I ordered the wrong size slippers for my son's birthday present. Zappos had the correct size at my door the next day! Amazing service. A pleasure to do business with Zappos.

I ordered these for Christmas for my 84 year old father. He had had open heart surgery and his feet are always cold. He also has narrow feet and always has trouble finding slippers that fit him right. He won't take them off now! He wears them with socks and loves them! He's one of those people I never know what to buy, well this time it was a home run! They fit him perfect, and are true to size. The sheepskin padding keeps them just snug enough on his narrow feet.

Shoes fit true to size. My husband was so in love with these we even purchased some for Christmas gifts this year! He wears them year round because your feet never sweat, and it gets pretty hot here in Louisiana. They stay at the side of his bed so as soon as his feet touch the ground they slip right into these!

There are many imitators out there, but UGG slippers are the best. They are a bit pricey for a slipper but the quality is high and they are so warm and comfy. If you need arch support, these do not have any, but they are great for just shuffling about the house. If you will be standing on your feet a great deal (cooking, cleaning, doing chores) and need the arch support, then you may not want to wear the slipper in this case.

These are only my second pair of slippers and I was hesitant because of the purchase price. After wearing these I'd pay that price again. These are very comfortable, warm, and keep my feet dry.

Couldn't be more pleased! The slippers were a gift. and there was a mix up, not by Zappoa, but with the recipient on size. It was handled very courtesly and expeditiously. Zappos will have my business.

These slippers are just what you'd expect from Ugg - great! My husband who has never been a slippers-wearer, loves these. I've had Ugg slippers for a few years and always rant and rave about mine and now he's a convert.

I bought these for my husband. He has had them for 3 years and LOVES them. Then bought these for my son who LOVES them! My husband got the replacement inserts and says it is like having a brand new pair! GREAT GREAT shoe/slipper!

I ordered these over the phone and had them the next day. I was having problems with my password so I called customer service. I had a live person right away, he was very helpful. Every time we have used Zappos its been a great experience.

These are simply the best slippers, ever! I have given these to the hard to shop for men in my life and they all have loved them!

I bought these for my husband for Christmas and he loves them. He was skeptical at first and thought that Uggs were only for young women and that he didn't need slippers. Now that he has them though, he wears them all the time when he isn't at work. He run errands in them and walks the dogs in them too. He tells me pretty much every day how warm and comfy they are and how much he likes them. On a size note, he is usually an 11.5, but I had to get him these in a 13! I also got him the Ugg Butte boots and he needed a 13 in them too, so perhaps Ugg men's sizes run small. His foot is wide, so that may be part of it, but he claims that there isn't a lot of extra length in the toe. I got him these in the leather rather than suede and they even stood up beautifully to having water accidentally poured on them. And, of course, Zappos got them to me super fast as usual!

Bought for my father, with cold feet. He says they are very warm and quite happy with these -- now that's saying something.

My hubby had been looking for some slippers that would not wear out in a couple of months. These are fantastic! I know they are pricey; but they are well worth the price. I bought my husband and also his best friend a pair last Christmas and they wear them ALL the time! Bought hubby another pair in another color this year.

Searching for the perfect slippers to replace my husband's old duct-taped ones, I found these on Zappos and read through the reviews. Yes, they do run small. I ordered a 14 for my husband, who is usually a 13. The slippers fit like a glove and are very comfortable. He loves the comfort, the ease of just slipping them on (without having silly decorative shoe laces that come undone anyway), and the ability to go outside and get the mail if need be, since the soles are solid. Heck, he could wear these outside with jeans and no one would notice. Now I will look for a pair for myself. And I absolutely love Zappos' excellent customer service. I placed the order Sunday night and received them on Tuesday. Free shipping and free returns if needed, no questions asked. Thank you!

First set of slippers came up in the soles and were a bit ill fitting. Called Zappos and explained. Amy was professional, efficient and courteous. Exchanged for a new pair citing the 1st was "defective" and got a larger size. Hubby loved!
