Great shoes, very comfortable. I have severe foot problems-Freiberg's Disease (collapsed 2nd metatarsal) and these are the only shoes that I can wear now. I love the cool design. The stitching is a lighter pink, which I thought might look funny, but it looks nice and gives a little highlight to the shoes. Strap is adjustable and comfortable. They feel like orthotics are built into them--great insole, firm with a little cushion. VERY expensive, though--I think $100 would be a fair price. I usually wear a 39 (8.5) but these 38's fit perfect, so order at least 1/2 size smaller than you normally wear.

I love these shoes. I have tried countless pairs of mary janes before finally finding these that are actually comfortable. My orthotics don't work with these shoes, but they are so comfortable that I don't need them. The design on the toe makes this "comfort shoe" a lot more fashionable and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. On a side note, these liners by Hue (Cool Contours- Low Cut Liners) really are "no-show" with these shoes. I wear a size 8 and I bought the small size for these liners. I couldn't be happier. I have comfortable, cute shoes that I can wear with pants or skirts and found a liner that actually stays hidden!

Wow! Regular shipping delivered these shoes to my door in Wisconsin less than 24 hours after the order was placed online. The shoes are amazing and really comfortable. To better describe the color, I'd say that these shoes are NAVY blue. Steel is a weird color name and the picture shows a "jean" colored light blue, they are truly navy blue. These shoes are great with Jeans and comfortable to wear around the office with the right outfit.

Beautiful shoes, love the steel gray blue color that goes with denim or black, casual or dressy. The arch support is excellent. I have plantar fasciitis and bought these hoping they would support my flat arches without my orthotics. They look great and my feet are happy and well supported, too. I have another Naot pair that I love, but this style is more supportive and firmer all over.

I love this shoe! I have harder to fit feet with a wide width, high instep, and narrow heel. The size seven in this style has been comfortable from the start. I am always looking for comfortable shoes and these are a favorite.

I love these shoes! I have problems with the cessamoid bones in my right foot and have been wearing the same pair of Birkenstocks all summer because they are the only shoes that don't give me foot pain. Now I finally have another option. The Naot's are super comfortable. I haven't done a lot of walking in them so far, just wearing them around town and work, but so far no foot pain. I can wear them with socks, stockings, or bare feet. I can even dress them up for work, depending on the outfit. Get lots of compliments on them. I have only two small complaints that are not deal-breakers for me, but might be for someone else. From the photo on Zappos and the color 'steel', I expected gray shoes with a marbled metallic kind of look. But these shoes are regular slate-blue, no marbled effect. I happen to like the color a lot, but it wasn't what I expected. Two, because I've had to loosen the straps for a proper fit, some velcro is always exposed and picks up all kinds of lint, dog hair, etc.

I love this shoe. I'm a chiropractor constantly trying to steer people into shoes that support the hips, knees and feet. Theses shoes really hit the high mark - supportive strap that holds you into heel cup and squarely on the arch. Love toe bar and cork footbed. Snug at first, but leather stretches.

WOW these shoes are fabulous. I just bought them in the terra cotta color yesterday and they arrived today. They are so, so, so comfortable. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. The sole is shaped so it cradles your foot, its the only shoe I have that is comfortable all day long. I really recommend this shoe it was comfortable from the moment I put it on. I love this shoe. It has been tough finding a shoe with enough arch support and one that also looks stylish but Naot Footwear Sea takes care of both. I am able to wear the shoes all day with absolutely no discomfort and look hip at the same time. The price seemed a little steep at first but walking without pain made it well worth the price.

I bought this shoe in red. It is beautiful, very comfortable, and distinctive. Strangers stop me with compliments on the shoe! I haven't had any trouble at all with the strap, as some other reviewers have noted. For the last few years I have worn only Dansko and Think! shoes because I have plantar fasciitis. I also have a narrow heel and prefer a wide toebox. I can wear these without my orthotics. Naot is my new favorite brand!

This is a great shoe for casual wear or work. Extremely comfortable and very unique styling, I love it! I usually wear about a 7 to 7 1/2 but I had to go down to a 6 in this. I highly recommend it, even for the price.

I love this shoe! It's really attractive - it's garnered lots of compliments for me already. While the swirl might not stand out in contrast as much in real life as it does when lit in the pictures it's more than enough to attract attention.
It took me a while to decide if this fit, but my first full day went without any discomfort. The edge of the front over the top of my feet is a bit tight, but not uncomfortable. The strap is also a bit constraining - especially without elastic like my previous pair had.
The sole has great traction, and the inside is comfortable with the insole removed and my orthotics in. The toe bed is roomy and comfortable. Love these shoes!

I love this shoe!
I got this in red and love it so much I am going to buy the black soon! Everyone comments on these great shoes when I wear them. I have very picky feet, and I had resigned myself to buying clunky "not so attractive" Maryjanes (e.g. Birkenstocks), because I have flat arches and hammer toes and often regular shoes feel too small in the toe-box area, or hurt when I walk long distances. These Naot’s were just mildly uncomfortable for about one day as my toes adjusted (lately I've been wearing sandals a lot so my poor toes weren't used to shoes!) and then they became super comfy in all ways, even without socks. If you have foot issues so you need well-made comfortable shoes and don't want to sacrifice coolness, try a pair of these.

Amazing foot bed, not so great strap -
I got these for travel in Europe. The foot bed is awesome, excellent stability and arch support for my high arches. However the strap is not attached with any elastic, so with every step it is pretty rough on the top of the foot. There is also a little rubbing where the strap attaches. What a pity as this could be the ultimate in comfort.

These are the cutest, most comfy shoes I have ever tried, but I have missed the boat as they say. I wear a 7.5 to 8 usually, so I ordered up, but these feel like they run a whole size large.
