Great value! I love the slip resistant nature of these shoes. They are very versatile. Easily go from indoor to outdoor environments, including wet surfaces. Great for wearing on rainy days.

Solid construction, seems as durable as the last pair of Skechers I bought over 10 years ago, and wore up until the da I purchased these. The sole is a bit funky and was designed for non-slip, but I would have preferred the older pattern that was more boot like in nature. Either way, it's an excellent shoe all around that can be worn with darn near anything.

Great Shoe - My son attends Catholic School, we used this shoe instead of the required shoe because it was not as good (poor support & durability)! My son suffered ankle and heel pain until we made the switch to the Skechers Harvard.

My husband like these shoes but they keep coming apart at the toe and they also rip on the sides of the shoes.

I wanted a sturdy shoe for work that I could bash around in and scuff up without worrying about it too much. This one meets the need, although as a result it's fairly heavy on the foot. It's still early days for me, so it feels pretty stiff; I'm expecting it to relax over time and get a little more comfortable.

Talk about cement shoes! Fairly sharp looking but very, very stiff shoes. Granted they are 'work' shoes, but I was still surprised at the stiffness. I'm not sure if they will loosen up with wear, as I'm not sure my feet could handle the break-in period.

Very uncomfortable, I don’t have wide feet; these shoes have made me feel like they were made for NARROW feet. Horrible toe room, I have blisters everywhere now. After a day in the kitchen they leave with my back hurting and my feet cramped. No arch support.

Worst work shoe I have ever purchased. I work as a service plumber and a HVAC technician, and I had purchased these shoes in late February as a replacement for my previous work shoes that I had finally wore a hole in after 9 months of use. Typically I make it 9 months to a year before I need to replace my work shoes, but after 2 1/2 months wearing this shoe the leather began to flake on the top of the shoe. They are without a doubt the most poorly made work shoe I have ever purchased and I regret not splurging and spending an extra $10 on a shoe that would last more then a few months. They are however comfortable.

2 BRICKS strapped to my foot as I fumble to work. I wear a size 14 shoe. Granted, shoes this size are going to be on the heavy side. Skechers redefines heavy. My shoes weigh 3 pounds. Again, that's three pounds and then some. These are advertised as classy work shoes, but they are too heavy to work in and aren't very classy anyway. The look is disappointing with its lip that protrudes the shoe with a jagged pattern that contradicts the simple look that could have been achieved. Of course the simple look of black leather in an English cut was short of class. The shoes are BULKY with a material so fake I'm not sure if it’s leather, synthetic material or just an insult to my dollar. Although this review is very "one sided" and negative, it is fueled by my remorse for having ever seen or considered these shoes. I am typically very happy with my shoe purchases, even if they are below great, I am very forgiving and come to love shoes. BUT, in this case I am unable to write it off. This is definitely the most disappointing shoe purchase I have ever made. Zappos = Great on shipping, et al. Minus selling me this shoe.

I love these shoes. I have a very wide foot and these conform well. The slip resistance is awesome. I have been buying them for years and will continue to buy them. They really hold up to abuse.

These are great on wet surfaces. As with all Skechers, they are comfortable from the first day. I added insoles for additional comfort.

3rd pair of these over the years. Never had a problem. Very comfortable and the slip resistance has come in handy several times.

I work in an auto shop, and this shoe has been great, mainly in the fact that it doesn\'t slip when I step in motor oil, antifreeze...

No problems with the shoes and no problems with Zappos. Shoes were very comfortable out of the box, no break in period required.

I love these shoes! I bought a pair of these at a discount shoe store about three years ago and have worn them in the restaurant ever since. I laugh at my fellow servers who refuse to buy slip resistant shoes; I feel like i could walk through a gallon of oil in these things. Warning: the first two days in these shoes were hell. They do start off stiff and draw blisters but after those first two days these shoes turned into my favorites. I would wear these as everyday shoes if I had a second pair. Someone else mentioned here that you do need to untie them after each use (how lazy are we?) because the the rear collar will eventually split, two years in my case. I have needed to replace these for about a year but they have held on longer than I could have ever expected for the price.

Great Shoe - You can wear them with almost anything. Delivery was very fast. Size of the shoe was perfect.

Awesome chef shoes!!! I have to start by saying that Zappos is a very professional and terrific company. I called them for suggestions on a new shoe and the customer service rep was not only friendly but patient and knowledgeable about his products. I have worn out many pairs of shoes in the kitchen and I was not expecting too much out of this pair. What a surprise! These shoes have held up and have a terrific finish that is easy to clean up every day. I would recommend these to any f&b worker.

2nd pair of these- they're long-lasting and comfortable for a guy who works in the restaurant business.

One year shoes - I bought these shoes for working in a department store. They are pretty comfortable though I had to buy insoles for them, but I do for every work shoe. After one year the sole had bare spots and the leather has holes and wear spots. Overall very good shoe. Very good traction on multiple surfaces.

Great shoes for those in the restaurant field - I ordered these shoes for my son who works in the restaurant industry. They are required to have a non-slip, grease resistant sole and these shoes fit the bill. No matter where my son works - in the kitchen, serving, busing... he is on his feet every working minute. These are very comfortable.

My job requires a lot of bending and stooping always on a concrete floor w/no cushion these shoes are pretty stiff and do not flex well in these conditions. Seem to be very well made and will wear well for a $50 shoe.

Excellent Shoe Restaurant Work! I have worn a pair of these for the past 8 months. Excellent comfort and have held up very well. Great slip resistant sole.
