Nice conservative loafers to wear to work. The Navy and Brown were very comfortable, but the Black (same exact size and width) were too tight and squeezed my toes. There is, therefore, some variability in the sizing.

I am usually a 7.5W but these shoes were too big, and too wide. They slipped off my heel when I walked, and the W made them extra, extra wide. Too big for my normally wide feet. They are a super light, super soft shoe but I wish they stayed on. I had to return

Very comfortable, right out of the box. Size was right; slightly wide. Good arch support. I felt styling was a bit frumpy, so I returned the shoes.

These are comfortable but tend to run small. Perhaps order a half size larger.

Wonderfully comfortable! The only problem is that after wearing the left shoe for a few days, it seems a little looser than the right and I will have to get a heel gripper to keep my heel from sliding out. This is probably a fluke that I can easily deal with. Otherwise, they are like walking on clouds!

I was a little nervous when I first got these they were a bit snug, but after a short time they were comfy!

I bought these to replace my Hush Puppies Arlington's, which I absolutely love, but aren't made anymore. This are a little snugger around the front of my foot, but not really uncomfortable. The front of the shoe also doesn't come up as high as the Arlington's, which makes it so the back of the shoe has a tendency to slip off of my heel sometimes. They have great cushioning though, and are overall a very comfortable shoe.

These provide lots of cushioning! These are very comfortable but for those who need stability that is not provided so if you are an overpronator you will have to look for other shoes. Also, you can not take the insole out to add your own custom orthotics. My foot measures a 7½W and I ordered a 8WW, I was shipped an 8W which is too tight across the forefoot so I will be sending them back.

The shoe was not as wide as I expected when I first put it on. I wore it for five minutes and it stretched and molded to the shape of my foot. Extremely comfortable. Brown color is true brown not off color.

Good shoe - I have only worn this shoe once, but it seems to be pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that it does not have enough arch support.

Still deciding - awfully cheap price - The shoes are very comfortable with surprising arch support. The arch is proportional to the length of the shoe. (Finding an arch that is long enough is usually a problem in size 11s.) The leather seems sturdy enough. The shoes are trim though not particularly stylish. HOWEVER, I wonder if they will wear well since they are so inexpensive compared to shoes I usually buy. Inexpensive shoes usually become problems very, very quickly.

Until the summer of 2000 I wore designers shoes. But that summer I had a bad fall and smashed my left foot and spent 12 weeks in a cast. My poor old left foot was never the same again and I could not wear any of my beautiful designer shoes. After I could discard my horrible orthopedic shoe, I set out on a search for some new shoes. I found Heaven right off - they were comfortable, though not as snappy as my Ferragamos or Diors by a long shot, however, the situation had drastically changed. Now I have lots them in all colors and wear them almost exclusively and save a lot of money.

Comfortable, but... A very comfortable shoe but I had to get used to the plain look. But then again, I bought these shoes for comfort and for being up the whole day without feeling my feet and they have delivered. I would buy them again.

Love these shoes so much I bought another pair - I have a wide foot with a high arch and haven't been able to wear this style of shoe before. But I decided to give it a try and they're wonderful. Comfortable, affordable and look great.

Am I wearing shoes? I didn't hold out much hope that the Hush Puppie's Heaven would fit but I was wrong. Although I'd had trouble with Hush Puppies in the past, these shoes were indeed heavenly. They were extremely comfortable from the moment I first put them on. In fact, I almost have to look at my feet to make sure I'm wearing shoes and not parading around in my bedroom slippers. I plan to order another pair in another color.

I bought a dark brown pair recently. I'm not so thrilled with these shoes, they didn't fit at the back of my feet. Unfortunately, I can't return them as I live in United Kingdom. I asked a friend to order them on my behalf. To return them would cost me even more. However, they're soft and comfortable, nicely padded on the inside. It's a shame Zappos don't ship to the UK, I would have to change them. I originally wanted Trotters Ash, but they were out of stock at the time, so I opted for these Hush Puppies Heaven instead.
