Still breaking them in, I have a blister on my heel, otherwise, they're very comfortable and light weight. I am an airline pilot so I must have the ceramic shanks. Rockport put metal back in their shoes so these are the best alternative. I would buy them again.

Beautiful shoe. Fits great out of the box. Not sure I like the heel gel thing. It feels like something poking my foot. I think that's going away though.

For the money, these are good shoes; however, if you have flat feet (which I do), and are on your feet a lot, you will need good insoles. They look great, are waterproof, and comfortable.

Great as a pair of every day work shoes. I bought these because they claim they are "airport friendly." I still haven't tried them out to see if they get through the medal detectors. A little pricey for the generic style and moderate comfort, but maybe it will be worth it in durability. Time will tell.

I have uncommonly wide feet, and the extra wide version of this shoe is big enough for me to put orthotics in right out of the box - the only shoe I've been able to find that doesn't require break-in before they'll fit. They also look decent, are water resistant, and very comfrotable. Big win! I do wish they made my size/width in more stylish sizes, but hey, I'll take it!

Buying shoes online takes a leap of faith, but in this case it worked out very well. The shoes fit and they are very comfortable. A total success.

Good purchase, perfectly happy. Comfortable right out of the box. Size is pretty true, may be 1/2 size bigger than marked. I’ve made three purchases using my European size and had no problems. I put my orthotics in so I’m not using the regular footbed.

After the great reviews regarding their comfort I was really looking forward to receiving these. The gel pad in the heel makes my heel feel like it is slipping when I walk and the toe of the shoe is very stiff for the first few days. After a few days I rarely notice the gel pad and the toe has broken in but this is still not the comfortable shoe others mentioned. Next time I will be returning to Ecco.

Loved the shoes but disappointed in how long they lasted. I was walking a lot in them the first six months and at 9 months had the heel replaced. Now after 2.5 years I need the heel replaced and the gel seam is biting into my heal. Also the sole of the shoe has multiple holes in it so I have to avoid the puddles or my socks will get wet. They were amazingly comfortable when new but I think a shoe this pricy should give me at least 5 years; at least.

I bought these shoes thinking that they would be very comfortable because they are diabetic approved, but it feels like I am stepping on concrete, not good for standing all day. So I replaced the insoles and they are fine now. The upside is that they are very light and seem to breathe well.

I just wanted to follow up on my review of these shoes from last year. After a little over a year of wearing these shoes as part of a three or four shoe weekly rotation, typically wearing them three times per week, the soles are already disintegrating. Also, the liner around the heel pad is worn through, and the pad itself is not looking too good. The durability of these shoes is not what I would like to see for a pricey shoe and I'm frankly disappointed. Like many working people these days, I don't have the money to be shelling out money on shoes every year. I need them to last a few more to be satisfied that I've got a decent return on my investment. I like Hush Puppies, but I may have to look elsewhere in my next purchase.

I've owned them for a few months and I'm not thrilled about them. They are kind of clunky and uncomfortable - the leather and sole seem to be a lot stiffer than the video leads you to believe. It kind of feels like wearing around some heavy doc martens. If you're an IT person who spends time crawling behind computers or otherwise scraping your toes against the ground, be warned these shoes scuff really easily. The slightest scrape along typical office carpet immediately wears away the leather dye and polish. Lastly, these shoes are overpriced. They have the fit and finish of a pricey shoe.

I bought these shoes 14 months ago and today I threw them away. I used them occasionally, whenever it was raining out. They were comfortable and I liked the style, but the soles fell apart. They didn't wear out, but chunks of the soles, about a half inch in size, would suddenly not be there, Alas, this ended their ability to be waterproof. Also, the laces broke within about 6 months and had to be replaced. I liked the shoe but it's not a good shoe.

The leather looked like plastic, even had a petrochemical-smell. My family made fun of how cheap they looked. Returned them.

The worst shoes I ever had. They are very uncomfortable with that gel support. Stay away from this shoes. I wish I could return them.

Absolutely horrible. The soles came un-glued from the heels - one after 5 days and one after 9. I had to use contact cement to re-attach the soles.
