I liked the style and comfort of the shoe. The only problem was that my heel kept slipping out of the shoe when I walked. I have a narrow heel, but a wide foot which makes it difficult to find a loafer that fits. I'll keep looking, but these are going back.

I bought these because I was attending a conference and knew I would be walking a lot for four days straight. They fit perfectly so I figured I would wear them for a day to break them in before leaving for the conference. The shoes stretched out before the day was over and became too big--they were slipping off my feet and I was afraid I would end up tripping. Zappos customer service was wonderful and let me return them even after wearing them for a day. I got a replacement pair a half size smaller, but should have got them a full size smaller. The new ones stretched out, too, and now are too loose, but I ended up wearing them at the conference for four days so I don't feel right returning them after that much wear. For the time they fit (about 2 hours) they were really comfortable. I recommend them, but get at least a size smaller than you typically wear. I'll keep them but wear thick socks with them.

Too bad, this is a nice looking shoel however it is much narrower than other medium width shoe. I have worn Hush Puppies in the past and have never had a sizing issue.

Looked great but ran narrow. I have a very wide foot and ordered XX wide.

Ordered the wide which almost always works out but it felt too narrow - they are going back.

Narrow across the ball of the foot area and a bit in the toe. Wide enough in the rest of the shoe and nice looking but for those with bunion or toe issues it squeezes despite the gussets.

Too wide in the heal. Did not seam like a normal 9 narrow fit.

I am very diappointed in these. I have problem feet and had read previous reviews and thought these would be perfect. I ordered my usual size, 7½M, and they were too tight, especially in the toe area. I know others said they wore them and they stretched, but I could not see this happening with this pair. The style is nice and the arch is great.

I tried these on with socks and they were still too wide. The sole is shaped funny, making the shoe seem wobbly.

Ouch! I recently purchased two pairs of Hush Puppies Heaven shoes. They look comfortable, and feel comfortable when you first put them on, but after you wear them a while they give you blisters on the outside of your foot. I should have purchased the Naturalizer Music shoes instead of the Hush Puppies.

Why do shoe sizes change? I have worn this same exact shoe for several years and loved the comfort and look. However, the shoes I ordered this time did not fit at all. They were significantly too small, too narrow and too short.

Bad shoes..... I was looking for a comfortable shoe, especially because I have back problems and cannot wear heels. I am wearing these for the first day and I already have blisters on the heel of my foot and my pinky toes are hurting. These are not true to size and are very uncomfortable. I would not recommend.

Bought for a costume. They were very comfortable.

Love these shoes! When traveling for work I am on my feet standing and walking everyday, sometimes over 10 hours a day, for at least a week at a time. I received these shoes just before going on one of my work trips and took them with me. I only wore the Hush Puppies Heaven pair and did not wear any of the other pairs of shoes I brought with me! The style is okay, but will take the comfort! I will be trying other Hush Puppies. Believe the fit is true to size/width.

TBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

So glad to find a shoe that is made of good quality leather. Very comfortable as size for me was spot on. Will be ordering more when color is available.

Fit is great and very comfortable. Good support in arch. Received item with in days. Very pleased.

Perfect fit and style for the office. Can be dressed up or down. So happy I purchased these loafers.
