Daniel Green Still a Good Purchase - I purchased this slipper in a 1/2 size larger. I have purchased this slipper and the style w/the open-toe box in the past. The construction of the shoe appears of less quality (construction) w/the most recent purchase (you can see the adhesive used on the inner side of the slipper). Only time will tell if this slipper last as long as the first two pairs (I still have both pairs).

Glad to have found them! After a lengthy search for a slipper with a short heel and adequate support, I am happy to have found these. I found them to run small- actually returned original order for 1/2 size larger. The support is excellent (my #1 criterion). My only negative is concerning how bright the gold lame is. I would prefer a "toned down" shade or- even better- pastels.

Shoe review - I had to return the shoes two times because they seemed to run small. But the customer service and return policy is the best and quickest. I would order again.

Good quality house shoe - This is a comfortable house shoe, but has to be worn always with socks. The lether sticks to the skin when barefoot. Good quality and workmanship.

Classy - Excellent on the look esp for your special evenings. The medium felt like a narrow and the wide felt like a med. I would love to see more colors.

Daniel green slippers - Have worn Daniel Green slippers for many years and This order replaces same general model.

Bedroom slippers - I like these slippers very much. These replace same make and model bought a number of years ago.

These are snug at first, but definitely stretched as I tried them on a couple of times. The heel is cushioned nicely. However, the ball of the foot is not cushioned as well. I found this to be uncomfortable as I have difficulty wearing heels due to pain in the ball of my foot. No arch support to mitigate the pressure on the ball of the foot. Style is retro cool. Disappointed they were not comfortable.

With extremely narrow (and bony) feet, slippers are a real problem to find. I wanted something that would actually fit my foot and hoped that this brand would provide that. Unfortunately, I did not find the slipper comfortable. The heel was too high for me. The middle-of-the-night trips require a safe slipper. I was afraid the slightest wobble on my part might cause a stumble. Unfortunately, these were returned and I continue on my quest for the right slipper.

I've worn Daniel Green Glamour Slippers in the past and found them to be very comfortable. This replacement pair didn't make the cut. The quality of this slipper has changed drastically. These slippers are very uncomfortable. I can feel the shoe construction where the 2 pieces come together. The heel is narrower than marked. My heel stuck out over back of shoe by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I also didn't feel any arch support. I had previously read a few reviews stating similar complaints, but I didn't believe them. After ordering this 2nd pair, I have to agree. These slippers are a big disappointment! Returning for a refund.

This is my favorite slipper, but, something has gone wrong over the years. The price is the same the quality and sizing has changed not for the better. The sole is fragile and a 9 fits like an 8. A slipper or any shoe should not have to be broken in.

The overall fit and comfort were good. However, one of the slippers had a "tuck" in the material at the toe. The other squeaked when walking. I'm going to look for another slipper.

I really like these slippers. Especially so because they are the only comfortable and stylish slippers that I can find in a narrow width - however, beware. The inside fabric lining wears out and shreds in about 6 months. Therefore I need to order two pair a year, fortunate for the manufacturer and retailer. These slippers are very often defective so you need to check them out carefully. You may get some extra glue or lumps that you did not expect. I actually think they make them with their eyes closed. Other than that I like them. I am disappointed that they have been discontinued in white.

Nice leather slippers with comfortable space for the toes.The heel is about 1.5" high and quite firm. I would need to get use to wear them since after the day on my feet they do not feel especially comfortable. I'm sure they are great for any woman who wears high heels during the day since the foot may not be as comfortable changing to completely flat surface.

The inner bottom of the slippers turns very mushy very quickly. This is something that I have noticed in the past few slippers that I have purchased from Daniel Green - almost like they are putting inferior material in the lower inside lining. This is a very comfortable slipper but I am trying something else since I don't like the slimy feel after a couple of months of use.

Feet sweat - My feet sweat when I wear the slipper. Besides that, comfortable.

The old ones were better! Some customers are complaining about these slippers, and I agree with their views. They are now of inferior quality and worse fit. The reason is that before they were made in Spain!!!! I need to find another brand similar to this one, but of better quality. I still keep the old ones, even though they are not in good shape...

Daniel Green slippers have changed their last - I have worn this brand of sneakers for many years. As I have a narrow foot (AA width) I find it difficult to find slippers that fit. I have worn this brand of sneakers for many years, but lately I found that it was both shorter and wider than the previous ones. I still have the old ones for comparison. So I took a half-size longer and kept the width the same and it more or less fits.

I ordered 1/2 size larger and the wide width and I still could not even get my foot in. Normally I am an 8 1/2 and a 9 does not fit.

I ordered two pairs (one black and one beige), both the same size 8 1/2 M. My usual size is 8 M. The beige fit tight but is OK but the black is VERY tight. Barely get my foot in. So the sizing is abnormal and quality control not good in that respect.

The slippers didn't last a year before they pulled apart at the sole. The Daniel Green slippers from many years ago lasted for years. Today the quality is very poor...not worth the money they are asking.

Not at all like the Daniel Green slippers of years ago, long gone now, and I am beyond disappointed. Although the same style, not the same shoe. Well padded, length true to 8 1/2, nice bone color. However, very narrow right at instep and then fans out from there. Had to scrunch my toes to get them moving. So disappointed and will not try to reorder. These have a seam at the side that sticks into your foot. I am returning these. They are poorly constructed and there are too many seams inside as well.
