Ugg lover in maryland - These are the best looking Uggs they have ever made, the other ones are too big and bulky looking, the sunburst tall look great on my feet and they are very comfortable.

I shouldn't have waited so long... This boot is not only an eye catcher, but an absolute treat for your feet! Once you slip them on, you will be sold! A word of caution, however, if you have not seen this boot in person and you are going by the photo on this site, the shearling on your boots may look different - mine did. I guess shearling naturally varies in color and texture, so not to worry. You might just want to check out a few other photos or see them in person so you will not be alarmed if there is a difference. On size... I ordered my normal size and the fit is perfect!

Lovin' it! These boots rock. They are like wearing slippers. I love the trim as I was not a big fan of the plain Uggs. They fit me true to size and feel so good without socks. I highly recommend these boots. They look awesome with dark jeans tucked in.

I love these boots!!!! These are my first pair of Uggs, and I love them! They just arrived this morning and I've been wearing them all day. I've already received lots of compliments. I normally wear an 8.5 so I ordered an 8...perfect fit. The boots are so cozy and perfect for the upcoming Utah winter!

Aaah for Uggs - I was so excited to find these boots in my size, but was a little nervous that they would make my feet look big (size 12!). Fortunately, this was the perfect boot. They're comfortable, true to size and look wonderful. I got them in chestnut and used Ugg's stain/water resistant spray as recommended and so far they have worn beautifully. The spray didn't affect the color at all and the boots stayed soft and supple. My girls loved them so much, I had to buy them Uggs as well and they wear them all the time now.

I LOVE My UGGS!! The boots are great and the service is, too! I wear a size 9 ½, however; I ordered a size 9 and they feel great and I have room inside. The service was so great I will differently order my next online purchase from Zappos! I would recommend when purchasing these boots that one purchase the cleaner also. I didn't and now I realized that it would come in handy. I'm about to place that order now and I am so sure it would be here the next business day!

Best boots & BEST SERVICE! First off, after reading all of the reviews about sizing, I was VERY confused about which to order. I'm normally a size 9 and I saw that a lot of people said to order a size down. I did - I got the size 8 and they were just too small. I think the rule of thumb for these boots is: whole sizes, order your regular size. Only if you are in between sizes, order down. Anyways, now I know. Zappos has the BEST service of any online store I've ever ordered from! I returned the boots yesterday and emailed them requesting that they hold a size 9 for me as I know they were almost sold out. Not only did they hold them, they already SENT them! I am getting my size 9s today! Wow, great service; keep it up! :)

Sunburst Tall - I love these boots! I have these in all three colors. They run one size too small, so be careful. For example, I wear a size 7, but I ordered mine in a size 6 for a perfect fit! I strongly recommend you do the same, you wont regret it!!!

Love my Uggs - First pair I just went ahead and bought at full price! Others were a gift. Worth every penny, so soft and warm. Little wide which makes them feel a little loose, but actual length fit is true to size. Highly recommend them!

Fantabulous! These are absolutely to die for! The fit is perfect and the quality is top notch. I am so excited to finally get these. I tried all last winter but everyone was sold out. They are beautiful!

Ugg Sunburst - a must have - This is my second UGG purchase. I also have the Mini Classic. The Sunburst is a boot I could wear year round. I am a 9.5 shoe and ordered a 9. I should have ordered an 8.5 but what the hell I'll wear them until they have holes. Thank you!!!

Ugg Sunburst Tall - What can you say about Uggs? They are fabulous!! I live in S. Florida but make many trips to cold climates and these boots have not let me down. Warm, soft, comfortable, stylish, perfect fit. When walking through city streets carrying laptop, purse, etc. comfort is VERY important. These boots would be worth it at twice the price.

I really loved my new Ugg boots, they very comfortable. About delivery I was amazed, I ordered at 6pm and received the next morning. Thank you very much Zappos.

Uggs Make it to Monroe! Excellent boots, not sure why I waited so long to purchase a pr... but for Zappos low price and overnight shipping, how could I not jump on the bandwagon... Love them, soft, comfortable ... and of course stylish... got them in the Chestnut and goes with everything... I did get a full sz smaller and still comfy with a bit of room.

I love my boots – I love my boots, they are the most comfortable boots I have every owned. I wish they were not so expensive, I would but another pair, but they are worth the money. I tell everyone about these boots and loving in Massachusetts they keep your feet so warm. I wear them everyday and would sleep in them if I could, that’s how much I love them.

Ugg Sunburst Tall - I just bought these shoes, and they're awesome. I now own three pairs of Ugg boots. I wear a 6 1/2 - 7 and bought the size 6, and they fit perfect. Living in Wisconsin, these are so perfect ... "I don't leave home in the winter without them."

Ugg Sunburst Sand - Awesome! This is the first pair of Uggs I've ever owned or even tried on. They are awesome! They fit great and look adorable. I usually wear a size 7.5 in boots and an 8 in shoes. I was hesitant about the size to order but after reading the reviews I ordered a 7. They fit perfect without socks as Ugg recommends. Additionally, this was my first Zappos purchase. There was a small shipping problem - they didn't come the very next day as promised. However, Zappos assured me they were on their way and the boots were delivered on day 2. Zappos even took a personal interest and called me to make sure they did arrive. Thanks!

UGGs are awesome! I wear these boots all the time and have received a ton of compliments on them! They are super comfortable and incredibly warm!

I love Uggs - I am so happy with my Uggs. I purchased these for a recent trip to Colorado, it was freezing but my feet were warm and comfortable. I wear a size 8 and I ordered an 8 and they fit perfect. I placed my order and received it the next day with no problems.

Love love - Hi my daughters wear Uggs...and I kept like whatever...well I got these and I love them. I wear without socks and I tell you my feet are always warm! Buy them...you have to get a whole size smaller...

Had to send mine back :( I LOVE shopping at Zappos! I ordered my new boots and chose the size after reading several reviews (order down if you are between sizes). I got my boots and, with great anticipation, tried them on. Unfortunately, my experience was not what was mentioned by several reviewers. I found they fit very true to size, and so were too small. I am in the process of returning them and ordering up one size and am hoping to have better luck with this pair. As usual, Zappos stood behind their stated return policy and made the process very simple.

WoW!!! Absolutely love them!!! I am a shoe fanatic, and these are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. It's my first pair of UGGs because I never really like the way they looked, these have something extra... and they are fantastic. I normally wear 8.5-9, but got these in an 8 (because of all the other reviews) and they are perfect. Plus, Zappos is awesome. I ordered the shoes on Thursday, got an email half an hour later saying they're upgrading the shipping to overnight; I had my UGGs the next morning!!! I love you guys!!!
