Thumbs up! These boots were a much requested gift for my daughter who had nearly worn out her first pair of Uggs from a couple years ago...the fit was perfect, very comfortable for our snowy, cold winters here in Maine and stylish enough for a fashion major to wear back at school in Georgia. Now that she has these boots she's willing to let the cobbler mend her first pair...she says she can't live without a pair of Uggs for her feet and compares them with good slippers.

Never purchased from Zappos before, never had Uggs before --rate both fantastic. The boots are very stylish and more important warm and comfortable.

Love them! These boots are really beautiful and I have not found them anywhere at a better price! I would recommend the Ugg Care Kit to waterproof any Ugg boot so you don't have water or dirt stains.

Runs big - I love these boots! My first pair of UGGs and they well worth the price. I tried them on at the mall first to ensure sizing. I wear a 7.5 in regular shoes and ordered a size 6 in the UGG Sunburst Tall. I could have lived with a size 7, but not barefooted like I wear these. They stretched a little from the day I bought them so they no longer hit my big toe. I walked ALL OVER the mall during Christmas in these boots without a blister! You'll love these boots too.

I'm Glad I Bought These - I have bought countless Uggs for my two daughters over the years and always thought they looked cute on them but frumpy on moms. These have a better structure to them and are so so comfortable and cozy. I love them and even wear them with tights and a skirt to work sometimes!

Perfection! First let me say that Zappos has THE BEST customer service anywhere!!!!! I ordered these boots late on Monday night, called them after I placed the order that night to inquire about the shipping time because I had become accustomed to Zappos' one day free shipping and this item said 4-5 business days. Upon simply inquiring, the woman I spoke with volunteered to upgrade this order to one day shipping free of charge! She made my day. Imagine my happiness when I got my boots the next day on Tuesday at midday, the very day it began to snow. I love Zappos. I LOVE these Ugg boots! Warm, comfy, beautiful! Oooh that lining: perfection.

Ugg Sunburst - A very cozy boot. This runs a bit narrower than my other Uggs which is perfect for my slightly narrow foot. I ordered a size down from my regular size and they fit perfectly.

Great Look - Great Boot - Fit always in question with Ugg - Okay, this is my second pair of Uggs, and I really do love them. Anyone who has had a pair in the past knows they run a full size small - I am a perfect size nine, and ordered the eight. Fits perfectly in that regard; however, in just two weeks of wear, the sheepskin in the boot on the outside of both of my feet is wearing thin and the hard boot bottom is rubbing against my little toes. Weird, never had that happen before. Treat with leather/suede conditioner before you wear them out and they will treat you right and be with you for years. It's Zappos, so if you're thinking about them and not sure, just order them to try and if you don't like them you send them back - easy! But I'm sure you won't send them back.

Fantastic boots! I love everything about these boots - both indoors and out! SO comfortable and look great, too.

J. Minnich - These are awesome boots...really keep your feet warm and snuggly on those brisk days. They feel like slippers and I forget to take them off when I get home. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in sneakers and an 8 fit just fine. You won't be sorry ordering these boots and, as always, Zappos service is outstanding. I ordered them one night and by the next day they were at my door. THANKS ZAPPOS!!!!!!!!!

Ugg Sunburst Tall Boot - This is a stunning boot and it is SO comfy and warm. Like most Ugg boots, the calf runs extremely wide. They are best worn with jeans tucked in because of the wide calf.

Love the Ugg! These are the nicest pair of boots I have ever owned!!! I live in a snowbelt, I have never had a pair of boots that kept my feet warm and dry, until now. I would recommend purchasing the "Ugg" sheepskin care kit (from Zappos of course!), it's a wise investment in keeping your Ugg's clean, dry and smelling good. I have not one complaint, after years of dealing with frozen, wet feet, these boots are a piece of heaven. I get tons of compliments on how cute they are, and I like the fact that you can roll them down to whatever height you want or wear them unrolled. Thanks to Zappos, I can always find just what I need!

I'm In Love!! Oh my gosh! This is my third pair of Uggs and I love them all!! Love the fact that you can wear them tall and skinny OR folded down with a bit of fur showing. I usually wear a 9 and the 8 fits PERFECTLY! And Zappos service... what can I say? We all know they rock!

Fabulous! We bought these boots as a gift for our boss. She absolutely loved them. They do run a little small which is odd for Uggs, so I would go up a size. Warm and cozy.

Soooo comfy - These are the ultimate in comfort. I've purchased look a likes in the past, and they were not waterproof and showed wear faster. Uggs have, so far, have retained their appearance and comfort.

Terrific - Not only are they snug, but cute too! I normally wear an 8.5 to 9 in regular shoes, and ordered an 8, which fit perfectly. I own many Uggs and these are my favorites!

I was looking for a step up from the classic Ugg boot that would have better traction to avoid those slips and falls on the ice and I've found it with the Sunburst Tall. I am usually a 7/7.5 but the 7 was too big, I changed them for a 6 and it fit perfectly. Overall, very happy!

This is my first pair of Uggs and I could not be happier! They are so warm, comfortable and cute! I get compliments everywhere I go while wearing these. I'm so glad I purchased these boots and would highly recommend them! I also purchased the protecting spray and so far so good.

Sunburst Talls are so warm. I ordered over the phone and found the sales person very friendly and helpful. Boots arrived next day as promised. First time in UGGs. Now I know what I've been missing. The exposed fleece is a real eye catcher and the height looks great with jeans. Thanks Zappos!

Ugg Sunburst Tall - Are you looking for comfort with ease?! Try the Sunburst. I am new to the Ugg experience and during this process I have tried six different types of Uggs. Next to the Firenze that I purchased from Zappos, these are the best. Not as wide like the Sundance, but very similar. The Sunburst has a structured reinforced toe and heel which made all the difference. I am regularly a perfect size 6, but a 5 fit perfect this day.

Ugg Sunburst Tall - I'm so thrilled! Yesterday I originally bought the Ultimate Short and then I decided I better get them taller since snow will be coming soon. I called Zappos to have them cancel my first order so I could order the sand Sunburst Tall. The lady was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I ordered these boots yesterday at 2pm and received them at noon today! WOW, talk about excellent customer service!! I’ve been an UGG customer for 4 years and from now on, I will ONLY get them at Zappos. Thank you SO much!!
