I purchased the Tasman slippers for my teen for X-Mas and these are falling apart! I reached out for a warranty replacement today and they make it nearly impossible! I submitted images that show they are clearly in shabby shape to say the least. The agent told me if the tag was not in the picture for each shoe the warranty is void. There is only 1 tag and no evidence there was ever one in the right shoe. Now I have to mail these back and wait 10 days to find out if my replacement will be approved. From there instead of just shipping a replacement pair, I have to wait for them to credit my account so I can start shopping all over again. This is absurd!!! Your product sucks and you should acknowledge that and ship a replacement. I sent enough images for a forensic examination. Shame on you UGG. I really expected better.

I can't figure out how to return them.

I ordered the Tasman slippers for my son who wears a size 8. It did not specify that the slippers were size 7-8. I did an exchange for a bigger size and just got an email that they were refunding me money because they are unavailable.

It is too expensive for what it is in my opinion. The bottom of the shoe is already falling apart and we haven't had this product for more than a month. Youre just paying for the brand name

I ordered the pacific blue. They were not pacific blue when they arrived, they were a bright royal blue. Too flashy and doesn't match with anything. Might be a good color for a child but certainly not an adult. Also, I'm an 8.5. An 8 was way too small, and when I tried a 9 on in the store it was way too big. I guess people who are half-sizes aren't allowed to buy Uggs. Ugg is missing out on half the customers they could have. Sizing up and sizing down is not an option because the two sizes are so drastically different that niether is comfortable. The slippers are either suffocating my feet, or flopping off of my feet. Why wont they make half sizes? This honestly feels like some type of discrimination, similar to how makeup companies don't make shades for certain skin tones.

Received product quickly, but was disappointed with fit. Tight and hard to get on my foot. Never had issues with any shoes in my life but these were definitely a problem. Order a size up maybe idk?

The shoe itself is fine. No complaints. BUT THE STRESS I WAS PUT THROUGH attempting to make this simple purchase, due to an error in your system, as I was explained to by a supervisor, caused me much stress and removal of a large sum of money from my bank account which I still don't feel I was properly credited for. I unfortunately will not purchase from you all again. I feel sad about it but I feel like I was done wrong. And still purchased 3 pair of shoes from you all.

Although I loved the product I was put through so many hassles to get my order and some of my money back that was a mistake on UGGS PART, I wouldn't do it again. I am so disappointed with the company, not the product.

Bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas they're way too night and I sized up since he is a half size. Def need to get a full size up. Now they're sold out. Same with women's!

I bought my sons shoe size and the slipper was too small

I bought these for my husband as a Christmas gift but they are too tight all over. I even ordered a size up from his usual size. Very disappointed especially since these are so expensive.

He opened them and they are way to small

My son wore the shoes for a day and the material broke on the front of both shoes. I claimed the manufacturer's warranty and the shoes were sent back because it didn't meet the guidelines of return. This is absurd because he only wore them for a day. Never buying from this brand again.

I got them as a gift a size big so they would be comfortable, but they couldnt even get their foot in the slipper

I purchased these 10-21-24; by 11-11-24 the sole separated from the slipper. I sent for an in-warranty repair but was told it was not covered under warranty. DO NOT BUY!

After a certain size product does not look the same when it comes to style

Always a struggle. Your papers don't tell you it's Christmas and clearly like every year YOU NEED MORE SIZE 8s. Why are they on back order for so long?

I only wore these inside and they are coming apart. A complete waste of my hard earned money. They don't feel like quality made. I'm completely surprised Ugg made these this cheesy

I ordered a size 11 and I struggled a bunch to just get my foot inside and once I did they were way to snug . I just returned them definitely not going to buy them again

I worn my slippers for a couple of errands but every time I would it just so uncomfortable it's tight it's hard the plush inside only last a couple days it just stuck on my feet and the back where the stitching at it's the worst to extend your feet out on
