Glamour ll pewter - These ended up being a Christmas gift for my Aunt. She has outworn her old ones (by about 5 years!), and has been desperately trying to find these in our area with no luck. She was so excited that we found them. She was disappointed with the color (cream wasn't available), but very excited that the same one was made and had all the comfort that she remembered.

Glamour II - These slippers are sturdy and glamourous.

Comfortable, glamorous shoe - This shoe is not only comfortable, but it can be worn with class. I wear it daily. Many days it is the only shoe I wear all day. Thank you for carrying it. I have not been able to find a store in the town where I live who carries it.

Lovely "Cinderella" Slippers - These lovely, comfortable leather slippers are terrific. The fit is true to size and they are supple leather and everything I expected them to be. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and the attentive service and shipment provided by Zappos.com.

My favorite slipper - I love this slipper. Have worn them for years but they are hard to find except at Christmas time. Some of the stores that used to carry them did not have them this year. Nordstrom in California has them at Christmas, but they are usually out of my size if I don't get there early.

Rose's Slippers - Rose is my mother and I ordered the slippers for her. She loves them and has been using them for years now. The heel is just perfect. She actually wears the sole out before the upper part even looks worn. She has been wearing them inside the house only and not outside. I would like to see a little different sole, maybe a non skid type of sole. She would probably use the next narrowest slipper if you made one a little more narrow than the one she orders.

Love the shoe, but also agree that the inside lining has been changed. Now the inside wears out and begins to disintergrate over time.

Great slipper - I, like James, think this slipper is great. Fits like a glove. This slipper is a shoe that men and women would enjoy wearing. I'm happy that more men are enjoying this slipper and the Dormie. I can't wait to go home everyday to put on my Glamour 2, like walking on air. They make your feet feel and look good. Every man and woman should have one pair. Also, I think they should come in the color of navy blue. This is great slipper. I love my two pair and will get another if they come out with a dark color.

This shoe was hard to fine until I found your web site. The shoes were all I hoped it would be.

Who knew they came in wide? As a person with bunions on both feet, I wore out my medium width Daniel Green slippers. How nice to see they were made in wide! Maybe there should be a special category: bunion friendly. These slippers get high marks all around.

Saddened then gladdened. I love the Glamour II Slipper tremendously. I've been a fan of them for as long as you've been making them. You can imagine my great disappointment when the shoe salesman at the King of Prussis Nordstrom told me that Daniel Green went out of business. I then went to the internet and, much to my pleasant surprise, I found you. Thank God you didn't go out of business! Someone should tell that salesperson to get his story straight.

daniel green glamour II This is a wonderful house slipper. The fit is superb and the qualityis great.

Elegant and feminine - My husband bought this slipper for me, and although I had always thought Daniel greens were for 'older' women (I'm 40), I was surprised how nice they look on my foot. I can even wear them with my 'fancy' loungewear. Very comfortable, though the tricot lining sometimes makes my feet sweat--a full leather insole would be better. I've always worn ballet-style slippers, but these are so easy to slide into. I can even wear them out to get the mail or groceries, they look so nice.

Good looking slippers - For years I purchased a wonderful "knock off" of this D.G. slipper for 1/4th of the price and extremely comfortable and long lasting. Alas the shoe was no longer available at the local Steinmart and I could not even find the D.G. at a local store. This Christmas the Today show had a shopping segment that displayed this shoe and your website. Hence the order. I returned the first order because the size was not true to my foot and reordered half size larger which fits rather snuggly. We will see how they do as time goes on.

Great house slipper - My girlfriend gave me my first pair. I tried them on and loved the way they felt. So she recently bought me a new pair size 12w pewter. I wish I could wear them other places .

Definitely runs small - Very comfy, very padded, very perfect, but only because I read the reviews and ordered a half size up and a wide instead of medium. Zappos treated me GREAT, too! THANKS!

I wanted to like these, but the sizing is so bizarre that I am giving up on trying to find a size that fits. I ordered a half size up from my ordinary size as per the suggestions of other reviewers, but they were so tiny that I couldn't even get my feet into them. I exchanged them for a larger pair but those didn't work either - it felt like my foot would slip out when walking. These would be nice slippers if the company followed standard sizing. As is, I will try to find a different brand and style.

I bought it thinking it was going to be too big since I have a small foot (4 or 4.5), but since it is a slipper it was not that important and they did not have it smaller. When I received it I found it to be perfect for my foot, even a little snug so it is smaller than size marked.

I wore Oomphies for years, and was desolate that I could not find replacements when my last pair started to look worn. I came across the Daniel Green Glamour II. They looked like my favorite Oomphies Seville and I ordered them. What a disappointment they are! They are at least 1/2 size smaller than Seville and run narrower than Seville and are poorer quality than Seville. The difference is that Seville was made in Spain of the softest kidskin leather, while these are made in China, of stiffer leather that, in my opinion, never covered a kid. I just brought my last pair of precious, well-worn Seville to the shoemaker, and asked that they be restored, if possible, to wearable condition. I will save them for extreme situations when my feet need coddling.
