This is the second pair I've ordered. The first pair is still good but I got tired of switching the supports between shoes.

I have flat feet and have recently struggled with a partial posterior tendon tear. I have worn orthotics or arch supports my whole life but struggled with them not fitting into my shoes or making my shoes feel too small. I am blown away by the comfort and fit of these arch supports.I can put them in any shoe, even hurache sandals or ballet slipper. My search is over!!

This is my second pair of these inserts. The first pair has lasted for many years and still are in good shape except for appearance. I find them to be very comfortable. The 3/4 length fits well in all my shoes and prevents the toe box from being too tight, as a full length insert might. They allow me to wear shoes that would otherwise not have enough arch support to be comfortable. I was very happy to find that Zappo's carries them.

My feet started hurting and didn’t hurt when I wore Birkenstock sandals. But I couldn’t where those all the time. Then I got these. Total game-changer. Simply remove the foamy insoles of your Nikes or Allen Edmunds and slip in the guys. Dogs aren’t barkin’ no more!

I was so excited when I found these inserts!! I have had Birkenstocks for a little over 2 years, and love them so much. However, I have been looking for something that I can wear in the winter (besides "Birken-socks") that still offer the arch support that I need. These fit the bill! I can wear them with pretty much anything! I've tried them with my Sperry's, some cheap tennies from Target, and Nike Roshe One's. Basically, they will convert any shoe into a Birkenstock. If you love the feel of Birkenstocks, and want that in any shoe you wear, these are for you!

I have tried all sorts of orthotics, both over the counter and prescription. These work better than any others I have tried and fit all of my shows.

These are the gold standard for arch support in my book. They were suggested to me over twenty years ago when I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. I've had them in all my boots since then and have never had a recurrence.

I ordered the blue casual birkenstock arch support in both narrow and medium width as my foot borders on a narrow fit shoe. Tried one narrow in one boot and medium in the other boot and have worn the boots without a problem with either width. I will trade out the medium width and wear the narrow width as it fits my boot width wise much better. I will keep the medium width for other shoes and will definitely be ordering more birkenstock arch supports. My normal Birkenstocks I wear a 40 and ordered that size arch support and the arch fits as in my birks.

Absolutely perfect. After months of constant foot pain, a cortisone shot, and a round of meds only to have the pain come back, foot doc recommended custom orthotics. Insurance wouldn’t pay for them. Ordered a few other types of insoles and these are the only ones that give me relief! Pain free as long as I keep using these. Can last on my feet much longer and they were far cheaper than custom!

Well worth the money. I have foot pain because I was pregnant and was wearing shoes with poor support. These inserts are amazing!!!! When I wear them I no longer have pain. I wear them in my loafers and in my running shoes. They’re amazing!!

Turns any shoe into birk comfort! I don’t wear any shoes without these inserts!

Excellent for adding much needed support to work flats, feet didn’t hurt at the end of the day. Definitely recommend!

I realized after I ordered these that I had donated all my flat shoes and these don't work in heels. I would have liked to compare one size up because the arch was comfortable but they seemed just the tiniest bit short. I decided to return since I have no shoes to put them in! I ordered my regular Birkenstock sandal size.

My feet are extra narrow (quad A), these in narrow work fabulously for me just the firm support needed. Too many are made too cushy for my feet to endure long. Bought same size as I have of Birkenstock sandals.

I am very happy with these insoles - they are more flexible and have a slightly lower arch than the Birkenstock sport arches that I also have - but that makes them an easier fit in many of my shoes. They are great for flats - and you can't really feel them once they are in - and they stay in place very well!

I love the way that birkenstocks feel, but HATE the look of them. These are my perfect solution! They somehow feel exactly like the birkenstocks I own, AND they fit snugly inside all of my "cute" shoes! Even my keds!

Way better than super feet. Has a very high arch which helps tremendously. My left arch was killing me for a week, and after wearing these for a few days I felt much better. The size 12 fit my 11.5 shoes, so no worries on that account. I will be getting another pair as I really miss the arch support in my other shoes.

I'm 72 with new lower back and leg problems exacerbated by poor arch support in my shoes. I bought these after high recommendation from a friend. They've made all the difference in my recovery. Physical therapist gave huge thumbs up. I won't be without them from now on. Easy to remove and insert from shoe although I think I'll get another set soon just for walking shoes.

Recommended by my podiatrist for joint pain in my metatarsal area. They are saving my foot. Since they only come in full sizes, I had one ground down at a local shop and more it fits perfectly. Had my first pair for about 9 months and still supports.

Expensive, but worth it. I don't use them in all my shoes, but well worth the cost for the shoes that lack arch support. They do take a bit to get used to and I would not recommend wearing them two days in a row the first week. Also, I would wear socks with them as when I tried to bare foot with these in my loafers the edge of the arch support pinched my sole under the arch when I walked. Don't know if that is just a wear in issue as I switched to wearing footsie socks ever since.

I had painful plantar fasciitis which was getting worse. I was fitted for these in a Birky shop, and soon my pain was gone. At first I wore them in Rockport shoes, taking out the normal insert. That worked, but now I wear them in my Allen Edmond shoes. I wear them in everything, including running shoes. They last absolutely forever-- hard to imagine anything better~!
