I was surprised that other reviewers said these run large; my husband just tried them on in his usual size 11 and said they felt narrow and tight. They are more shoe-like than slipper-like in my opinion, so keep that in mind if you order them. We'll be returning them, perhaps for the scuff when Zappos gets them back in stock.

This is a birthday gift to a friend. For me, it is the perfect gift in the season. I myself is a huge fan of UGG boots and own 4 pairs. My friend was happy with the shoe and said it fit well. I told him that he needs to wear them barefoot to get the maximum comfort. Sadly, he was not used to wearing shoes without socks. Anyway, this is a good shoe and looks very chic and well made.

Perfect. Keep my feet warm and able to be outside to retrieve mail or take out garbage. Doesn\'t have annoying ties that don\'t stay tied.

Wow, let me start by saying Zappos is very fast. I ordered this Saturday night about 10-10:30 pm December 5 and received them December 8, Tuesday for no shipping and handling charge. That is amazingly fast. Thank you Zappos. Also I called to ask a question and it only took 2 minutes tops before I was actually talking to someone. They were very nice and direct about answering my question; no BS-ing around. Now for the Ascot slippers: just looking at them they seem to be very well made. They feel very very comfy. I have the china tea leather ones and they are stylish. Just wearing around the house now, but plan to wear them outside a little bit, too. Overall so far I really like them and my feet are so happy because they are so warm. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice well made, comfy, warm, quality slipper. Thanks again Zappos for an excellent first experience! We'll tell everyone about Zappos!

I bought these slippers for my dad and he loves them. He normally wears a size 9 so I bought him an 8 and they are perfect. You will not regret owning these.

These are great shoes for lounging or running out quick. I purchased these for my son who is normally a size 10.5 so I got the size 10. I returned the 11 which was too big.

These slippers are the best! Have a cup of coffee in your new slippers or maybe a canoli or two and then forget about it.

best ugg slipper ever - the best out of all the slippers by Ugg. You would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable slipper from any manufacturer. I generally wear an 11 shoe. A 12 was the perfect fit in these slippers. You definitely do not need socks.

Best slipper ever - This is my second pair of Ugg Ascot slippers. They are extremely comfortable. They run a little snug, but they loosen up over time once the slipper conforms to your foot. I will be buying another pair when these are all worn out. As always, Zappos service was excellent, they are truly a business that appreciates their customers.

Love these Ascots! These are my son's second pair of the Ugg Ascot. He received his first pair for Christmas 2006. He wore them almost continually for the last 2 years in all kinds of weather. This winter they finally started to give way to a hole at the top of the shoe. When he came home for spring break and found I had ordered him a new pair and they were waiting for him he was pleased. He loves them so much he won't throw away the old pair and is already "breaking in" his new pair. He and I would recommend these shoes and Zappos in a heartbeat!

I bought a pair Ugg Ascot slippers in chestnut suede for my husband and son and a pair of women's ugg fluff scuff slippers for my daughter this past Christmas. Everyone absolutely LOVED their Ugg slippers! They do run about 1/2 size small, so if you wear a 1/2 size, I strongly suggest you size up. I have worn Ugg boots and slippers for about 15 years now and have always loved the comfort and durability of their products! Well worth the price! Also, buy them at Zappos, you can't beat their service! I received the slippers the day after I ordered them and with free shipping & free return shipping, Zappos can't be beat! I LOVE Zappos! :)
