These shoes are sooooooo comfortable!!! I'm on my feet all day at work and it's like walking on a cloud:) Changed my life!!!

Next best thing to sandals.

I really, really, really wanted these to work for me. I was looking for a pair of shoes with a good solid arch support. Unfortuneatly it didn't hit the mark. Beautiful shoes! So if you don't need that support, you will LOVE them!

Am enjoying these shoes. Very comfortable... I shall probably purchase in different colors.

Very pretty shoes. Too short, and I don't know that I want to order the next size up because I think the toe area is too narrow. In any case it is too pointy. I had night hopes but these have to go back.

I bought these for a trip to Japan for a black flat option shoe besides my normal everyday sightseeing shoe. They were perfect. Wore them in the evenings with jeans or skirts. They go with everything and were easy to pack and took up very little room in my suitcase. Great travel shoe.

I have worn out TWO pairs of this shoe (& that takes some doing for they are rugged as well as good-looking & dainty!)& I am delighted that they are still available! So comfortable & good looking! Thank you, Zappos! ECJ XO

I love this shoe. This is the second color I've bought. It's cute, lightweight and comfortable. It does stretch a bit over time and will fit even better than the first try-on.

Oh my goodness, I LOVE these shoes. They are stylish and comfortable. The leather upper stretches, so causes no issue for my bunion, and yet holds on so my feet don't slip. These are pricy shoes to be sure, but they are absolutely worth it.

I first discovered the Arche Lilly a few years ago and each year since then purchase a new color to add to those I already have - that's how much I like this shoe and how comfortable it is for me. Very versatile whether I am wearing slacks or skirts/dresses, colors are wonderful and I can walk all day in them. The support is probably not that great for those who need that extra bit but I think there is a decent amount and certainly more than is offered by brands that are not made as well and don't have the cushioning Arche provides. I wear a 6.5 shoe and order this in 37...feels a bit snug at first but experience has taught me that there is a bit of 'give' and it feels fine for my purposes - I do not wear socks with them. Besides the style I do have to mention again that the colors are vibrant and do not fade. I get many compliments on them especially for the colors I have and have even had grown men comment on these shoes. I wear them from early spring through summer and only put them away when the weather starts to cool. Excellent brand, excellent quality, and a keeper from year to year.

Started buying Arche 20 years ago. Will never wear any others. Comfort deluxe, worth every cent...California marathon runner.

If I could afford to, I'd buy them in several colors! They are very comfortable and provide very good support. Plus, Zappos had them on sale and the department store that carries them did not.

Love Arche shoes, but this particular style runs very narrow. Pretty shoe, but had to return.

I have had these shoes for about 3 years. I am clearly a minority opinion, but I found these shoes disappointing. They have zero support. The band on top digs into the top of my foot, they come up too high and they are moderately uncomfortable after a fairly short time. I bought them to do extensive city walking on a trip to Europe, but cannot recommend. On the plus side, they are cool and lightweight. But for the high price I expected more. My cheaper Kaydee Crocs are much more comfortable.

This seems like a pretty good shoe, but I do not think it is as great as others, especially for the price. I thought the sole and cushioning was great, but there is no arch support. The heel has elastic which is curved in, causing it to dig into my heel. I can't understand why shoes are designed like that. The also squeaked when I walked. Those issues may have gotten better with time but for the price I wasn't going to take that chance.

These shoes are so comfy and soft. I have back, hip, leg and feet issues and I love the shoes !

I had stopped wearing Arche because of lack of Arch support but these shoes fit really well and are very comfortable. If they weren’t so expensive I’d buy more in different colors.

Lovely shoe, but I had to return it. I wear a U.S. 9 1/2 or 10 and almost always a European 40. Arche is marking their Euro 40 a U.S. 9 and it felt true to a U.S. 9, which is too small for me. This shoe was very small in a Euro 40, and very narrow as well. I am going to order up a size, because it is a very attractive shoe.

I wear a size 8.5. Went up a half size as recommended. Love these shoes. Yes they are pricy but well worth the comfort. Grigio is taupe color which I love.

Love my new Arche Lilly flats. The only shoe I have found that does not dig into my bunion. Very comfortable and easy to walk long distances in. I was looking for comfort and cute and they are the only shoes that satisfy both criteria. Dealing with Zappos has been easy too. All in all a win win .

These shoes are so comfortable and SO quiet. I am on my feet all day at work, and its nice to have a pair of shoes that don't "click" when I walk! I get lots of comments on them and people are always asking my the brand. They are flexible and look great with pants or jeans. They will also be a great traveling shoe.
