I have a wide foot so I ordered a size bigger and they fit like a glove. Good quality shoe and comfortable. Will be buying in brown color.

The customer service I received, when buying these shoes, was wonderful. They were a birthday gift for my dad. He received them in two days. Initially, I did not order the right size, so I arranged a seamless exchange, and he received the shoes, in the right size, the next day! Zappos is awesome.

These are super-comfy basic shoes. I wear them specifically when I want something "neutral" looking, not too formal not too snazzy, and they can go all day. Everyone should have a pair.

My son wanted a pair of comfortable, conservative dress shoes that do not make a "clip cloppy" noise on hard surfaces. These fit the bill and are very affordable as far as men's dress shoes go.

This is a great pair of shoes that is a good value for the money. I bought the brown three years ago and am still using it and it is the most comfortable pair that I had until I recently bought another pair in black. Kudos to the Zappos team as they have always surprised me with how prompt I get the stuff one I place the order. They say it will take 3-5 business days but I have always got it within 3 days and sometimes the next day. Keep it up, Zappos!

Definitely runs large. Half size if not close to a full size larger. Great shoe though, stylish and comfortable. Looks very classy.

I have wide, flat feet and wear orthotics for arch support. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've owned. I have had my current pair for 3 years, and am back happy to find they are still available.

For anyone who has stand for any period of time you know how important comfortable footwear is. Add a need for style while conforming to the classic lines of the Dockers. These fit the bill for me.

Purchased a black pair now bought a brown pair, they're the most comfortable dress shoe I've ever worn, pretty great styling just not a 5. I wear them a lot and are rough on them working in NYC, but they've been wearing great...surprisingly well actually!

I owned a pair of these shoes for years (honestly, I'm not sure how long. Maybe four years, wearing them at least every other day.) I have never owned a more comfortable, durable, and easy to care for shoe. From a comfort standpoint, these shoes are amazing. I read another review that was concerned about the elastic on the inside top of the shoe. I think that's what makes these shoes so comfy. They're snug without being tight. And the elastic never wore out. They are as good today as when I bought them. Durability is fantastic for a rubber sole shoes. I'm finally retiring (reluctantly) my original pair, but only because I've worn the sole completely out. The leather on these shoes still look great. I'm notoriously tough on the toes of my shoes. These still look great. I don't think I ever did any more than wipe these shoes down with a damp cloth. I sell real estate, so I'm in all kinds of conditions every day. From nasty basements to wet yards. These shoes never looked bad. I'll be buying another pair this week, maybe two. When I started searching, I was sure they would have discontinued the style for something else. I was surprised to find them. Highly recommended. You will not be dissatisfied.

Wow, I took a gamble on these bad boys just based on price and looks in the Zappos pictures alone. It has definitely paid off. They are some of the comfiest shoes I've owned, in any style. You can walk for miles in them and your feet will still feel great. Plus they look good too. And they're waterproof to tackle large puddles. Only question is durability, have yet to see how long they'll last and if they can take a full winter beating through slush and snow.

I have wide feet, I usually wear 10.5 EE Wide for my casual shoes but these Dockers fit perfectly at 10.5 and with D-Medium width.

These shoes run large. They are very comfortable. I wore them out dancing where I had to stand around all evening and my feet felt fine.

These are my main dress/work shoes. After having purchased a pair a few years ago, I just kept ordering them through the net when the current pair wore out. I have purchased 5 pairs in total now. This is one of the few shoes wide-enough to fit me well. They are comfortable for standing for extended periods while I train my customers. For style, they look nice - but they are not dressiest shoes out there. My perfect shoe would be this style in a more expensive version with hard leather soles. Also, if you have wide feet, you will not find a wide in the brown version of this shoe. That is a disappointment for those who want multiple colors of this shoe but have wide feet.

This is the second pair of these shoes and they are battle proof. I use them for trade shows, conferences, endless airline travel. They take a beating and shine up great, true to size, lightweight.

I wear suits every day and walk a lot. After wearing out several more expensive pairs of shoes, I tried a pair of these. I now own 6 pair (3 black, 3 brown) that I rotate wearing. Very light, and comfortable shoe for $100, and they are less.

Because I have large feet, the available selection of shoes is limited. I turned to Zappos when a friend recommended them, and found this decent pair of Dockers shoes for a great price. The shoes are what I needed, but my experience with Zappos was great. Shopping and buying was simple, and delivery was free and very fast. I think I received the shoes in 2 business days. I'll use them again.

These are among the best shoes that I have purchased. I was a bit hessitant at first since I was not able to try them on, but I have no regrets. The color is more matte than the picture shows and the built-in gel inserts are very comfortable, especially when having to walk around in Tokyo.

I've never ordered anything from Zappos and I'm glad I did. The service was great, simple, and the shoes arrived quickly. These shoes were purchased just as a basic work shoe and their unique stitching turned out to be stylish and casual enough to wear out with jeans. I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit and that I like. These cover both needs and as a bonus, are pretty wide.

I was worried about buying shoes online but I was glad to read their return policy (365 days) and that they pay for returns. The shoes fit great. Hard to find dockers in sizes above 12 anywhere. Also, glad that the size 14 doesn't look like a clown should be wearing them.
