Great Shoe - I usually have a hard time wearing slip-on shoes since they fall off. This shoe fit perfectly. It held on to my foot, but was not too tight. It’s also a really nice looking shoe. I needed shoes for job interviews and this one is perfect!

Wow - I love these shoes. They go well with dressy, work clothing and are extremely comfortable. The leather is of extremely high quality for shoes in this price range, and the toe box is unusually spacious. I work on a large college campus. I teach lecture classes where I am on my feet for a few hours at a time, and I walk from my office to different classroom buildings on campus. My feet are flat so I found the heel to be a little too high, but I took them to the shoe repair and had the heel shortened by a quarter inch. I also had the slippery and noisy plastic heel replaced by a rubber one, and now the fit is perfect. This is the first pair of Franco Sarto shoes that I have bought, and I will definitely be buying more.

Great all purpose dress shoe - You can never go wrong with Franco Sarto. This pair is great with dress pants or jeans. I usually wear a 6.5-7 and purchased a 7, however, they did stretch a bit so I have to wear lightweight socks with them or get an insert to tighten them up a bit. I am thinking of purchasing them in a half size smaller to be able to have a pair for strictly trouser socks/pantyhose and use these for socks and more casual wear. Overall, a great look with this style - not too boxy, not too pointy in the toe area...but sleek and stylish. Perfect heel height! Very comfortable to wear all day to the office or a night on the town. Franco Sarto does it again with these beauties!

Comfortable shoe with good looks - I loved this shoe from the first time I put it on. Very stylish and comfortable. Love this shoe.

The most comfortable working shoe - This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day and my feet never hurt. I have been wearing this shoe for the past 2 years and hope it is never discontinued. I would like to be able to find it in Navy again.

Love them; want them in blue! I have these shoes in black and brown. As someone who is 5' tall, these shoes are welcome because of the high heel. Yet, they are very comfortable even on those days that I am on my feet for many hours. There was definitely "breaking in" needed with the black ones, but strangely, not with the brown ones.

Franco Sarto shoes - I looked high and low for a shoe that would be comfortable enough to wear on long days. I am a flight attendant and wanted something stylish and comfortable. These shoes are both. The only slight problem I had was with the rounded toe - I wish it were a square toe to be a little more comfortable there. Other than that, I love it.

Simple comfort - Comfortable from first day, clean simple loafer that goes well with pants and skirt, leather softens but keeps shape. Most comfortable over 2inch heel I have worn.

Love, love, love these shoes! I love Franco Sarto shoes! I have a hard time finding shoes I'm comfortable in all day on the job but every pair of Franco Sartos I own are fabulous! This particular shoe (Nolan) caught my eye some time ago and after reading the earlier reviews I tried to order a pair in black but my size was sold out and not available for some time. However, as soon as they came in stock I immediately ordered a pair and I LOVE them - they were worth the wait! The first day I wore them, I received several compliments on them. In fact, they are so sharp and such a comfortable shoe right out of the box that a few months later I ordered them in brown. I'm seriously considering ordering second pair in black to have on hand as standbys.

Hard to find any like them - I stand for long periods of time in my work and these have been so reliable, that their wear day after day causes me to have to buy another pair or some like them. Difficult to find a match to it since I really like that the heels are so comfortable and look great with pants. Looking for my size again in these. Highly recommend these.

Franco Sarto-Nolan - I had these shoes in two colors (coffee calf, burgundy-no longer available) for the last 1.5 years, and just recently purchased my third pair (black). These are the most comfortable 2.5” heel shoes that I have ever owned. I spend a lot of time on my feet during the day and I can walk several miles with these shoes. It only takes about two days to break in these shoes completely. The leather is very soft, but it does not lose its shape. These shoes are classic and conservative and will likely never be out of style. I have a foot that tends to be a little wider (I often can not comfortably wear pointed toe shoes) and a high arch and these fit well.

Almost a perfect shoe!! This shoe is an almost perfect shoe! It is so classy looking for work or with jeans to dress them up just a bit. The heel height for me is ideal--very comfortable for long periods of time and not strenuous on the foot. I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and for these I got the 8 1/2 and it's very comfortable. I've always been a Franco Sarto fan and these one of my favorites of many that I've had.

Franco Sarto's Nolan - This is a great shoe for suits and work attire. I have purchased it several times, and it never goes out of style. The heel height is perfect when you are accustomed to wearing a pump, but the fit is much more comfortable. There have been days that I have spent much of my time on my feet, and these are perfect for that.

Love this shoe! This was my first Zappos.com order so I wasn't sure what to expect...but WOW! Love the shoes & the feedback from other customers. The shoes fit great and look good with dress pants or jeans. I'm considering ordering a black pair. Love the toe room!

Great Classic Work Shoe - I originally bought this shoe in black and had to get the brown too because it is really one of the most comfortable work shoes I have found. It has a very nice "cushy" feel to it and can be worn all day without any trouble at all. Looks great too!

Franco does it again - Comfortable loafer with a nice heel. Great for office. Easy to walk in.

Practical and a little elegant - Less frumpy than Dansko’s, and more comfortable (by far) than your average heel...I wish they had a little more edge to them, but the leather is high quality and they're reasonably attractive. I'm glad I bought them.

GREAT shoe! It took only one day to "break-in" these shoes and since then, they are the BEST shoes I own. I wear them almost daily at work (law firm) and they also look great with jeans! Very comfortable. I'm thinking of buying a second pair for when these have run their course just in case they stop making them!!!

Nolan Shoes - I just got my new Nolan shoes yesterday. I read the last review from Orlando and thought what a great idea. I took mine to the cobbler this morning and he went a step further in saving the heels for me He took a tool like a small disk saw and removed the original plastic lift. He then put on rubber lifts and inserted a large piece of steel to slow down the wear. I have a job like hers and do a lot of walking on concrete. The only thing I notice is the new lifts have a mark where he changed them but the heels will get banged up anyway. Thanks for the reviews keep them up they are handy and great service from Zappos!

My new Nolan’s - This is the third pair I have bought, and love them. I am a social worker and do a lot of walking on pavement. The only complaint I have is the heels wear down so fast, if I don’t catch them in time I can not save them, the cobbler has no choice but to make them lower. This pair I took to him brand new and he drilled into the heel and inserted steel. He said this would slow down the wear and so far he is right. Hardly any wear to the heel in three weeks. Love Zappos service.

Everyone should own a pair for everything - Fit beautifully, great professionally suit skirt or pants, great with jeans, wear them all day. A must have. Don't ever stop making them. I wish they came in Navy. I have black and brown.
