Had a pair custom made for my not-so-odd 10 1/2 2xWide feet. There are so few places that make wide shoes. Please advertise this and build on the custom service... (bunion and bone spur people- looking at you!) Old Way: If Globe doesn't have em, too bad, size 12 shoes are the fix. New Way: go to Timberland.com and send in request for Custom width shoes!

Very happy with these shoes. They need about a week to break in the leather uppers. Read that Jerry Seinfeld is a fan of the Timberland 3 eye lug. Count me as one too!

I have worn these shoes for over 40 years (I'm 68). They never need to be broken in at all. I like them so much that for the past 15 years I have always kept two new pairs in my closet, just in case they ever stop making them. And they never ever wear out. Although some 10-12 years ago a lace broke. They go with everything short of a business suit.

I have worn these since high school and have loved each and every pair (5 or 6)! The only thing I am disappointed with is that they changed the inside of the shoe to a material instead of leather.

Over the past 25-or so-years, I have had my last two pairs resoled three times each. Mostly wore them on rough concrete floor of a large plant and pretty much anytime I wore jeans. I can spend the day on my feet with these shoes and, with a brush and a bit of polish, once in a while, they look good for years. Not so much for dress as they are more for real life.
