What happened to you guys???? You use to have a fine product but I can't even get my foot into the second pair of slippers my sister sent me for Xmas. I'm not going to Ever buy another ugg product. I have a very high arch and wide foot. Slippers just don't fit! You obviously do not want my business or anyone that is a bit out of the "norm" of foot style. When you were making slippers in australia they were fine quality but now since you subcontracted your product to another country. I say ugg to ugg!!!

Could have been. Should have been. Watch Out!
This slipper should have been excellent. Its design provides a wonderful combination of functionality and beauty. It is comfortable, warm, and attractive. It is everything I was looking for in a slipper. But it is poorly constructed - so poorly I had to return my pair. Underneath the foot, the sheepskin is glued to a thin pad. That thin pad is in turn glued to the sole. The glue breaks down very quickly, separating the sheepskin from the shoe. Worse yet, the glue holding the upper part of the shoe onto the sole also came apart. Disappointing construction quality in an excellently designed slipper. Too bad.
