Amazing - I love these Ugg boots and I have told so many people about Zappos.com! They were the best online shopping experience I’ve ever had! I ordered my boots at 2a.m. one late night/early morning and received my boots THAT DAY. When I wrote Zappos to tell them how much I enjoyed their services they wrote me back thanking me for being a customer. I think everyone should follow their lead. Thank you Zappos and Uggs. Very satisfied.

I love my Ugg Sunbursts - I love my new boots!!! They really do keep your feet warm in cold weather and cool in warm weather. Plus, they are just too cute! I've gotten many complements. I would recommend purchasing the Ugg protectants and cleaners for them though because even though they're water resistant, they are not water or dirt proof. I will definitely purchase this brand from Zappos in the future.

Love them! I absolutely love my new Uggs. I wear them practically every day! They are stylish, but more importantly, the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever put on my feet. It's like walking on a cloud. Love them and thank Zappos.com for having them in stock when Uggs were impossible to find. Better yet, with free overnight shipping... I had my boots less than 24 hours after I initially ordered them.

Incredibly comfy and warm. This is my first pair of UGGs and boy, am I glad I bought 'em! They are just as comfortable as the reviews say... and then some. Living in the Windy City can make it difficult to keep your feet warm, but I don't have any trouble with that since buying these UGGs. I had a difficult time finding a pair since there was a rush on them for Christmas, but luckily, I did find a pair in my size and am quite happy with them. They do run large in my opinion. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and ordered an 8 in the UGGs. They were too large. I returned them and ordered a 7 and the 7 fits just fine with enough room to make my feet feel comfortably snug and I DON'T wear socks with them.

Absolutely LOVE these boots! They are so warm and comfortable! I also received them quickly. I ordered them at midnight and received them the next day at noon!

Ugg Sunburst Tall - best choice of all - These boots totally rock!! they look fashionably hott, they're super warm & comfortable, and are true to size. I debated for 3 weeks if I should get them and one day I decided to give it a shot since it was free shipping both ways, plus free overnight. It was the best decision I made, I had nothing to lose. Take my advice, you won't regret it. U'll be satisfied w/ur purchase & look really cute rocking ur very chic uggs.

Love Uggs! They are beautiful and so comfortable! These were bought for me as a gift, because we are taking a trip to Colorado to visit my daughter. I like them so much; I had a pair sent to her, too! Great service--received them 4 days after ordering--unheard of in the middle of the ocean. Thank you!

Fantastic - Love the boots. No complaints. I initially went a size smaller and thought they were a little tight, so I exchanged for my "normal" size, which is a little big but they work well with baggier pants. Either way, great boots!! And ooh so warm!!

The best boot ever! I stand all day as a cashier, working right next to the grocery entrance doors with a cold winter draft here in MN. These boots are the best - comfortable, warm, luxurious and perfect!

Amazing!!! Wow!! This is my first pair of Uggs and they are so comfy on me. I was thinking not to buy them and then I did anyway. I don't where any other boot or shoe.

This is the 1st pair of Uggs that I have ever owned. They are the warmest boots/shoes I have ever worn. I sell cars and in the winter my feet would freeze to death. Now, they are the warmest part of my body. I can stand in the cold with no problem. I don't even wear socks with them. As for Zappos.com... very easy to work with. I received the boots within a week or so and they were exactly what I ordered. I usually wear a 10, but got this boot in a 9.

Ugg - This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them. What a great boot!! They look good, feel great on your feet and they weigh nothing. Make sure you order a size smaller. I normally wear size 6 and ordered size 5 and they still feel a little big without socks, they slide on my heel. With socks on they fit fine. Mom and dad had to buy a pair after hearing all my raves. Thanks Zappos for the fast shipping. Ordered them late afternoon and received them the next day. You've got my business plus my family’s. THANK YOU!!!

great boots - Very warm and comfortable..well made. I like these better than the classic Uggs I have. Much sturdier and definitely worth the price difference.

Uggs purchase - This is my second pair of Uggs and I LOVE both pairs. The boots felt a little snug at first but have stretched and fit really well. I can't say wonderful Zappos was with the order and delivery. I will a return customer!!!

Ugg lover in maryland - These are the best looking Uggs they have ever made, the other ones are too big and bulky looking, the sunburst tall look great on my feet and they are very comfortable.

I shouldn't have waited so long... This boot is not only an eye catcher, but an absolute treat for your feet! Once you slip them on, you will be sold! A word of caution, however, if you have not seen this boot in person and you are going by the photo on this site, the shearling on your boots may look different - mine did. I guess shearling naturally varies in color and texture, so not to worry. You might just want to check out a few other photos or see them in person so you will not be alarmed if there is a difference. On size... I ordered my normal size and the fit is perfect!

Lovin' it! These boots rock. They are like wearing slippers. I love the trim as I was not a big fan of the plain Uggs. They fit me true to size and feel so good without socks. I highly recommend these boots. They look awesome with dark jeans tucked in.

I love these boots!!!! These are my first pair of Uggs, and I love them! They just arrived this morning and I've been wearing them all day. I've already received lots of compliments. I normally wear an 8.5 so I ordered an 8...perfect fit. The boots are so cozy and perfect for the upcoming Utah winter!

Aaah for Uggs - I was so excited to find these boots in my size, but was a little nervous that they would make my feet look big (size 12!). Fortunately, this was the perfect boot. They're comfortable, true to size and look wonderful. I got them in chestnut and used Ugg's stain/water resistant spray as recommended and so far they have worn beautifully. The spray didn't affect the color at all and the boots stayed soft and supple. My girls loved them so much, I had to buy them Uggs as well and they wear them all the time now.

I LOVE My UGGS!! The boots are great and the service is, too! I wear a size 9 ½, however; I ordered a size 9 and they feel great and I have room inside. The service was so great I will differently order my next online purchase from Zappos! I would recommend when purchasing these boots that one purchase the cleaner also. I didn't and now I realized that it would come in handy. I'm about to place that order now and I am so sure it would be here the next business day!

Best boots & BEST SERVICE! First off, after reading all of the reviews about sizing, I was VERY confused about which to order. I'm normally a size 9 and I saw that a lot of people said to order a size down. I did - I got the size 8 and they were just too small. I think the rule of thumb for these boots is: whole sizes, order your regular size. Only if you are in between sizes, order down. Anyways, now I know. Zappos has the BEST service of any online store I've ever ordered from! I returned the boots yesterday and emailed them requesting that they hold a size 9 for me as I know they were almost sold out. Not only did they hold them, they already SENT them! I am getting my size 9s today! Wow, great service; keep it up! :)

Sunburst Tall - I love these boots! I have these in all three colors. They run one size too small, so be careful. For example, I wear a size 7, but I ordered mine in a size 6 for a perfect fit! I strongly recommend you do the same, you wont regret it!!!
