As every Ugg I own, great boots! If I have to say something, the size is too big. I'm normally 6.5, but I wear size 6 for Ugg which tends to run too big, but when I try 5, it's way too small.

Zappos customer service is the best. I debated about buying these boots, so glad I brought them. They are worth the money, extremely comfortable. I have a wide foot I ordered a 10 returned them for a 11 (the size I wear). Zappos shipped the 11 right out. I love the boots and Zappos customer service. I will be ordering another pair real soon.

First off, let me start by saying when it comes to shipping Zappos is the best. I ordered these on a Wednesday and I got them the next day Thursday. These boots are fabulous. This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them. I am going to purchase a second pair very soon. I read other reviews and took their advise. I wear a size 10 reg but I purchased a size 9 in the Uggs. The 9 fit perfectly. I would have been upset if I ordered the 10. If you're looking for the perfect first pair, these are them.

Love these boots. My second pair after winter use for seven years. Well worth the money! I normally wear a size 7 1/2 to 8. The size 7 fit perfectly.

I love the boots (ugg sundance II ). A little big on the foot, but I can fix that with extra pair of socks. If you are going to order, order a size down from normal size.

Of all the UGG boots we've tried, these are the best! Both my husband and I have a pair, and we love them! We spray them with water proofing and they've taken us through the coldest, wettest snow keeping our feet warm and snug. Well worth the money! They can run just a bit big.

I got these boots as a gift 3 Christmases ago... I still wear them, they’re still warm and comfy, but they do look a bit dingy - I guess that can be avoided by purchasing the care products... I usually would wear a 7.5-8 in sneakers so a 7 fit me fine, but after awhile, it still stretched out and now feels like an 8, but I guess that’s what happens with boots worn for about 3 years. lol. They were my 2nd pair and probably my fave. I just ordered my 4th pair and I’m still going to get a 7, but my 3rd pair were the ones that kinda look like what they call duck boots--- the hard surface--- idk but I got those in an 8... Hope this helps.

Normally, I don’t pay this high of a price for footwear, however, this boot is definitely worth it! Very warm. Our weather was very cold recently and the inside of the boot kept my feet warm and dry. I would recommend this boot for anyone who wants comfort with style. I ordered a 7W, but I could have gone with a 7R. My shoe size is about a 7 1/2W.

I love my boots. Not only do they look great, but they feel great. I work all day on my feet and usually by the time I get home I just want to take off my shoes, but not with these boots. They are so comfortable sometimes I want to wear them like bedroom slippers. The only thing is I need arch support, but I guess you can buy inserts if you really need it.

I love these boots! I have the Coquette slippers and wear them all the time, wanted something cozy for outdoors in our below zero weather! Best Christmas gift this year!

The boots fit well. Very warm. I recommend these boots to anyone that has to live through cold weather.

They run a little large, as the reviews say. Buy 1/2 to a full size smaller, probably 1/2. I bought them for my wife. She loves them and is always trying to find a place to wear them. They are (she says) comfortable and warm. They look very nice.

These are great. I ordered a size smaller because of what I read for other reviewers and sure enough they were right on, any bigger I would have had to return them. So definitely get a size smaller. I love that these can be worn two ways: one as shown in the pictures, or folded up as a higher on the leg look. These are great, I have since bought another style of Uggs form Zappos (her choice a chocolate taller boot) for a niece for Xmas.

I'm thrilled with my new UGG shoes, and with the service that I received from Zappos! This is my third pair of UGG shoes, and as always, they are incredibly warm, soft and extremely comfortable. This pair is more stylish than my earlier pairs, and I've already received many compliments on them. I particularly like the ridged soles, which I think are a great improvement on earlier models.

My boyfriend bought these for me for my birthday and I must say they are amazing. The recommendations were accurate about buying a size smaller than you normally wear.

Amazing - These boots are so comfortable. Their sole is amazing... it feels like you are walking on a cloud :). Everyone loves my boots. I can't wait to where them when fall comes again. I usually wear a 6-6.5 so I order a size down (5) and it fits great. I have narrow feet and these do not feel loose at all. It doesn't slip like other people say. They are really warm and look great over dark skinny jeans for fall and winter (I like true religion skinny jeans).

Sundance II UGG boots in Sand - These boots are sooo cute! I get a lot of compliments on them everywhere I go. They are super comfortable! They run a little big... I wear a women's size 7, but I bought a size 6 and they are a perfect fit. The quality shows in a real UGG boot. You can't go wrong! Love them! I was so hesitant about ordering online. I was leery about whether or not I would like these when I got them. Also I typically wear a 7 and everyone said to order a size down. I was worried when I ordered a size 6 but when I received the boots the NEXT day and put them on I was 'in love'! These are the most comfortable shoes ever! They look so so cute and I get tons of compliments. Ordering from Zappos was so easy and they were so nice. These boots are wonderful! Definitely order a full size down from what you normally get. Also, these were my first pair of UGGS and am completely satisfied!!

Perfect Fit! A little skeptical about 'fit' when ordering; however, UGG has not disappointed. Owned several pair over the years and the Sundance II has the perfect fit, look, and appeal for many years.

Comfort & Stylish Ugg Boot! This is my second pair of Ugg boots; I have the Classic Short boot and now the Sundance II. These boots are very stylish and comfortable. When I wear them out I get a lot of compliments.
