My Husband bought the grey ones for me on Christmas Eve from Journey I literally wore them Christmas Eve & Christmas Day around the house and the whole Design came undone I was so disappointed, 1 because I have wanted them for ever and 2 they weren't cheap by any means I feel like when your spending 100 dollars on a pair of slippers they shouldn't fall apart in 2 days and the quality should have been so much more than that! I took them back to Journey and they are sending me a new pair I just hope this pair doesn't do the same thing. I feel like ugg is known for being a quality brand you get what you pay for and that was just ridiculous and extremely disappointing

Well POOP!! What a beautiful pair of slippers, and so surprisingly completely uncomfortable, un-warm, and un-staying-on-my-feet-when-I-walk even, with or without socks. Felt like I had a fur-lined pine board on each of my feet! Ordered a size up as directed, got a fairly decent fit, just --- not right. Have figured out Uggs' marketing campaign to mostly 20-somethings . . . you gotta' have young feet that have no need of comfort / support, and can go only on looks! If you're anywhere close to 60 and need even a modicum of arch support, find something else. Shoot!
On the other hand --- I love getting to order shoes, because . . . ZAPPOS!!! Ordered Wed. afternoon 2'ish, here Thurs. morn @ 11, and free. All my stuff's already ready for return, Easy-Peasy! Love you, Zappos, better luck to us next time!

I don’t see what the big deal is. These are very hard to walk on. I was hoping for cushion to help relieve heel pain. It felt no different than walking on our tiled floor

i have ordered these for many years, the opening is much to small now? for my son and husband to get their foot into the shoe even went up a full size bigger and the opening was still to small, i could not get my foot into them either, UGG please fix this , these have been a favorite at our house for many years until now.

The ribbing around the sole tears and frays very easy. I had mine on when I scrubbed my floor, 1 time, down on my knees and the ribbing wore through to the cord. I fixed it by permanent maker and glue. This really made me mad because I had only had them for 3 months. So this is why I gave them 2 stars.

I've had the shoes for 2 weeks and have only worn them on 4 separate occasions. The fur is already becoming matted down. Mind you, I have a desk job and I'm also not obese. Secondly, the shoes fit true to size but they flop off my feet when I walk. It's so uncomfortable and weird. It's like it is half way on my heel.

The heel keeps 'folding' down....have to constantly bend over and pull heel portion up....also very little cushioning....I'll keep them because of the return hassle, but wouldn't buy another pair

Absolutely love the slippers, however, as I indicated on my return receipt the back is much too low and falls off my feet.
Had to purchase the Ansley slipper at a local store.
Will continue to purchase UGGS, love the warmth and
comfort of the boots. This is the fist time I have
purchased UGGS slippers.

These are great for around the house and an occasional venture outside. They are very comfortable, but you should wear socks to prevent dye from staining your feet. What I have found it the insole is not sheepskin and the (UGGpure) fluffy material eventually wears away rendering these less comfortable.
I wish the insoles could be replaced...

From how they looked online I was excited to open these. Unfortunately, the center "seam" protrudes further than it looks to in the images. Also, putting them on isn't simple, and required more effort than my boots do. These will be going back.

Shoes are quite stiff and hard to slid into. There's no support and they're really not comfortable. The lining seems warm, but makes the shoes wear about a 1/2 size smaller. I wish I hadn't worn them around the house that first day, otherwise I would have sent them back. That's the last time I've worn them.

I use these as house shoes. They are comfortable but the dye fro the fur inside dyes my feet black. It's pretty gross! I like the black outside because you don't notice them with yoga pants on but the black inside is a huge problem.

I have worn these slippers for over 4 years now. The positives are they look nice and they are definitely warm! As for the negatives....they are heavy and clunky, they are actually a little to warm and will make your feet sweat. We find ourselves slipping them off and on through the evening to regulate the temperature. The biggest down side to these slippers is the thick, hard sole. They do not bend! You can barely bend them with your hands. Its like walking in wooden clogs and when you walk your feet lift out of the heel because the sole does not bend! Walking down stairs is a little cumbersome because they flip off your feet because the sole does not bend! Ive finally worn these long enough to justify tossing them. I will get a pair this time with a more flexible sole and a little less fur.

When your feet get warm the black dyed wool fades into your feet. I bought this exact shoe for my young son...and every night we have to MAJORLY scrub his feet to get the black off. Will NEVER buy black Uggs again!
