I purchased a pair before these and I enjoyed the shoe. I purchased these, for my daughter, and for the holiday and they were not what I expected. They had dirt around the bottom of both pairs and on one pair the leather was warped. However, I was told that there should be a shipment coming in soon and that I would be notified of this via email. So, I am waiting the shipment so that I can exchange the pair that I have. Hopefully, I will get the same quality as before. Unfortunately, I will not get it before Christmas which is a bummer.

Well...these are not the same black leather monochrome leathers I have been wearing for years. First they run much smaller...they are also nubuck and not the nice soft real leather I am used to. Probably going to return them and look for real leather ones. Ugh!

The shoes arrived in the time promised that was nice but the converse box the shoes came in was destroyed, torn coming apart so I'm guessing they've been returned a few times. They fit fine but there's a flaw in the leather. However the box is so bad I didn't think I could return them and keep them nice. So I guess I'll have to live with the flaw... Nice shoes but no really that happy...

The shoes that arrived from Zappos look different than what is pictured on the order page. The shoes that arrived are made in Indonesia and have a large "All Stars" embroidered red-white-and-blue logo on the insides. The picture that represents the shoes I ordered does not have this embroidery and I want the shoes that were pictured, not the ones I received.
