I purchased these for my boyfriend. I have owned uggs for many years and I was so disappointed. He had them for less than a week and the stitching completely came undone in less than a week and the shoes are falling apart. I did not expect this from ugg. I also owned tasmans before and never had this issue. Very upset with my product.

I read the reviews and most said they had to order a bigger size, I took my husband old slippers and measure the bottoms of them with a ruler. Obviously I didn't size them correctly, they were too big. Just needed to go one size up from his regular shoe size. Waiting for the new order to come!

My previous pair of size 11 UGGs slippers were fantastic and broken immediately. This pair is much too tight despite wearing them for a couple of weeks and gradually trying to stretch them out

Soles are stiff and they flop when u walk!

Need this shoe in wide and half sizes. 9 too small, 10 too big

My daughter was disappointed that the width was too narrow so we had to return the item. This was the item she wanted the most for Christmas.

I expected more regarding the quality of these slippers. They were expensive for what I got. Too small, not very comfortable and moderate quality for the price.

I don't know where to begin. It looked nothing like the online photo ! It's very uncomfortable. Soooooo over priced. I own another pair ( different model ) and I love them. I hate them !!!

The hole was too small. I wear size 10.5 on regular shoes. Ordered an 11 in the uggs. Way too tight.

Ive been a customer for years and never had a bad experience until now. Bought a pair in September for school purpose only and they look like they are years old. The fur is gone and the color faded.

I like the feel on the inside, but I am a 9.5 US size, wide feet, and I can't fit into 9 US size shoes. I bought 10 here, but its too big, even when i have sox on and falls off and creates blisters.

I use it to try to keep warm and guess what? My feet still feel like I'm stepping on ice in Alaska. Please try to make them warmer. Yes they're comfortable and nice to wear but I'm still cold.

The ist pair is still going after 6 years and was the chestnut color. This pair looked SO Great in Black that I got a pair. Now less than six (6) months into wearing them the inside Black Dyed Lambs wool is NOT Colofast and leaves my toe ends and nails black. Being a diabetic, these discolorations is worry-some and has made the shoes absoluteltly bad and worthless. Will be attempting to get an exchange worked out with XL & UGG.

I wish they made half-sizes. Size 11 had my toes flush up,against the front, while a 12 literally fell off my foot. Had to return for refund.I also did not like the fact that the back rode low, I want a little more coverage in the back. It's a shame--I really was looking forward to the comfort of Uggs.

If you consider buying the black uggs they will turn your feet and socks black.

2nd new pair, Paid Overnight Shipping, and still too small. Now I get to wait for an exchange that may or may not fit, for 10-14 Days. I wear a true to size 11 1/2. These are 12, and I can't get my foot through the opening. I am praying that the 13 I am waiting on for exchange will fit.PURCHASE A SIZE UP...I guess

I bought the size 2 kids Black Tasman for my grandson. In the past I ordered two other pair for him; navy with natural lining. When he came home from school he rushed to take his shoes and socks off and put them on. An hour later he took them off to take a tub and his feet were INK BLACK!! The die from the fur had seeped into his skin and under his toenails! His feet were virtually black. His mother and I took an hour scrubbing his feet with a hand brush in warm soapy water and the next day they were still stained! I immediately called UGG and they told me that sometimes that happens because they use "Natural Vegetable Die" The shoes were made in Viet Nam and they told me that sometimes the die isn't wiped down enough. They suggested I either have my grandson wear socks until the die dissipates or wipe them down with wipes!! I couldn't believe it! These shoes were not cheap! Please do not buy these shoes, quality control is out of control!

I love these shoes, but unfortunately, wouldn't buy them again. The black interior sheepskin stains my feet when worn without socks. The black stain is nearly impossible to scrub off my skin. I look as if I've walked barefoot for miles on coal!! For comfort, I give these shoes a 5 star rating, but because of the staining, I give them a "1".
