I only gave one star because my uggs came w a stain & that shouldn't have happened if they're brand new uggs. I had to return them.

I received these Uggs on a Friday and by Sunday the thread on the top of the slipper was unraveling. It's easier to get into Harvard then to get someone to respond either by phone, text, chat or email. Finally got through and then they sent me a return form. It's two weeks now and I still have not gotten a new replacement pair. I thought I would try this route with Covid, but never again

I could not rate these slippers as I don't have them. I take a 9.5 size. The web site recommends a 10. They did not fit. I attempted to exchange for a size 11. Received a return lable. Shipped USPS. Your Agent picked up parcel the next day. It traveled to York. Pa. destined to California. It took 12 days to travel 2 1/2 hours from my home. At that rate it should reach Ca. by Christmas. You blamed Covid. I shop online all the time. Why other vendors from Ca. deliver in 3 to 5 business days. I made several attempts to resolve this. I gave up and got my refund. I am hesitant to reorder if that's the best you customer service can do.

Bedroom slippers. Not soft enough on the bottom. Hurts my feet to walk in them. The box they came in is gone or I would return them. So disappointed.

I have a wide foot I'm a women's 10 but I brought a men 9 and it still wasn't wide enough when I started buying uggs 3 years ago they were wide enough. In the last year I see there starting to make more narrow styles.

The slippers are so snug. My boots fit perfect I was so disappointed.

I bought these for myself and even got a size up just for them to be too small i couldn't even get my whole feet in them

So I've been wanting these for years but priorities always got in the way of it so I just revived a bonus at work and bought these and the boots and when I tell you I couldn't even get them all the way on my foot I was soooooo disappointed the top of the slipper was cutting into my ankle I had to take em off an stop trying I was so sick about that I just ended up giving em to my boyfriend as a gift

These slippers were stained & use when I got them. It's a shame because the color is great the slipper is comfy but you can see they weren't brand new when I got them so I'm trying to return and get a new pair now

I love the style and color but they were much shorter than my others. Such a disappointment.

Not good for my feet

Second purchase of these in black! My first pair I wear to work so decided to get another pair for home. This pair came faded and the strip on top was just stitched weird. Unfortunately I had already wore them because they where the only shoes I took with me so I couldn't return them. I know everything can't be perfect but it just doesn't look like my first pair.

This was my third purchase of this slide and this time I was very upset that I spent so much money and got the most popular color that makes this slipper special ( chestnut) but the color was really faded and not at all the traditional chestnut?

As trendy as this shoe has become unfortunately I had to return them. The rim of the shoe dyed my ankle black and at first it was a bit hard to remove the stain. I did wear socks with them but they did start to slid as I was walking and when I realized my ankle had black dye.

Never ordering from uggs again, they sent me these Tasman slippers that looked like there were worn a few time. Gross

I've never bought a shoe so undersized, both in length and width. returned for refund because i can't begin to guess what size might actually fit me

Used as daily in-house slippers, and given I work from home, was looking for a good pair of slip ons that don't come off easily because they're too small but that also are not so big. These are heavy and clunky and have become more so after a few days of wear around the house. They are super wide after a few days of wear and a smaller size would not have helped (would have been too short in length/heels hanging over edge). I should have purchased a different pair of slip on slippers.
