I originally purchased this shoe in black and brown from Macy's 5 years ago. They were comfortable right out of the box, with the softest leather I have ever felt and I love the heel on these. These quickly became my favorite shoes. With all the wear and tear that I put these shoes through, the leather is still in great condition; however I did need to have the worn out heel fixed a couple of times over the years. I was devastated when after a few years of wearing them almost daily I could not replace them. I've tried out a number of other shoes since and have not been happy. I recently found these on Zappos and purchased a new pair. These new shoes are every bit as comfortable as the worn out originals. I love these shoes.

I love these shoes. It is the third pair I have owned (1 each year). They are true to size, stylish, and generally an all around high quality everyday choice with slacks.

Shoes are very comfortable once they're worn for a while. Stylish & versatile. When I first put them on, however, they were very tight, but stretched a little bit within first week. I am a size 5. Although they fit well with a very thin knee high, I would order either a 5.5 or 6 if I ordered again & planned to wear a trouser sock or similar. Very comfortable, but should note that they run small. A nice looking shoe.

Great shoe! Very comfortable, even for all day! This is my second pair. I have a size 12 foot & these are very flattering. A bit narrow in the toe box at first but the leather works with your foot. Great business look with pants & it works with skirts. Plus, I love dressing up jeans with them, too!

Very stylish with dress pants or jeans. I don't usually wear such a high heel, but it looks great. It's pretty comfortable, too, for how good it looks.

I bought these shoes about 5 years ago. I love them, they are so comfortable and the quality is outstanding. The leather really conforms to your foot. I am now going to buy another pair, since the ones I have now have just been worn so much.

I bought these as replacement shoes for the same FS\'s I\'ve had for 5-6 years so was fairly certain on the size\/fit I needed. Obviously the new pair felt tighter since the leather had stretched in the other pair. My order was delivered about 3 days from the date I placed my order. I\'ve always been satisfied with Zappos.

These were my go-to shoes for the first 6 years of my professional career. I made these shoes earn their keep, and only recently did they become unwearable. The few weeks I was between pairs was unbearable. I love these shoes. They're professional but can also be worn with jeans, and they're really comfortable. Love.

Love these shoes - had a pair for several years that I wore several times a week, and just this week, finally wore them out past repair. I\'m planning to buy another to replace them. Classic style and super-comfortable.

BUY THESE SHOES! These are hands down the best work shoes I have owned (business casual office setting). These are extremely comfortable, even if I'm on my feet or walking around a lot. I wear them 8-12 hours a day, and still don't feel like I need to kick them off when I get home. They look great with dress pants, and I would guess jeans, too - although I don't wear them for that. I have both the black and brown, so one of them gets worn five days a week. This is actually my second pair of the black. I had to replace the other pair after several years (not bad considering how much I wore them). I will never buy another style of shoes for work until they discontinue the Nolan - hopefully no time soon!!

I absolutely love these shoes. I bought them 5 years ago and wear them 5 days a week, about 12 hours a day; only just now do I need a new pair! They are the most comfortable work shoes I have ever bought. And as an added bonus they go with everything!

These are great shoes. They're very comfortable and I can wear them all day in my shop where I'm on my feet most of the time and not have any problems. My only negative comment is that I had to buy a half size bigger than usual.

Super comfortable and just the right height. Great for a pants suit or jeans....order a 1/2 size larger.

I love these shoes! I've worn them 3 to 4 times and they are now broken in. They are comfortable and sophisticated. Heel isn't too high and nice with a pair of trousers. I will probably buy another pair soon as I see myself wearing these out!

Stylish, good heel support. I’m a fast walker, and these shoes can handle that. Perfect for business. Runs a tad bit tighter then FS smaller heel shoes, but I’m sure the leather will stretch a bit. I am a fan of Franco Sarto shoes for their comfort, and the ability to buy the same size and get the same size.

The first pair of Franco Sarto shoes I ordered which were the normal size I always order did not fit. But I had worn the shoes. I called Zappos with my dilemma and they not only emailed me a return shipping address label, but sent me a smaller size at no extra cost to me overnight. Wow! What company does that? Zappos is awesome! I will not buy shoes anywhere else in the future.

Franco Sarto is one of my favorite brand of shoes and this pair makes my love for Franco Sarto stronger. These shoes are so comfortable. The padding at the bottom is so soft, I can walk all day in these shoes and I don\'t go home with my feet hurting.

Franco Sarto is one of my favorite makers of "career" shoes, and these are probably the best pair I own. They have very flattering heels, yet are incredibly comfortable (more so than lots of my lower heeled styles). I am going to buy a second pair, since my size (11) is hard to come by in shoes this nice. Once again, Zappos came through!
