The length is true to size for my foot, however, it is a little tight on my foot, to begin with, but in time I feel it will stretch as did the first pair. Great looking shoe for office or casual wear. Works with slacks and many dresses. You can leave these work to casually dazzle at an impromptu meeting or sleekly impress at an interview. Simple lines and long lasting. I ordered the low heel version as well.

I bought a pair of these shoes about 15 years ago and finally today my foot busted out of them so I have to replace them but wow 15 years long time to have a pair of shoes. I’m a realtor no telling how many houses I showed in these shoes lol they are so comfortable and true to size too can’t wait to get a new pair. After 15 years they still look great

The perfect work shoe. Great with slacks or even jeans. Nice comfortable heel height and good arch support. Can wear these and stand all day.

These shoes are amazing, took one wear to break them in and now, they fit like a glove even without socks. Great for business casual, business/work wear and a stylish alternative with jeans and button down shirt for the weekend. Great purchase!

I agree with the other reviewers that these felt tight at first (especially across the top of my foot), but after wearing them once or twice, they are very comfortable. I wish they were offered in another color (brown maybe?). These are my favorite work shoes now; love them.

I am a professor in a business school (meaning I can't get away with wearing jeans to class) and these are my go-to shoes. They are the only heels I've found that I can comfortably stand/walk around in all day while teaching. I've had at least 6 pairs of these shoes that I've worn until the soles literally wore through. They take a couple of wearings to break in and, as other reviewers noted, they do stretch just a bit over time. I hope Franco Sarto keeps making them forever!

Purchased my second pair. Very comfortable even all day. Secure footing. First pair has held up very well. Great with pants and some dresses, especially with tights. Good value for the price.

stylish and comfortable

I bought these shoes about a year ago and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. I was afraid the heel was to high but it is perfect and you don't even know you are wearing a higher heel. I work in new home construction and have noticed they are starting to show that abuse and I am ordering another pair. I wear 8 Narrow and these fit like a glove.

This is my second pair of Nolan. I ordered 5M the first time, but felt too small in one of the shoes. So I exchanged for 5.5M. Now they are fitting much better. The shoes are very comfortable to wear. The round toe design provides room for my toes. I wear them all day walking around the office, or even shopping malls. Zappos service is the best as always. The exchange process is a breeze.

These are great every day work shoes. Not the most stylish shoe in my closet but very comfortable and looks. Ice with a skirt or pants. I love this show so much I have bought it twice!

I love these shoes! They are super stylish and very comfy! They are so versatile. I can wear them with professional attire as well as skinny jeans! I needed some comfortable shoes for work. I have 'difficult' feet. What caught my attention was the rave reviews for this shoe, so I gave them a try. Wow, first pumps that actually look good and are comfortable! Great classic shoe that feels good you will keep for years.

I love love love these shoes. Super comfy right out of the box. They look great with slacks, jeans and skirts. I am on my third pair (in about 9 years) as I wear them so much that they are beyond repair by my cobbler.

I could not be more pleased with these shoes. I haven't been able to comfortably wear heels for a few years because of foot problems. That changed with these! I did add Heelho inserts to help with ball of foot pain, but they were bearable without them. I have probably tried over 50 different styles of heels to see if I could wear them, and these are the only ones that I can wear comfortably for an extended period of time. A note on sizing: the medium width was way too narrow for me. I exchanged them for the wide width, and they fit perfectly (LOVE ZAPPOS!!!). If your foot is borderline wide like mine, I would order the wide. I like these so much that I would buy them in other colors, but I only see the black ones offered in black.

When I slipped these on, I just went "aaah". The leather is soft, they stay on my narrow heel, and also fit my moderately wide forefoot. That's asking a lot from a shoe! I've worn them all day for the first time today, and don't feel a hint of a blister anywhere. Love 'em.
