Classy shoes but they run big.

Beautiful shoe; nice workmanship. I ordered a wide and this is not wide enough. I normally wear a medium or a wide. Will sadly be returning; wish it would have worked out!

OMG! Finally a shoe that is so comfy and looks good. Can wear these all day. Very roomy in the toe area, perfect chunky heel to walk in all day, flexible leather....looks great with jeans or work attire. I highly recommend these shoes. Wish they came in more colors!

I love these! I happened to discover them in a store one time when I was traveling to Chicago. I wore that first pair for years, until I finally had a blow-out. Fortunately Zappos carries them. Last time I ordered a black and brown pair, and wore those for years. Just ordered my third black pair. No brown option this time - hope it comes back soon! This is my staple work shoe.

I'm glad I read the reviews, because I did need a half size larger than usual. The shoe is comfortable. I wish it came in caramel too.

The Nolan is my favorite shoe from Zappos. I have a bit of an arch and if it is a shoe without a heel I wear a size 5M. This shoe has a heel so I wear a 5 1/2M. This shoe is tight at first but after the leather relaxes it feels excellent and I have gotten compliments. Customer service is beyond outstanding and to the highest caliber. Shipping is next day and free and with free returns so if anything goes wrong or if the shoe doesn't fit there is nothing to lose. I will always shop Zappos for my small, hard to fit feet. I have bought these shoes over and over. I love them so much I wear them out! They are my go-to work shoes. They are very comfortable and good looking. On business trips where I walk and stand constantly, these shoes are the best. They are a great value for the money.

I have worn these shoes for years. They are perfect for office wear and almost bullet proof. The only issue I have is that they only come in brown and black. I would love to have them in navy and gray.

Love this pair of shoes. Heels are in perfect height even a long day, my feet are not tired. Love the style as the tongue covers the top, you don't see much socks. However when I first wear it, it's a bit too tight. After few days, it loosens up. It's a very nice shoe!!!

I have a narrow heel relative to my toe box area and these shoes are perfect. Height is great with dress slacks, work suits. My only complaint is that I came back on Zappos to order in other colors and all that is being offered is BLACK! Please Zappos, get these nice, reasonably priced shoes in other colors!

I love these shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. I wear them daily to work. Perfect heel height with dress pants and even skirts. This is actually my second pair of the exact same style. Replacing the first pair after two years of wear. Would love to find them in navy and dark brown!

I really like the shoes; however, when they arrived they were bending inward on the top outside edge of one of the shoes and, with the shoes being new, it was digging in to the side of my foot. After working with the shoe a little, it is more comfortable and I am hoping with wear it will continue to soften and be amazing.

Just purchased my 1st pair of Nolan pumps after my mom-in-law has been raving about these shoes for a while. Wow was she correct! These are my favorite pumps. I wear these shoes 7 days a week. These are a very versatile shoe as I wear them with panty hose and skirts during the week and jeans on weekends. A very comfortable shoes that I would recommend to anyone! :)

I am overweight and it is hard for me to wear heels. This is the only high heel I have ever found (and I have tried a lot) that is comfortable and doesn't hurt/pinch my toes. I love this shoe!

These are extremely comfortable and they fit like a glove. I am a size 11½ or 12. I ordered these in 12 and they fit perfectly. I wish they were not so round in the toe but I really like these shoes.

These are very comfortable shoes. The heel is just the right height for me, and they are stable for a feminine look while sturdy. ( am taking lots of steps at work! The shoes are true to size if worn with thin socks/stockings.

The perfect work shoes. Liked them so much I got both the brown and black and will replace them eventually with the same shoes if they are still made then. I don't have many shoes I can say that about! Extremely comfortable. I can wear them all day on my feet at work.

I love the Franco Sarto Nolan shoes. They fit true to size and are incredibly comfortable. It is best to wear these shoes with trouser socks/hosiery. I highly recommend these shoes!

Great shoe! It felt comfortable from the first moment I wore it! I wear it at work 10 hours a day and never had any blisters or pain or adjustment period. The heel is also just the perfect height. The shoe is well balanced. I am very happy with this purchase!

I love these shoes. They were comfortable from the start and I find myself wearing them all the time because they feel so good. Even with a bit of a heel they feel comfy and don't bother my feet even after a long day at work.
