I received the boots in a big box, in perfect condition. Speedy shipping! I know they're supposed to be worn barefoot but hurts my little toe. I wear ankle socks. These boots are very warm. Wear with jeans or stretch pants! I love these boots!

Love them! Compliments style and weather! Double pow! And I have wide feet, and thick calves, but it still worked out fine. Go a size down, because they fit to your structure.

Been wanting these boots for a long time but just never got around to buying them. Finally I have them & I love them. They are super warm & of course extremely Ugg comfortable. Plus the sole doesn't wear down like the classic style Ugg.

This was my first pair of Ugg shoes as well as my first time ordering from Zappos I was so excited, I didn't know they run a size big so I needed to return them & order a size down. Zappos made the exchange so easy with next day delivery I absolutely love my Ugg shoes and Zappos. :)

Ordered these for my daughter after I ordered my Sundance Tall (which is the best) and she loves them & wears them faithfully all the time. A big plus is I selected Free Standard Shipping and Zappos emailed me saying they're sending them using 2-day delivery for free, which was great!

I really love these boots, they are so comfy. Zappos is a company you can trust also, there are so many fraud Uggs on the internet. I made that mistake with ones from china. I will be doing business with Zappos again, there selection is to die for. A happy customer.

I have had these boots for just over 2 years now. During that time I have put them through a lot. They have looked great during multiple ski trips and my feet comfy on the planes! They have been through deep snow and rain and always keep my feet dry! I have walked countless miles in these boots and they have kept my feet comfy and blister free the whole time! The outsole is much more rugged than classic Uggs and provides much better grip. I wear them on my morning walks in the woods near us. I even hiked them when I forgot my hiking boots on a trip to Bryce Canyon National Park. Also I have always followed the recommendation from Ugg to wear their boots without socks. It was weird at first and I worried that they would smell. But the soft fur inside keeps my feet super comfy with no blisters even when I was hiking! Also my boots don't smell at all after 2 years!

The sunburst, ahh! So comfy, I receive a lot of complements on them. However, I was forewarned to order down a size. I did and they are perfect. I am usually an 8 1/2-9. I ordered the size 8 they fit great. Also you cannot beat the service from everyone at Zappos!

I love these! Bought them a size smaller as per the reviews I read, and they fit great! I waterproofed them to wear in Colorado, and walked all around in snow and ice with no problem. Very comfortable with socks, or without, and easy to get on and off at the airport. Worth every penny, I expect them to last for years.

These boots are amazing! I have a really hard time finding comfortable footwear because I have flat, wide feet and wear size 12 in women's shoes. I bought these in a 12 and they fit great and are very comfortable. My true size fits perfect.I am not a half size so that could explain why these fit so well and aren't too big. They really are worth the price. They are very high quality and look fantastic on. I would advise that you take care of your investment by treating them with some type of protectant spray. I used a generic brand and my boots have held up great with regular wear.

This is my second pair of Ugg boots. Both pairs of my Ugg boots are very comfortable and warm. They are so worth the money. I sprayed each pair with the Ugg protector spray. That keeps them looking like new. I bought these over month ago in sand color and love them and I have the Sundance in chestnut -- love them. Ugg boots are a must have.
