First time Zappos customer - The Naot Oyster boot looks great and feels great but my concern is they will stretch out quickly because of the suede. I'll try to update my review again after wearing them out in the world.

Comfy and cute to boot!! Great boot. Hugs my foot perfectly so no slipping or movement. Even my teenage boys commented on how good looking this boot is!!!

Opening the box, I was a bit dismayed by this little boot's odd footbed shape and slightly ungainly, narrow-looking toe box. However, I put it on and no longer cared (although they look better on, in any case). These boots are amazingly comfortable, and I love the green-on-green and demure funk of the leather toe-cap. A girl with regrettable vanity and wide-ish "hobbit" feet, I've tried "comfort" shoes before and returned them all as too ugly for words. I finally invested in a cute-ish pair of Birkenstocks, but the hard, high footbed made my arches beg for mercy. These, I'm keeping! I wouldn't wear them with a pencil skirt, but they're my new (with cords or jeans) basic faves--they'll save my feet as I go about the daily trudge. I wear 6.5 C; I ordered a 7, and was surprised to find that the fit is pretty fabulous despite the "narrow" warnings. The footbed is wonderfully stable, and the suede is pliable. However, if you're any wider than C, steer clear. Think of these as the shoes you wear to apologize to your feet for everything else you put them through. I'm buying again from this company. Love the shoe, worried about the suede - Love them. Very comfy and nicely stylish. I worry a little that the suede will not look so good after the snows fall. So I wish this same oyster style was available in all leather.

Comfortable boot right out of box - I'm just writing to thank all the people who wrote reviews. This is a great, comfortable, funky boot and fits just right. All the reviews helped with my decision.

Arch support for days- I have this in both black and the green and they're very comfortable. The online accounts were accurate and the boot fit immediately, no blisters, nothing but comfort.

Sweet relief in boot form - I ordered these after much debate...I am starting a new job (I’m a hairdresser) so I have less than ample funds at the moment BUT have recently discovered that I have plantar fasciitis and after LOTS of trial and error including orthodics/taping/and many brands of shoes, my foot decided that NAOT shoes were the only ones that were comfortable ...after trying to *tough it out* I finally decided that the pain after 8 hours on my feet was enough to make me try these...I ordered them yesterday before I left for work and they were there today when I arrived for my day...they were really cute in person so I popped them out of the box, put them on my feet...and took them off when I got home 8 hours later...even when I didn't have foot problems it was rare that I was able to wear a pair of brand new shoes for a whole day without pain...this was an amazing feeling and I am glad that I took the leap and ordered them!

LOVE these boots - Yes, I'm a boot person, so I'm a little biased! These boots are cute, unbelievably comfortable, soft, and beautifully made. There are no negatives here! If I was made of money, I'd have every color!

Love them! I ordered the Naot Oyster boot in a size 8, which is my normal shoe size and they fit very well. I got them for a long distance walking shoe and feel they will be perfect! I would like to note that the fine stitching is pink on black. Hardly noticeable unless you look closely, but thought it should be made known to future buyers. I feel they were worth the price I paid for them.

Great Boots - Great boot. Got them in Black. I will buy the green ones soon. Good looking. Very comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8. There are no half sizes, however the 8's fit great. I stand all day at work and these are very comfortable.

Oysters and more! This is a great shoe!!! If you need support for all day wear this is it. Do order one size smaller than you usually wear. It seems to run larger than usual. But this shoe has good looks and is well made. I've owned other Naot shoes and every pair has been so much more than I expected. You won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!!!!!

Naot Footwear's Oyster - Naot Oyster - I am so glad I purchased these from Zappos. I was looking for a boot that would be comfortable in all day and while doing a lot of walking. I went to almost all the shoe stores in my area and tried on I don't know how many pairs of boots only to find that none of them had any arch support. I am at the point where I will sacrifice style for comfort but with Naot Oyster I don't have to. I haven't seen any boot in the shoe stores that I like more than this one. And I don't have to worry about seeing every other woman with the same shoe on. While these are pricey, my feet and being able to walk while keeping my sense of style are worth it.

Love these!! I got them in green & black. The green ones are a great color- not dark, so they have some spunk. They wear really nice because of the suede with leather toes. I wear 7 & 7.5 shoes & the 38's fit perfectly. I highly recommend them. Excellent QUALITY!!

Fabulous shoes - These are the most comfortable shoes-- they fit really well (I wear a size 8 and fit into the size 38). They are very unusual looking and I get lots of compliments.

Pretty great shoe! I thought this boot would be a bit wider in the toe area, but it's rather on the narrower side. It's extremely comfortable and stylish/trendy. If it were just another inch higher, it'd be perfect! Great arch support and great for walking commuters.

Great like all Naot shoes! Very cute! And like all Naots extremely comfortable. I wish they were an inch higher - very hard to find comfortable boots to wear with longer skirts but this one is so unique...I'm wearing it anyway!

Hip and well engineered! Great shoe. True to sizing, wonderful cork foot-bed, like a Birk, but in a shoe. Surprisingly comfortable around ankle as well. Great shoe! Felt slightly wide, but still secure because of footbed. Great arch support though little shock absorption.

Hip boots! I love these. Comfy- but a bit loose in the heal-probably better for a slightly wider foot. But- oh so adorable. I love the green. Everyone wants to know where I got them.

Happy NYC Mama Feet- I do a lot of daily walking, and after my pregnancy, let's just say my feet were never quite the same. I have always worn comfortable walking shoes, but now the hunt is on shoes that are also cute and can compete with the great styles I see available for my daughter. These boots are cushy soft and whimsical and I'm very happy to wear them. I like the black-on-black, with hints of lavender stitching, which were not visible in the photo, but were an extra bonus.

The most comfortable walking boots; awesome unique style, haven't seen them on anyone yet- amazing because they are so comfortable- especially after a few days once the boot bed makes your foot print. I wish the inside wasn't pink though.

Comfortable and snazzy- The Oyster boot is quite comfortable for this walking around town girl. I can easily go a mile or two with ease in these good looking boots. They may run a little bit big. Good arch support and the spiral on the side is a nice surprise.

Very Cool Boots- I love the look of these boots. I ordered size 37 even though I am a true size 7 which calls for a 38. The length is right but they are a little tight around the instep. I wore them out with dress socks anyway and they were comfortable, my feet didn't hurt one little bit. However, if you want to wear thick socks with these you better stick with the recommended size. If you want something funky and hip, these are definitely IT.

Gorgeous boot. The only 'problem' is the shoe is made for someone with a long foot from the arch forward. My usual size seems like it is a size too big. My foot swims in them in the toe area but I'm trying to size down. It doesn't work because the heel to arch area is just too tight. Not for my foot shape, I guess, even though most Naot's are. This is the second style I have tried in this grouping and both fits were like this.

These boots are fabulous! So comfortable--I don't think I'll take them off all winter. I have chronic plantar fasciitis, so it's hard to find cute shoes that provide enough arch support without an orthotic--and these are darling! I get compliments on them all day long.
