Shoes is beautiful, great leather but wrinkles very quick. Tried it on and was too tight for my feet. Maybe I have a wider feet but this shoe in medium width is very narrow and the leather will stretch and create crease after 2-3 wears. The heels is great but craftsmanship is a bit messy, there are white glue residues all over the heels. I think I might return this product after debating on if it's worth it. Very narrow, but very sleek and cute.

Yikes! I ordered the wide version of this shoe and had an ugly step-sister moment when my big ol' feet wouldn't fit into the narrow little shoe

Nice shoe for the office, yet unfortunately it was too small. Ordered my usual size 9, and it felt about a half size too small.

These are very stylish - I ordered the brown - but very narrow in the toe box. I know they will stretch with wear, but I think that with the amount they would need to stretch, they would end up looking shabby and distorted. Very sad because they are beautiful.

I really wanted to like this shoe and to keep it. It is great with pants for work. I am returning it because there is a lot of pressure on my heel/ankle in this show. I have a narrow, hard to fit foot, and this shoe fit nicely, not slipping on the heel and narrow enough in the toe box as well.

I tried these for work (I'm a flight attendant) and had to return them. Even is a wide, they hurt my feet and i just couldn't get comfortable in them. They are super cute with a nice heel and arch support but not for long term wear.

I can wear them with everything from jeans to my black dress pants and feel fine. The heel is deceiving; although chunkier than spikes, they act and feel a little like spikes.

I have this same shoe in a shiny black (although not patent). The 9N fits perfectly. In the calf black, however, 9N is a half size too big. Returning them for an 8.5N. I really like the Nolan as I have a hard to fit narrow foot. Typically fits like a glove.

Fairly comfortable to stand in for an hour. They are sharp looking shoes that are stable while loading passengers onto an airplane, lifting suitcases, babies, tottering grandparents, and shoving carts around. Then it's time for flats.

I loved these shoes right out of the box. The leather is beautiful as is the quality of the shoe. The problem for me was the width of the heel. I have a narrow foot and while the main part of the shoe fit perfectly the heel was too wide so it slipped. I'm so disappointed that they need to go back.

I love the look and fit of this shoe, except for one thing: The toe box is very shallow, and it pinched my big toe. Have to return these.

Bought these for work. They are comfortable and the heel height is perfect to wear with pants or skirts. Good looking simple heeled loafer. True to size with ample room in the toe box.

This is a handsome, well-constructed shoe with a somewhat narrow toe box compared to the regular-width heel pocket. Because of the narrowness of the toe box I have rated it as feeling a half size small.

Very comfortable.Cushioned insoles make walking pleasurable. I have very narrow heels and the shoes fit perfectly.One flaw with the pair I had the material from one of the heels came off, but Zappos un-hesitantly replaced it. Overall, I am very pleased with the shoes and with Zappos Customer Loyalty Team.

Great service Zappos. These shoes look and feel great. My only minor complain is that it is a little bit low. At 2.5 inches heel height I guess that I should expect that but it would been great Franco Sarto Nolan if these were 3 inch heels!

I have purchased several pairs of Franco Sarto shoes and until now have never been disappointed. These shoes look great but after a few wearings they feel too narrow and my feet are sore at the end of the day. It just feels like there's no give.

Like all Franco Sarto shoes I've tried, these fit well and look very nice. I wear with them dress slacks as well as jeans. Comfortable for a higher heel. Very satisfied.

I love these shoes. I've had my pair for almost 10 years and it is only now that they are starting to look worn. The leather still looks good, however the heel is starting to peel slightly. I think I will be purchasing the shoes again in both black and brown. I use them for job interviews when I have on a pants suit as well as with jeans when I want to dress them up a little. They are comfortable and when I didn't have a car I would even walk to the subway and stand in them for longer periods of time. The heel may be slightly higher than some people are used to, but the shoe is sturdy and well worth the price!

This is a great looking shoe and is perfect for everyday office wear, which is what I bought them for. I did find they ran a bit small and narrow, but after a couple weeks of wear the leather relaxed a little and they fit almost perfectly now. I've always been a fan of Franco Sarto, they are stylish, comfortable, well made and affordable.

These are a great basic work shoe. I've probably owned 3-4 pairs of these over the years & keep coming back to it after others wear out. It's a nice height and works well with slacks or pant suits. I would recommend!

I really like these - they're comfortable and a good height for work. I'm returning them to exchange for a W. I typically wear an 8M - including another pair of FS loafers I own - but these are really narrow for a medium width. The leather is soft and would probably stretch, but that would distort the line of the shoe and not look very good. Overall though, a really good shoe.
