Ugg boots - These boots are overall awesome! Firstly they convert into three different styles. First is no sheepskin lining showing and a tall boot. Second is a cuff of sheepskin showing like in the picture shown. Lastly is a large sheepskin cuff making the boots short. I would recommend ordering them in your normal size or possibly a size up as the fur lining takes up a significant amount of room. Overall very comfy and stylish, and the chestnut color shows very little dirt. The service was also incredible. I ordered them on Sunday December 23rd at 7pm and they came Monday morning (December 24th) at 10 am, now that’s service!

Great Boot, Speedy Delivery! This boot is so great...Warm and fits true to foot size even if your foot is a bit wide. I was surprised and incredibly impressed that I ordered them on a Saturday night and they were at my front door Monday morning. Zappos.com offered FREE overnight shipping for Christmas! Incredible customer service...I will definitely be shopping at Zappos.com again.

Zappos & UGGS can't be beat! I was given Sundance by my son last year for Christmas. This year I am giving them to my granddaughter for her Christmas Birthday gift. They're terrific; as a matter of fact I'm wearing them as I write. It was cold & windy on Long Island today and they're soo warm & comfy! Also, you can get new insoles for them which is a plus.

Great new look BUT... Way too big...I have to give mine to my daughter. After wearing them all day, I got blisters from my heels rubbing up the back. Order a size smaller than your normal size. Otherwise, I love them!

Great! Great boot... fits wonderful. Definitely worth the money spent. Make sure to get the waterproofing spray with them, it helps them stay nicer longer. Looks great with everything.

LOVE these boots - I just received my Sundance boots and they are so CUTE! Much cuter and trendier than my Classic Uggs, which I have worn to death. They feel like slippers. I couldn't be happier. I wear a 9 1/2 and I ordered the 9 and they fit great.

Gift for my sister and niece - They LOVED them!!!! I bought them each in different colors, when they arrived they called me and told me how totally blown away they were how nice they are. They both LOVED them so much. The only thing I recommend from their comments is that they both wear a size 8, but with this product I had to return them and exchange them for a size 9. They said the size 9 fit perfect and very comfortable.

Finally got them! I looked all over last winter for these boots and couldn't find them in my size. These are absolutely comfortable and cute. I didn't have to size down. I wear a 9 in boots and 9 fit great in these boots. They came the next day...now that's service!!!

Oh my God I love these! I have never had Uggs before but had heard how wonderful they are. My size was sold out so I was put on the notify list to let me know when it was in. Of course it is summer so not when you would typically buy these but I know from experience that finding them in winter (my size is pretty common) can be a challenge. Oh my God - I love them. They are so comfortable! I ordered one size down as recommended and I can't wait for the weather to turn cold enough to wear them.

Always too big or too small - My first of Sundance were an 8, waaay too big (and I normally wear an 8) granted it said go a size smaller and I did not do that. So now, my next pair (granted 2 years later maybe they've changed the sizing) but I get a 7 and wouldn't ya know it, a lil snug. But I've heard that once your feet squish down the lining, it fits more to your foot, if it's too small. Regardless, I love em, love em, love em and have been wanting the chestnut forever. Glad I got em in June till waiting till Oct when they're all sold out for months! (cept for Zappos, you can usually count on them :) Thanks for the free overnight shipping and giving me your last pair of Chestnut size 7's my life is complete now :) Catherine

A bit bummed - I am an Ugg fanatic and have classics in tall black and chestnut, classic shorts in raspberry and sand, Uptown in black and mocha, Rainers in taupe, Sunburst in sand, Brooks tall in black, and Sundance in chestnut. What I thought was weird is that the sunburst is made from China but the Sundance is from New Zealand. The sunbursts I own have extremely thick and plush wool inside while my Sundance is flat and thin. They look equally perfect and are equally warm. But I just feel that the Sundance should have been even better in terms of quality compared to the sunburst. Anyway, comfort-wise, the classics are the best. While they have no arch support and they make your feet look fat, they are lightweight and easy to slip and go. I noticed that I wear them more than any of the other Uggs. After that, I wear the brooks most- just in case of rainy days. The feet portion is made of leather and the leg is made of suede and the inside is just like the classics. They are under-rated but definitely should not be. They go well with jeans tucked under. The Uptowns are made really well- just like the sunbursts and the Rainiers. And mocha is a lighter color compared to sand. It's simply gorgeous. The rainier, another under-rated Ugg is SO gorgeous in person- the pictures make it look ugly but they are quite unique and lovely. I've gotten lots of compliments- doesn't look so good with jeans tucked- but perfect in miniskirts because it flatters the legs. I hope my review helps- and not confused anyone. :) Zappos is by the far the best website, not only for shoes, but also for bags. People seem to forget to acknowledge the bags. Lastly, if you're thinking about Uggs and their price, don't freak out. These babies will last you forever- as long as you spray them first. I've tried other brand Ugg wannabes like Emu, Bear Paws and Hush Puppies and they just couldn't compare. Oh, and in terms of sizing, make sure to check on the Zappos website and follow the advice of other buyers. They are right for the most part. I normally wear 6.5 for everything but all my Uggs are size 5 except for the Rainiers and the brooks, which I wear a 6 for. Happy shopping and thanks always to Zappos.

