These are by far my new favorite winter boots! They're great to wear in the snow and at work. I no longer have to change my boots when I get to work because I never want to take these off! They're warm, comfortable, and cute! Very happy!

I have read all the reviews about sizing on this boot and feel compelled to comment. First, this is a beautiful and comfortable boot. I wear a size 5 in traditional Uggs and wear a 6 in this without socks. If I were to wear a sock, I would probably size a size 6.5. While this looks like a traditional snow boot, since it is fully lined with Ugg fur inside, there is no need to wear socks. I love this boot. It is a more rugged cousin to the Ugg original but more arch support and stronger sole for wearing in the snow and mountains. I bought the gray and the color is gorgeous.

I absolutely love these boots, but I previously ordered these boots about 2 yrs ago in a 6 1/2 and fit perfectly ( I am a 6 1/2), but when I order these again in a different color about a month ago they felt tight on my foot so I sent them back for a size 7 they fit perfectly ( I don't wear socks with them). The first Color I have is the saddle colored one and I love them, I recently ordered the gray and they are beautiful. Get these they are so warm and comfy you will not regret buying these boots, I want a pair in every color.

These boots are so comfortable that I wore them around the house for hours just out of the box. I am an 8.5m and the 8.5m fit me perfectly, contrary to what others were saying about the boot running small. I wear them with the cuff up and my ONLY teeny complaint is that the tongue doesn't extend the full height of the boot with the cuff up.

Fits TTS. I'm a size 9 and 9 was a great roomy boot fit with plenty of room for thickish socks with no heel slip. Color "otter" was a bit of a disappointment. The brown was neutral and muted (not golden cognac color as in pic) with black rubber soles (not dark brown as in pic). Not as pretty as Zappo photo color. I also ordered these in Sand hoping that the soles are brown rather than black as they appear in pics. We shall see when they arrive. The boot is super comfy, warm, leather flexible. The wool lining is not fleece (sheepskin) like my old Uggs but is sheep's wool on poly backing. A cheaper product, no doubt. Overall, I like the boots and will probably keep the Sand color and return the otter.

I am very happy with these boots. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my regular size and they JUST fit. I was concerned they were a titch too tight, but I wore them for two days and they relaxed a bit and are fine. I ordered the dark brown, and I was bothered a bit by the light-colored tongue, but that passed. They are nice and warm; easy to walk in (don't feel like big old moon boots). Perfect for sloppy wet Oregon and occasional snow.

I've been searching for the perfect winter/snow boot. Finally found it with this one! I normally wear a size 5-5 1/2 (often wide) 6W in running shoes, and have arthritis in my toes, so can't wear anything too constricting in the toe box as it will set off a week-long painful episode. Ordered this boot in a size 5 1/2, fits perfectly and so warm and comfy right out of the box. Not too clunky or stiff when walking, which I find many other brands to be. As with most Uggs no need for socks, quite fuzzy & warm. If I intended to wear with socks, would have to size up 1/2. Pricey, but so well worth the money!

Bought these boots for my girlfriend and she loves them. Ugg Brand speak for themselves. Now to the true review. this is my first order from Zappos and it has been the best experience I have encountered not only online but also in a retail setting. The customer service and dedication is outstanding. I had to return the boots because I ordered the wrong size and they had already shipped the correct size to me before receiving the returned boots. They promised I would have them by Christmas and because of no fault of theirs the shipment was delayed. I received an email apologizing for the delay and that they were going to refund some or all of my money for my inconvenience. Within a weeks time I had received my refund. Incredible!! Zappos is a honestly good caring company that believes their customers are the most important asset to their business. Whenever I need anything Zappos has to offer I will 100% be purchasing from them. Again you cant beat the customer service. Thank You Zappos for a great experience and a wonderful Holiday.
