These are great! I have been suffering from heel pain for about a year. Every morning, after sitting for long lengths of time, I would stand up and not be able to put pressure on my heel. After 3 weeks using these inserts, my pain is almost all gone. I should have bought them sooner!

Birkenstocks have given me back my life! Suffering from plantar fasciitis I have been wearing their shoes or "these insoles" in other shoe brands for the past 11 years. A big thanks to Birkenstock and Zappos!

I have developed major foot problems with getting older and over the summer lived in Birkenstock soled shoes. So, when I went into walking shoes I was in agony. I heard a remark that Birkenstock made an insert and I was on the internet in a flash. So glad that Zappos had the Blue Foot bed Arch Support Casual in stock. I've moved it from pair to pair ever since! My feet have been much happier, as have I. Thank you, Birkenstock and Zappos!

Wonderful insoles! They aren't quite as supportive/comfortable for walking as a full Birk shoe is, but they are the next best thing! I have very bad, very flat feet (aggravated by years of wearing shoes with no support), and over the last year, when possible, all I wear is Birks. I have some little "flats" that are very comfortable except for having no support. These insoles fit in the flats just perfectly, so now I can walk in comfort at work, too. Worth every penny!

These innersoles are the best! I have a fairly high arch, and they stabilize and support my foot perfectly. The cork is firm but flexible and very comfortable, and they're durable, too. I've been buying these for many years.

These insoles are great. They're not as perfect as my regular Birks, but they fit into my dressy boots and make walking all over NYC comfortable! I love these.

Excellent Support and Comfort - After reconstructive foot surgery on my left foot, Birkenstocks and running shoes are the only footwear I can wear. Birks are so comfortable for me that I decided to get their arch supports. I find the Blue Footbed more comfortable than and as supportive as my custom made orthotics. I have a narrow foot (AA). It was suggested by Birkenstocks that I get the medium width in this support. Narrow is for an extremely narrow foot. The length of the support perfectly matches my normal Birkenstock size. Insoles allow freedom of choice in shoes - I use these in my high heeled boots! They work fine, even though the heels are higher than 1 inch (about 1 3/4"). I do think, however, that I may be molding them so that they will no longer work in flat shoes. That's ok with me; the comfort is worth it and I can always buy another pair of insoles if that happens. Some of my shoes were too tight after adding the insoles, but they may improve as they stretch a bit. For people with wide feet or a high instep, I would recommend buying shoes a little bigger to accommodate the insole.

Arch supports - These are the best arch supports I have ever used. I have very high arches and I cannot wear very many shoes due to the poor arch support. With Birkenstock's Blue Footbed Arch Support I can now wear any shoes, including sandals, and have all day comfort.

Blue miracles - Birk's blues are a reason my 84 year old aunt is still walking. she was walking 3 miles a day but due to foot pain, was about to quit. I gifted her a pair of Birk's Blues and she went out and walked that day.

Gotta have it! This little arch makes wearing regular shoes bearable. Heel pain in my regular shoes has gone away since using these.

Comfort for my feet. I have fallen arches and very wide feet. Each night I go to sleep with aching feet ....until..I purchases the Birkenstock footbed arch support. I was skeptical to purchase as I understood the support was not the same as purchasing the shoes. The shoes worked very well for me. However, the arch supports work equally well. They save my feet from much stress. Zappos did instant delivery on these little items. Thank you!

Love these. Although I didn't buy these at Zappos, these are great. I can wear any brand of shoe and still get the comfort of Birks! A+

Great for plantar fasciitis sufferers -

All time best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These are the best supports I've ever worn! Very comfortable and supportive. I stand on my feet all day and these really keep me moving when other supports have left me in pain at the end of the day.

Bingo! I am an active guy--a lot of walking and excercise. My feet have given me problems the older I get and these are as good an insert as anything you can get anywhere. They are made of cork and they will take a couple of weeks to break in but when they do you are in for a real foot support treat!

Five Star - When I first received my Arch Supports they didn't appear to be much and I was concerned that they would not give the support I needed. I tried them the day I got them and not gone without them since! For as small as they are, they offer great support and comfort. They even absorb any moisture that may accure after I've worn my work dress shoes for nine plus hours. I am very pleased with them and plan to wear them until they wear out and then purchase some more!

Birkenstock Arch Supports - I bought these supports to replace others that are eight years old. They are the best inserts I have ever used.

My feet savers - A couple of months ago I bought Birkenstock's blue footbed arch support. Still can't belive it! No more imflamation scripts for the tooties. I am free at last to walk all I want with no pain.

Foot Problems - Best over the counter arch support I ever had. Better then some of the custom ones that have been made for me.

I returned the item, because I misunderstood the purpose of it. I was looking for replacements to my Husband's Birkenstock Footbed. These did not fit the purpose.

It works for me - I received my Brikenstock inserts yesterday & put them in my shoes for about 6 hours. I just can't believe that my feet didn't hurt all afternoon or even after I took off my shoes. The only thing is: they cause a slight tingle in the middle of my left foot. I broke my left leg 3 years. ago & walk with a limp & my left heel started to hurt, but No Pain with the Birkenstock inserts. I will now buy Birkenstock shoes & nothing else. WOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE THE PAIN IS GONE!!!

Wow! Purchased these with the hope that they'd make it possible for me to re-align my left leg properly without costly doctor-prescribed insoles. They worked! 'Will still see physician when I can, but now I've got a head start.

No more pain! I suffered from what I thought was plantar fasciitis. I tried everything to get relief from the pain…..cushioned/gel insoles in my shoes, anti-inflammatory medications, ice, stretching exercises, rest, nothing seemed to work. Finally I went to a shoe store specializing in prescription shoes etc. They fixed me up with Birkenstock blue footbeds. My feet felt better immediately, but it took 6 months or more for the pain to go away completely. The foot pain had developed and worsened over the course of about a year, so I guess it took that long to recover from the strain. I have no idea what caused the pain to start in the first place, but I always use the footbeds now, and have not had any pain. The footbeds are really convenient because they can be changed from shoe to shoe. The only drawback is that they really don’t work with a dress shoe that has a narrow sole.

Makes every pair of shoes comfortable! I've had these for about three years and they're still in great shape. I have heel spurs which are very, very painful. These support the arch and cradle the heel so that the spurs don't cause a bit of pain. They're wonderful :)
