Have owned many many pairs of Uggs. Ordered a new pairs for a Christmas gift in size 10 but received size 11. Ended up keeping them and giving them to my husband. Ordered another pair of size 10 and again received size 11. I called customer service and they were so helpful! They made every effort to help me. I use Zappos for all my shoe purchases. They have the BEST customer service!

This is my hubby's second pair. His old pair is about 3 years old now and still going strong. He actually took the old pair to leave at the fire station when he's on his 24 hour shift so he doesn't have to take them back and forth from home to work. They are VERY durable! Unlike most of UGG slippers/shoes, I think these actually fit true to size. When he first got them he complained they were a little tight, but after wearing about a week they seemed to stretch and now fit perfect. I cleaned his older pair with the UGG cleaning kit, and now he's complaining they fit tight again, so hoping after he wears them for a few days they will stretch back out. My only complaint really is, I wish they would bring the Sand color back!

Great slipper!!! I've had this pair since November 2008 and normally wear everyday during winter months. The insoles wear through by my big toe. Thought about buying a new pair but decided on replacing insoles from Ugg. Waiting on arrival of insoles to see if that works. If not I'll be buying a new pair

I have to return them because they were too small and they were a gift, but only to exchange for a larger size. Very happy with the purchase.

Very confortable

I purchased these because I have Several pairs of Ansley. I love the fact they are leather and not suede. I wear a 10 in the Ansley's because they ran snug so I got men's 7 in these and they are perfect. I can't believe I bought men's shoes..lol but love them. I can wear them out in bad weather and they won't ruin. Please make Ansley in leather!

Probably one of the best purchases I have ever made!

Needed something warm and these fit the ticket. It only costs 10 percent more to go first class and that is what these slippers are, first class. I love that you can buy new liners. They should last a long time.

I wear these as regular shoes, not slippers. They have a hard sole and do fine outside. The leather makes them look like any other leather slip on out there, but the soft warm inside is only UGG.