These boots rock!! These boots are amazing!! They're SOOO comfortable and don't look weird like the previous Uggs. I like these ones because not everyone has them on campus! These are a must for this season and look way cute with jeans tucked into them. I wear a size 7 and I ordered a size 6 and they are perfect. They also stretched out a little bit after a few days, so definitely order a size down!! Also, the PROTECTIVE SPRAY is a must! My sister didn't use the spray and hers look kinda gross and worn out now. These are soooo warm and I definitely recommend them! I ordered them on Sunday night and they were here in no time!!! WAY FAST SHIPPING!!!

Uggs Sundance II = Absolute Winner - Right out of the box, my size 8.5 feet felt at home in the 8. I applied the Uggs waterproofing spray to protect the color, and it was a delight as well. Barely a scent. The feel of the inside soft fur was heaven to my bare feet. I can't wait for the real cold weather to hit NYC. Excellent investment! Zappos was very professional, & I highly recommend them.

Sundance II rocks! The Sundance II are my favorite Ugg boots. I also have the Classic Ugg and in all honesty, the Sundance are a much better quality boot. Plusher and better support. I also have Ugg Sheila slippers (love them) and Ugg Coquette (love them too)! Great service from Zappos also.

Love Them!!! I love my Sundance II's. They are really comfortable. I am a size 7-7 and a half. I ordered the 7's. They are a little big, but wearable. I have three pairs of UGGS and all of them are a size 7. These boots look good with your jeans tucked in. They are a little too bulky to wear them under your jeans. Great boots!!! They are worth it.

Great Boots!! Do order 1 size down, I am an 8 and got the 7. Perfect. They are warm, good looking, and comfortable. I do not live in a snowy climate, so I cannot speak for that. But, these are so great, I would recommend them!

These are definitely the most comfortable boot/shoes that I have ever had on my feet. I wear a 7.5, but was told to buy down and the size 7 is perfect. Great buy and I highly recommend these boots!

Best boot ever!!! I love my Sundance II's! I ordered them from Zappos years ago and every cold snap since they are all I wear! They are a little big because I ordered my normal 8 but loved them so much I didn’t want to send them back for a smaller size. I have bought replacement insoles and they work great! My boots still look like new after many years of wear, even in the woods! Love, love, love!

Love These Boots - I love Uggs and these boots are my favorite. I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten on them. I look so cute in them with my matching Uggs purse. Zappos gets them to me so fast and a return is never a problem. I keep coming back to Zappos. Great shoe store and great boot. Be sure to order them one size smaller than you normally wear. Uggs run big. I wear a 7 but in Uggs I have to buy a 6.

Terrific boots! I LOVE these boots! I have them in several colors. The extra stitching around the front of the boot (toe area) make the difference and make these truly beautiful and structured- they give the boot almost a "pointed toe" look- not the wide, "Minnie Mouse" look the regular Uggs have (at least that's the way the other style looked on me). THESE are magnificent! I get so many compliments whenever I wear them. I need and put in an arch support insole under the removable, soft, Ugg insole. It really helps, in terms of support. I LIVE in these boots all winter! Comfortable, WARM, and beautiful!

Uggs are the best - These are the most fantastic boots I have ever owned. I love them so much, I have 3, okay 4 pairs. I would recommend going down to a smaller size if you are in between. I have an 8 and 3 in size 7. The 8 feels a bit "floppy" once they were broken in. Wish I could own a pair in every color. And at Zappos, you know they are authentic!
