Nice Boot - I gave these 4 stars because they are a little stiff and clunky. They did fit my wide foot which was great, but they are not that cushioned.

Good for moderate snow - Good traction soles, ankle cuff is comfy, but I wish it were a little higher.

Wow! I'm impressed with these shoes! I ordered this shoe for doing a lot of walking not really for snow (I live in FL). These really ARE true to size and fit great right out of the box! They are super comfortable although a little lacking in the fashion department. However, they look fine with jeans or black pants. I would highly recommend them and look forward to "walking 1000 miles".

Keeps Feet Warm and Dry - Great shoe for inclement weather. Grips well on wet, slick pavement. I wear (and ordered) a 7 1/2 - I have a narrow foot and my heel rides up. My toes also bump up against the top when I'm walking downhill.

Basic warm shoe - I first tried to order this shoe a 1/2 size larger than normal, per the other reviews, which turned out to be too big. When I ordered it in my normal size it worked. It isn't the prettiest shoe and I wasn't impressed with the way it looked on the larger shoe. However, when I got the size I am used to wearing I found it to be a perfectly acceptable looking shoe that fit well. Nothing fancy, but it could be worn with black slacks and socks and look fine for work. The WW was in fact a WW, which was very nice.

Nice Boot - I have a hard to fit women’s 9E foot and I needed something I could wear when it snowed. It is a little stiff and not as comfortable as my gym shoes but in bad weather it will work as long as it isn't for all day.

A fairly decent boot - This boot is warm and comfortable enough, but I wouldn't call it a walker because I don't think I'd walk great distances in it! Good traction, though. In addition, the laces are so long that I need to tie them three times! I'm not crazy about the fleece trim at the top, but overall, these boots work for someone who is desperate for a size 5 or 5 1/2. It accommodates my orthotics.

Excellent commuter boot - These boots aren't tall enough for all purpose snow use. But they are tall enough for shopping, walking, and trudging through downtown sidewalks and crosswalks in cities that don't believe in snow removal. I have a really hard time finding boots that accommodate my thick ankles/calves, and these boots rock in that regard. They are very accommodating, even with thick socks on, so if this is a problem you run into these are a great boot to try. After wearing them for several hours at a time, I can say they are also surprisingly comfortable. I expected that the lack of a discernible arch support meant I was going to be in pain after standing in them for six straight hours. Not so! There's also enough depth that if I decide to add an insole, they can accommodate it. They are not the most beautiful but they are very functional.

Propet Snow Walker Shoes - I did not wear the shoes yet but they looked great and felt comfortable. I can't wait to try them out in the snow.

Not Very Lady-Like - Overall these boots were okay. In other words, they did the job but they didn't do it with a whole lot of style. Then again, with my extremely wide, hard-to-fit feet - maybe I shouldn't be so picky! When looking at the boot online I was in love with it. But when I received it and tried it on...I felt like I was ready to re-tread tires or hop on a Harley. I didn't feel very feminine in them and found them rather "clunky". And while I didn't have any actual pain or discomfort from the boot, I also didn't find it incredibly inviting for long periods of time. There wasn't much of an arch support that I noticed but that for me worked out great because I have flat feet and high arches in shoes really hurt! The boot did however keep my tootsies nice and warm through the winter and that is what I was looking for in the end. I also had plenty of room for thick winter socks and the width was actually roomier than I had anticipated. This year I am looking at a new pair of boots but I'm looking for something a bit more feminine. That being noted, overall I have always been pleased with Propets products so I would still recommend this boot to others.

Good snowshoe, looks scuffed after wearing once (expected) Good, comfortable and warm. I like the traction. I expected it to scuff due to the other reviews, I didn't realize it would be so quickly. Looks pretty rough now but some people prefer that look.

Great price but not keeping them- For the price these are a great little snow boots. Cute enough, well made and very light. The only problem is the total lack of an arch support. The insole is absolutely flat. I have a medium high arch and I could not wear these more than a few minutes without my arch throbbing. I thought they were cute but my husband said they were "combat boots for the snow". If you don't need any or much arch support they may work for you. I may have tried adding an arch support but to tell the truth the combat boot comment didn't help.

Wide boot. First boot I've found that is wide enough for my 4E foot, and comfortable enough to work in them all day. Kept my feet dry in the snow.

Awesome shoes - I just moved to a snowy place and my parents bought these shoes for me. At first I wasn't too thrilled but the second I put them on, I love them. They are the most comfortable shoes I own and even after walking all day, they were still comfortable. They are nice looking also and keep your feet warm. I highly recommend!

My first impression with these was that they were incredibly comfortable and reasonably good looking, such that I didn't mind wearing them with a skirt. They're quite warm, and they kept my feet nice and dry. However, my impression has changed with use. After just a few months of use (and 7 months since date of purchase), the sole has separated from the insole, causing the dreaded squishing sound when walking as well as letting water in so that my socks get damp. I'm shocked by how quickly these became unwearable. I didn't even wear them daily; I alternated with other boots and shoes. At most, they got worn a few times a week, for the end of last spring and now the beginning of this fall. I'm so bummed and really hope that this is an anomaly and not indicative of the company's overall quality approach, as I bought another Propet pair in a different style due to liking these so much.

At first, I loved these boots. Roomy, for my bunion, and sturdy. Had them about a year, and then the R shoe started making a swooshing sound, then in another couple of months a click, whenever I stepped. It is very expensive to have them resoled, because it is only one layer/molded sole. But, it can be done and I will, since I like everything else about the boot. The upper leather is still in terrific shape, although the fabric around the ankle is pilling a little.

I got this boot toward the end of last winter and was looking forward to having something warm with good traction for walking around the City. Well, after hardly wearing it at all, one of the boots suddenly "popped." It was super comfy and felt pretty warm (though it's not THAT cold here yet), but the quality is apparently not good. If this is a fluke, I would recommend the boot; if it's a quality issue across the board, I cannot recommend it. I plan on returning it.

This is the second pair of Propet boots that I\'ve tried. They are painful around the ankles, definitely could not do much walking in these. I\'m sending these back. Thank goodness Zappos has such a great return/exchange policy. I will not be trying any more Propet boots.

I loved my boots...at first. The size was perfect and they could not have been more comfortable. They are not the most stylish boots I've ever owned, but they were my absolute favorite, right up until THE SOLES PEELED OFF! I had only owned them about 6 weeks and wore them once or twice a week. No matter how comfortable a boot is, it needs to last more than a dozen wearings to be worth the money.

I’m so BUMMED! I got these boots in December of last year. A few months after wearing them, they started squeaking. I ignored the noise because they were comfortable and these were my winter boots! It was mid-winter! These were IT! I had broken them in! Fast forward to last month (September), less than a year after buying them, both heels are blown out and detached. You can actually peel the heels back on both boots! I’m so upset.
