad to have a color (gray) that does not show dirt as readily. Thanks for your fast delivery (next day).

New Balance's M992 - These shoes are the only ones my husband will accept within our household. Add to that the convenience and prompt/free shipping on Zappos part shopping has never been easier. Free returns are a plus also. My only regret is that I cannot find a size 5XW in youth with the velcro strap for my handicapped son. Hopefully these will be offered soon.

Like Walking on Air... These New Balance are incredibly comfortable, according to my husband, and he is hard to please! He wears them to work and is on his feet from the crack of dawn to 8 PM or so. In addition, they are very smart in appearance; the black suede/blue combination is super pleasing to the eye. He has always worn NBalance of one sort or another, but these are a cut above the rest in comfort and certainly appearance.

Problem feet - These shoes are the only shoes my husband will wear. He has problems with his feet and says these are the best shoes to take care of his feet. I broke my foot and when I returned to work, I bought a pair and he is right! Great shoes!

Bumper warning - Thinking of buying one of the most expensive joggers on the market? You might want to pull out the insole first. Feel around the ball of the feet area. Did you find that bump? Is this poor construction or some smart NB feature? I found it in several 992s in different stores. What is all this absorb cushioning worth if you have a bump inside the shoe itself???

Great Shoe - The shoe is wonderful - it is very hard to find a 15 (4E) that looks good and is comfortable. Ordering and shipping were just as easy.

Very stylish and comfortable - This shoe looks really classy! They are well made and comfortable, too. My boyfriend has already gotten tons of compliments on them.

Great staple shoe - This shoe is an older style with an updated look. It is a great shoe to work in, especially if you are on your feet all day.

A very good shoe - I've worn the New Balance 991 for 7 or 8 years. My wife gave me the 992 for my birthday. It's comfortable, but doesn't feel quite as cushioned as the 991. Still, it's a very comfortable shoe and I like it.

Excellent shoe. Bought it earlier for myself, and these were for my husband. Very comfortable and good looking, though more than I had wanted to spend. Overall very pleased.

A very good shoe - It is extremely difficult to find a shoe for a size 14 AA foot. In running shoes this is the only one that I have found. New Balance makes a walking shoe in this size but over time I have found that the running shoe is more comfortable. It is fortunate that with my limited choices that this is a good shoe.

OVERNIGHT SHOE DELIVERY - I am very satisfied with my New Balance 992 shoes. I took a chance ordering them on line (not exactly sure of the size) but luckily the fit was perfect. There was no local store I went to that carried these shoes in my size so I finally gave up and just ordered them online. They came the next day from Zappos, just as they promised. I am very happy with the service I received. I would not hesitate to order from Zappos again.

992 Review - These were a gift for my husband. He is extremely pleased with the fit and I was just as pleased with the service and cost. The sneakers arrived within a few days, just in time for the holiday! Thank you Zappos! I will definitely consider you for future purchases!!

Awesome Shoe - I have loved the New Balance 991 for years. The 992 is very comparable, except I feel it is a tad bit bulkier and stiffer than the 991. My shoes usually look like clown shoes (16E), but the extra material on areas such as the heel on this model really accentuates the size. Also, I sometimes rotate wearing the 992s with some of my older 991s. I have noticed that I constantly scrape the heel area on steps as I walk down stairs when wearing my 992s because I underestimate the bulkiness of the shoe. And for running, the 992s are much stiffer - not necessarily more comfortable than my 991s.

Great shoe! It is a great shoe over all. My tip for the day is. If you buy one, choose a size smaller. This shoe runs a little bigger than what it says in the web.

Superior - I cannot recommend these shoes highly enough. The price is higher than what I would typically pay but I have been 100% satisfied with this shoe model and think they are well worth the price. You might find that they are wider than expected - I had bought the same model previously and found that it was a bit too wide, but when ordering this pair just selected one width smaller than I had previously ordered and found that they were perfect. I had also previously gotten them in gray and found that they started looking pretty dingy over time - am hoping that the black model will not show its age so much.
