I am on my 7th pair of this style if you can believe it. I love them and usually buy 2 pair at a time. They are such a classic style. They look stylish, but yet you can walk around all day and be comfortable. I even wear these with skirts and dresses at work. I recommend them very highly. I usually wear a 7.5M and these are totally true to their size. I hope they never stop making them!

I love these shoes! They look great and are very comfortable. I have worn them for long work days that involved a lot of walking around and they still felt great.

These shoes are great, and of much better quality than I expected from their picture. They're very comfortable, and the material feels very durable and of high quality. They took a few days to break in, especially around the toe box, but they've definitely become my go-to work heels.

Love these shoes! This is my second pair because I literally wore the others out wearing them so much. They're stylish, comfy, and I feel great in them! They're great with jeans or with slacks for the office.

This is a very smart looking shoe which goes very well with most of my slacks! I have wide feet, so finding shoes that are pretty as well as half-way comfortable is a huge challenge for me! The first pair I boat from Zappos were not wide enough, so I returned them with the hopes of finding another pair. I found the Franco Sarto Nolan, which was perfect! Thank you Zappos, for upgrading me to Zappos VIP!

Great shoes for business attire. Comfortable heel height and looks good with pants.

I really like the simple look of this shoe plus it's very comfortable and doesn't scuff so easily. I've been able to wear it all day without any complaints. It goes well with work slacks, skirts and even jeans.

I bought these to replace a similar style and priced shoe that was always uncomfortable (rubbed my little toe). These are very stylish, higher than I usually wear (I am 5'8) but very comfortable. The first day I wore them I was a little worried because my feet were tired and they felt a little narrow but the second day and since they have become really comfortable. I find them true to size. I wear them with a nylon knee-high. Anything thicker and I would need a half-size larger. My feet are on the narrow side and they fit fine.

I absolutely love these shoes! They fit perfectly. I wore them for 12 hours the first day I put them on. I will be buying them in other colors.

Nice shoe, true to size, a little narrower in the toe bed. Leather starts off a little stiff but relaxes soon enough. Great for the office because they look good and it has a sturdy heel so when you're running to a meeting you won't feel like you have to do it on your tiptoes. These shoes can handle it.

Best shoes I ever bought. They last forever and look great. This is my 3rd pair.

I love these shoes so much that I have six pairs of them for fear Franco Sarto will stop making them. They are extremely comfortable (I have had two surgeries on my left foot and have chronic pain, but not with these shoes). They look great with skirts, pants or jeans.

Have purchased this shoe in 8.5 M and they were comfy after a little break in. Needed a replacement pair and decided to give the 8.5 W a try and wore them for the first time today, all day. No break in, completely comfortable. Nice solid shoe that encompasses the whole foot (like a boot feel). Highly recommended for a basic work shoe on those days when you just don't have it in you to wear pointy and high.

Very shallow toe box - you may want to consider going one size up.

Fabulous shoe - I bought this shoe two or three years ago. Wore it all the time with pants, sometimes with the right kind of skirt. Simply loved and lived in this shoe (I have others of course…). However, even despite good care and visits to the shoe repair shop, they were wearing out. I was heartbroken because I could not find a replacement pair; I am tall and wear a size 12 and could not find these on Zappos. Suddenly... there they were. I snapped up the new pair and am ecstatic to have a replacement. A simply great shoe. I do wish Zappos would carry more 12s, especially Franco Sarto.

Very Comfortable - I love these shoes for work; they are very comfortable and professional. I have purchased 2 pair of these shoes so I will have another pair when the first pair wears out.
