The Best all around shoe in my closet! I like Franco Sarto shoes in general and this is my favorite style of the 6 pair I currently have. I have a narrow foot and find I can still wear most of the styles in medium width. This Nolan is extremely comfortable. I work retail and am on my feet all day and can wear this heel in comfort. Great with business slacks yet casual enough to go with a pair of jeans. It's a great shoe and a great value.

The day after I received my shoes I wore them all day. They are very comfortable and they look great with both pants and skirts. I have six pair of Franco Sarto shoes - keep up the good work.

Every day shoe - I love the Franco Sarto Nolan's I purchased from Zappos. The Franco Sarto brand fits my slightly wider foot and is immediately comfortable. In fact, they were completely "broken in" after only two wears. I hate to put on any other shoes and only do when I wear something that doesn't match a black shoe. I can't wait to purchase another style of Franco Sarto's and as I have told all the ladies I work with, Zappos is the only way to shoe shop.

Will become my favorite shoe!!! This shoe was comfortable the first time I wore it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who desires a smart looking as well as comfortable shoe.

Love these shoes! I love all of Franco Sarto shoes....these are the most comfy with my working hours being what they are....GREAT!

Nice shoes. Little uncomfortable if you have to stand or walk for a longer periods of time. However, good for work and going out.

Excellent product - Franco Sarto is one of the best shoes for style, comfort, and fit. It is one of the few companies who provide smaller size shoes. Price is great for the quality.

Perfect with pants - These shoes look great with dress pants or jeans. Very comfortable, even with the higher heel. The stitching is remarkably perfect. Excellently made.

I ordered my normal size 8. They are a bit big with tights but just right with dress socks. They remind me of Franco Sarto shoes I had in the 90’s.

These work for narrow heels! For those of us who suffer with narrow feet I recommend these shoes. I have trouble finding pumps that stay on. I think the high front/top of the shoe helps. Ordered in 9.5 narrow and these won out over others.

A little boring in style IMO, but very functional for daily office wear if you work in a conservative environment (and I do).

This shoe is very practical while passing for professional. I bought them to go with business suits and dress pants. I'm not much for heels and usually go with the Dansko clogs option, but when you have to interview, you should be wearing something less casual, right? I'm a size 5 and find it difficult to find a "true five" and one not too narrow. This is pretty comfortable for my wide and flat feet yet not too big (long) like many 5's out there. I like the thicker heel for stability.

These shoes run narrow. I needed to purchase a wide width in my size in order to feel comfortable.

Pretty shoe. However, I have wide feet. Most 9 1/2's fit some tighter than others. (I have other F.S. shoes in 9 1/2.) I couldn't get my big toe into these. How do I rate on comfort?

I was impressed with the amount of padding in the shoe. These work well for work with long pants.

I have purchased about four pairs of these and they are always different. Twice, my size has fit, but the other two times I had to buy half a size bigger.

Classy - This was my first time ordering shoes online. I was a little skeptical, because you really can't judge a shoe accurately by a picture. However, when they arrived, I was pleased that they looked and felt very close to what I had imagined. I don't normally wear anything but sneakers and Birks, so a closed-in shoe with 2 1/2 inch heels was a big change for me. I had a big concert/show to perform at and the first time I even wore the shoes was on performance night! I just had to put bandaids on the back of my heels as I knew I would blister, but I have to say that I was very comfy in my shoes and I was dancing and jumping around on stage for over 2 hours! No blisters either! I did feel that they were a little bit bigger than marked, but not even as much as a 1/2 size.

Perfect professional shoe! Have run through several pairs of Sartos like this for the classic professional work shoe. Loved everyone of them, this one included. First order from Zappos, excellent turn around.

Classic loafer - I have only worn this for 1 day in the office on carpeting. The shoe is a classic style and goes with jeans and pants. However, it's stiff out of the box, especially in the heel area, so we'll see if it feels better after a few wearings. Good height and good cushioning.

Great looking shoe - I found the shoe to run a half size too big. After a quick and easy return, I recieved the correct size and look foreward to wearing them.

Franco Sarto's Nolan - I am unhappy with the fit of this shoe. I always take a 7.5 and this shoe is too big. I have only worn it once and I feel that I have wasted my money. I do like the looks of the shoe though. It's just that's not true to size.

Comfortable Heels at Last - Even with 2 1/2 inch heels these shoes are easy to walk in. They have been comfortable since day one--no blisters or bad break in period for me. Look great with slacks, skirts, jeans.

Great craftsmanship and look built to last - These shoes do go with any bottom (skirts, pants, and jeans). Very classy. Do buy them if you want style. Stiff and snug fit on the heel, so highly recommend wearing with hose or knee highs on the first several wears even with a desk job. Once past the break-in period, I see these as becoming a solid favorite.

I agree in regards to the quality of the the shoes. Franco Sarto along with many other designers use to make a high quality shoe; however, the items being made in other places are inferior products.
